I loved the Redwall books but I don't read the new ones. The books were all wonderful when they started out but they all start looking the same after awhile.

I love Brian Jacques' work. The Redwall series is good for straight-up, entertaining reading.

I like this series a lot, especially Lord Brocktree. I don't like his other series, The Castaways of the Flying Dutchmen. That was kind of dumb.

Well I am officially hooked now. I have read Redwall in 4 days and Mossflower in 3 days. I am going to tackle Mattimeo as soon as I can get it from the library!
I almost regret not knowing about the series until recently. redface
