Hinata, because she has more determination then Ino, as long as Ino doesn't use that move when she takes over the body & successfully does it, hinata has more of a chance.

That depends. If Ino succeeded with her Shinranshin No Jutsu and if they were still as weak as they were around the Chuunin Exames then there
would be little chance that Hinata succeeds. Without it I guess it would be a 50/50 chance.

(Wouldn't everyone say hinata, cuz this IS her guild...)
Hinata hands down. When Ino uses her mind transfer jutsu, Hinata would be able to see her coming with her byakugan. Then she would move out of the way, run over to Ino's body, and bye bye functioning organs! ^_^

When it comes to fighting, Ino is a complete loser. Hinata is pretty good at fighting, and she's more determined to become a better ninja, then to stare at Sasuke all day.

hinata would PWN ino's a**, definately! ino's too busy swooning over sasuke while hinata trains to become a better ninja...but, hinata doesn't need sasuke; she's got kiba blaugh ((that's my fav. naruto couple, in case you can't tell xd ))
