Okay, one. *SQUEES* Dude. You fufill my love intrest, like whoa. XDD Had to say it, I have characters that remind me of him, I LOVE the 'Hell yeah I'm good-looking' attitude. XD

*cough* Back to critique~

Mmkay, so, what I wanted to say was... I feel that there's an underlying cause in his personality that makes him so, confident. Like, what is it that makes him above everyone else? Is there some thought, motto, saying he thinks to make himself better?

Or for better flipsid-ness, what's his flaw in being so confident?

I just need a little more so I can relate to him you know? As much as I adore the way you've described him and Change... I need wriggle in and see what he's REALLY like. I get the feeling he puts up the 'I'm so hot' thing for a cover-up maybe?

Not saying he's got to be manic-depressed or anything, but have him a little more flexiable. I feel that with his personality, he'll only end up befriending people like Iqbal, and Althalus. XD

Oh and that reminds me. Read up a little on Althalus as he's got that whole, "I'm hot and you're not" thing, I think. He's Kel-chan's boy.

I LOVE Change's moodswings, but hey, a bear's gotta have a comeback to her boy once in awhile. XD Is there things that she does to tick him off, or even better, WHAT ticks him off?

I like the bear idea, she sounds awesome. But a few things might help your readers get a better feel for Ripley. You say he likes clothes and hats, which is cool, but you might go in and describe what would be a regular outfit for him. Are we talking jeans, a dress shirt and a top hat? Or Khaki pants, a t-shirt and a Lakers hat? Just to give the reader a more accurate view of him in their mind.

And when describing traits, you say he oozes confidence. But you could describe some little mannerisms that show that. Does he slouch? Does he move quickly or slowly, does he do something unconsciously when he's feeling nervous, or irritated, or... well you get the picture^^

As for Change. You might go a little deeper how quickly her moods change, and what sets her off. Maybe even describe a situation where the mood changes, to show how it fits into their daily life. Another thing you might do is look up image refs for her, both cub and adult sizes. Does she have anything to distinguish her from other bears? Other than the bow, that is. Is she thin for a bear, or heavy?

You also call him "Wild" and "Laid-back" in the same sentence. Perhaps wild isn't the right word, since it seems a contradiction. Mischievious? Daring? Or perhapy "easy-going, yet daring." I'm not sure how I would put that...

And as far as the powers go, unfortunately, illusionist is taken. Aki Ana's Nisha is an illusionist. You might change it to shape-shifter? It seems to me that that's what he's doing, but I might have read it wrong.

He sounds like fun, though! And I'm sure you can flesh him out with a little work^^ I hope this helps!
