Zachariah_Krain The_Imiko259 Hey, I've noticed that no one's posted about Sanzo, Hakkai, Kougaiji, or anyone besides Goku, Gojyo, and a little bit of Homura O.o that is very true but i will change it!!.....i like the manga better because sanzo doesn't smile as much.....he's kinda OOC in the anime....and the arts much better in the manga too... I completly agree. Sanzo's colder in the manga, in the anime he's a little more forgiving.

i like the manga better because from the anime that i've seen it looks like it was rushed in the drawing of the series. their hair in the episodes look like they were colored by some kid trying to stay in the lines >.> no offence but if anyone's like me and likes the manga better then, you can color it in with your brain. it's creepy, but fun ^-^.
besides, the anime is done very well, but i think it could be better. ^-^

anime is cheaper, in color, has voices, and the actions actually have sounds rather than VRRRROOOOOMMM!!! SWOOOOSSHHH!!!!

i like the anime better because i can't get the manga's in order so i just watched the anime.

the manga is way better because when people die you can at least see some blood, even if they go overboard a bit occasionally. the anime just makes them disintergrate. though I suppose if the anime was that bloody it would probably get rated MA or R18+. *Sigh* too bad then.

They're both awesome. But I'd have to say the anime just because some of the interaction between Gojyo, Goku, & Sanzo, when they're moving, is so much better and dare I say it, more animated. xp

I only liked the Gensomaden Saiyuki anime, but when they got to reload and reload gunlock, the voices of the characters just didn't sound right anymore. To me it was horrible. After that I started liking the manga better. Though if the voices were the same, then I think I wouldn't be able to choose a favorite.

question hmmmmmmmmm.......... I love both. I like the anime because i find it easier to follow (anime1/manga0), and its in color woop! (anime2/manga0) But i like the manga beter because you can make the voices however you want even squeky (sp?), xd (anime2/manga1) and you get more manga episodes per vol. than the dvd's. (anime2/manga2) Plus its cheaper. (anime2/manga3) I coulD keep typing all day but in the end i think i like the manga better.................... but i still love both!!! xd heart xd

Imiko-chan KajiRisu I think the manga is so much better. As The_Imiko259's friends say "What the hell?". Is it some kind of video game death?! I wanna see some blood! Also, Gojyo's poofy pants are different in the anime. They're shinier and have different pockets. But alas, Tongpu's in the anime and not in the manga.
The same with Homura. THat makes me sad, Homura was awesome... Oh yeah, Homura is definitly one of my favorite characters. I gotta say I like both. They both have theyir ups and downs, but I don't like the voice actors for Reload and Gunlock very much. Greg Ayres did a wonderful job as Goku. And as much as I love Lex Lang for his role as Sanosuke in Rurouni Kenshin, he doesn't do Sanzo that well.
