THE 2k5 EASTER EGGSTRAVAGANZA!

-----I really liked this event. I thought it was a very creative interpretation of a virtual Easter egg hunt. I do have to say that I wish there had been some one-on-one Von Helson/Gambino interaction, but Gambino's appearance at the entrance to his roof-top mansion was pretty cool. I'm still hoping for something on the level of the Zombie incident at the Halloween Bash. Sadly, I wasn't a member of Gaia yet when this occurred, but anyhow, the Egg hunt was fun. I loved the eggs too bad they weren't made into hand-held items or pins or something. Gambino seems to either have gone mad or he's showing his true colors. Kinda scary...good scary...but scary nonetheless.
-----The masks are cute, though I wish they could be hand-held or worn on the side of the head like the Kitsune Mask. I like having the option of seeing my avie's face. My roomie theorizes that they were meant to hide people's identities so that they could hold up Anti Von Helson signs at the gathering anonymously...that would make the Easter robobunny a minion of Gambino. Being fond of conspiracy theories, I got quite a kick out of that.
-----I got to the Easter event a few minutes after it started and ended up staying aaaall day. Got 18 baskets, an Anti Von Helson Picket Sign (I already had an Anti Gambino one), and met some really nice people that are now cluttering up my growing friendslist (Yay!). Sooo I need to catch up on the paperwork that I didn't do when I was supposed to (bad me.). I'm going to poke my big nose in some other E.V.I.L. threads and get to it. cool

What's up?
Regarding Easter Event 2k5: Pretty fun, pretty easy to get eggs. I enjoyed my self. I don't think anything will amount to what Halloween 2k4 was though. That was my first, and favorite event. I was almost here for The olympics, but missed it by a hair.
I like Gambino, but, for a little while I thought he was going to rip me. But think about this. If we had made a lot of accounts and donated to him one gold we would have made a lot of money.
The Von Helsons are hot, aside from that, they aren't that great. They are snoots, that is what's wrong with them.
My favorite color of egg is red, mainly because I found them the most.
Right now I'm carrying the gambino pickett sign. I mean I support gambino, and have one of his signs, these signs clash with my avatar.
Finally, I'll get to the items themselves. They are okay. I think they can go with certain avatars and look nice, but it's just not my style. But, They have always had one of each, so I guess they are okay.
Great idea BTW.

I attended the Easter event, just to see whether a Gambino vs. V. Helson showdown, but it didn't happen..I still had fun though. I improved my french slightly by chatting in a french thread. I heart France.
My favourite mask is most likely the bani mask. I never like the chicky items on Gaia as their beaks are too high, leaving a ginormous chin.
In totla, I got 7 baskets, two of them I opened for the masks, and three others I gave to a friend who missed the event. Which left me with two baskets and both masks.
Crazy Gambino makes me laugh.
I got both anti-people signs. After donating an oh-so generous amount of gold(1g) towards Gambino, I got a free sign. whee They now sit beide each other in my home.
I thought the robo-bunny was going to blow-up Gambinos tower with his Plasma-carrot. Or turn on the Von helsons, and blow up their mansion.
My favoruite egg was the green one. It just seemed rareer then the others, and more unique. Plus, I love green.

Wow, what a great idea! Yeah, I entered it, of course, free stuff. If it's free, I'm there xd . For the second question, I prefer the bunny mask, much cuter the chicky looks fat to me n_n;. Gambino hasn't got mad just maybe excited that he's all mighty and powerful whee . I got both anti signs but I wish I had another Helson sign, but it costs 1k which I can't afford to spend. I have no comment for the robot dude, he's just damn scary gonk . I wish the cute eggs were holdable, pretend they are grenades xd my favorite color is red, or blue. Though, I like green

Vahrley So ya...anywho (<---this is -not- a typo) I'm sooo jealous, you lucky dog! You were at the Halloween Bash! I'd give my left to have a zombie avie! *Le sigh* crying I've collected all the items from that event and Halloween 2k4, even all the grab bags. But back on topic, I think I've decided that my fave egg colors were the red, indigo (dark blue) and green. Those are my fave colors IRL too. Dark shades of them. cool

Vahrley Bon for you, puits fait! (No criticizing the French! xd ) France is Fabu! One of my favorite places in world is the heart musee du Louvre heart ! I too was hoping to see a showdown, but it looks like it's not over yet, they're both still selling picket sings. I gave away a lot of my baskets too, I'm hanging on to a few to see if they go up in price someday and I can afford things like a Devil Tail, Angelic Halo, Black BowTie, Chicky/Bunny Slippers, et cetera, et cetera (not holding my breath though. neutral ). I like both the chickie/chicky and bani/bunny (I wish they'd pick a single spelling for these whee ) wardrobe items, though I do see you point about le chickie beak....and ya...what was that carrot on steroids about? eek

That reminds me, I also got a pic of Gambino (GAIA 1st Annual Memorial Photo) from someone who was leaving Gaia. It's the only donation anyone has ever made to me. I have it in my home. Was that from the Halloween event or one of the annual balls?
