Tallow Tamarack Do the renaissance festivals count as conventions for this thread? What I've been to...AFO twice, Colossalcon once, FX once, Jacon once, Megacon thrice, Metrocon once, Otronicon twice, Screamfest once. Well since we're going THAT route Project A-Kon every year from 96 til 02 Animefest Dallas every year from 96 to 02 (I think they skipped 98 or 99 due to budget problems) Itzakon two years Uncommicon the only year they had it. 3 megacons 3 afo's 1 jacon, the year they were at ucf and screamfest once

Barako Shino All4Dark I have been to Jacon for three years but sadly I will not be attending this year because I am attending Otakon. However, I shall be going to AFO! Whoot! I will also be going to Metrocon. I kinda have to be there, I am in Chess Match once again this year! And the last con that I shall be attending is AnimeSouth. I am Founder number 5 so I have to go! ^__^ YEAY!! Anime South!!! I went last year and has a blast! Is it true Anime South is going to be 4 days this year??? I live in Lakeland so its a super duper long drive but if it's the same hotel 4 days AND right at new years, I really wanna go, just gotta see what my fundage does.... I know I hung out with a few founders last year, so I was wondering if you were one of the ones I hung out with? In my cosplay banner is a piccy of me As Taki Aizawa being choked by Touma. Also cosplayed Ayame from fruits basket, Robert Hyden from Law of Ueki and the Nina/Alexander Chimera from Full Metal Alchemist. I wish it would rain money so I could send pre-redge and reserve a room for all the cons I want to go to right now crying It appears that Anime South will be 4 days this year! smile

D: Mark said (the guy who is in charge of the con) said it will be 3 days but he is thinking about extending it into new years eve night. The chances are looking really, really good. Also AS will be in the ballrooms this time so things won't be so cramped (yes the contracts have already been signed so we won't get forced out of them this year from what I understand.) and the merchandise area won't cause claustiphobia. I gophered last year but am planning on getting a gold pass this year.
