Carmen walked over to Ethan quietly, not sure what to do.
"Hey Ethan." Carmen said timidly.
((now would be a good time to make some random guy ask you to dance rofl ))

Aden chuckled a bit, and another slow song came on. He held out his hand. "May I have this dance?"

Nina smiled lightly and set down her punch. "I'd love to!" she said as she took his hand gently and walked out to the dance floor.

Aden placed his hands on Nina's waist, but after a few moments pulled her in closer. He rested his head on top of hers.

Adrian came up behind Ethan and stood dumb struck. "Lilly, Lilly Alan. Is that you?"

Carmen turned around to see a boy with flaming red shoulder length hair looking rather dumbfounded. I wonder.... Carmen thought, as she looked the boy over.

Lilly blinked her eyes trying not cry. Her lips began to tremble and the next thing she knew she had jumped towards Adrian and was in his arms crying. "I never thought. I'd see you again. I was so worried."
Adrian wrapped his arms tightly around Lilly and patted her on the back and ran his hand down her hair. It was really good to see her again. For a while he had thought he would never see her again either but he knew in his heart they were destined for each other no matter what her father thought.

After a few time Lilly finally stopped crying and turned back to Carmen and Ethan who were staring at the two of them.
"This is him, the guy I was telling you about. Adrian Michaels"

Carmen smiled. "I was wondering if that was him."
Ethan looked rather surprised.
((for some reason I was imagining we were standing next to a long table with a white table cloth on it, with stacks of cups and big bowls of a pinkish-red punch on it ninja ))

Adrian extended his hand to Ethan and then Carmen "Nice to meet you both, I've seen the two of you around."

Ethan smiled and shook the boy's hand. " I'm Ethan, welcome to our little 'group', it's nice to have another guy. I never really understood these two" he said jokingly with a laugh.

"Look, I hope you don't think of this as rude, but I have a lot to catch up with this wee lad here. I'd liked to steal her away and do some dancing. I hope the two of you don't mind. We could meet up in say a half hour and grab some food."

Carmen smiled "Sure I don't mind, have fun."
Ethan's smile faded a bit and looked at Carmen nervously. if they left he would be left with Carmen...alone....alright, my big chance and I have no clue what to say..... he thought to himself. "I, um, sure go ahead, no problem. he said using his most convincing cheery tone he could muster.
