I'm bored so I am going to rant because I can. Dun like it read it anyway, i like some feedback on this see if anyone feels the same.
I'm not social in traditional senses, as in I have to, not want to, not should, I HAVE to be alone, as in no physical being around me for like 4 hours a day. If i don't have that each day I get agitated with people. Especially with some girls you date -.-. Not offensive, it is nice to talk once in awhile, but i can't sit on the phone and talk for like 2 hours over random stuff, it bothers me, i don't know why, it might be some of my character flaws, it might just be my thinking but It is just something I cannot do, this right here, posting, talkign on gaia, this is fine, i just cannot be with people all the time. A bit of good music and some peace and quiet is all i need. It's not that people bother me either, it's not even that i hate people, i just really need alone time, I know people who could live with others all the time never once be bothered and never have privacy and be fine, more power to them, but i think i would be a very not-nice person in such a situation.
Anyone else like this? Meaning having to have some personal time most of the time, can't talk on the phone alot, need some room?

Hey man, I'm just the same way. Erinn can tell you that I get easily irritated if I'm around people for too long.
I understand where you just don't want to talk to anyone. My alone time is what, essentially, keeps me in a positive mood. I don't know what it is either, but perhaps it's a relax from not having to answer someones questions/opinons/whatever. When you're at home and just chillin' listening to some tunes, you can choose your social interactions. That's why I like Gaia too, if there's a comment or something, you don't have to answer them. MSN, you're expected to answer, it can interrupt you...phone calls I find are intrusive and redirects the time that you set aside for yourself.... I don't know how much truth there is in that with you but that's my feelings on them.
My alone time is just a re-energizer to go through the daily stresses. I'm sure I've mentioned this several times and I'm probably repeating myself, but when I'm at home absolutely nothing is expected of me.

Same thing for me xd exactly, my parents even know better than to come to this room from when i get home from school to about dinner time. I generally don't give anyone my home number so that kills that possibility for me most of the time but my cell is an annoyance at times.
hermitness it may be, but without it i would be an annoying little b*****d.

I get like the way you two guys do to an extent. I definitely need time to myself and can get really pissy if I'm around a large group of people for a long period of time. But I seem to be fine with my close friends, and I can always make time for them if I'm doing something or need space or whatever.
Now, new topic.
Wtf is it with women liking guys that are assholes and staying with them even after they figure out they're assholes or keep going back to them?
I ask this because I got woken up at like 7am this morning by a friend calling me crying because her a*****e bf had been screaming at her, insulting her, like really insulting, calling her a stupid b***h and stuff like that, had done all this in public and had like broken up with her. I'd had gotten to sleep like 3 hours earlier after going through most of a bottle of JD, so I was a little worse for wear and rather pissed off, not at my friend, but her bf for doing stuff so bad that she calls me from Canada at like 2am her time.
Now, this isn't by far the first time it's happened. He does it like all the time when he's drunk or hungover or whatever. Just starts screaming at her and throwing things at her. Though it just seems to be getting worse each time. Like last night he actually physically hurt her. Didn't hit her, but squeezed her hands hard, obviously trying to hurt her. Not much better, I know.
But anyways, enough of ranting. She's talked to me before about him, I've told her my opinion, which is she shouldn't take this s**t, though she has been for 2 years, and she's scared because of past experiences. My problem besides all that is, she keeps going back to him because he's all apologetic and stuff the next day, says he doesn't remember and it was only because he was drunk, etc. Usual bullshit.
Now, why the bloody hell do women do this? There's other women I know in situations similar to this. They all seem to do the same thing. The reasons escape me, so ladies, gents, maybe you can help me figure it out.

Truthfully dude, I have no clue, I have the same s**t, lacking the JD, most of the time. But in highschool terms. My simplest guess, a*****e guys have some sort of a*****e charm, they can charm women, most guys that are assholes have a decent appearance, that is why they are, ever seen some fat ugly guy so ego shocked he'll beat a woman? : shrug: I haven't
Alot of women fall for looks before anything else, simplest thing to it, human nature, human philosophy, human attraction, Human ******** failings. It is how we are, we ******** up, we are stubborn so we keep ******** up. That might be it, or she might like how he looks, or she might like him when he isn't drunk, or she might be totally obsessed with him for some unknown reason to any of us. You can't really ever tell.
My solution, weapon in hand, nose inches from thief face, threatening voice, dark clothing, and a simple threat.

not exactly like that, cause saying you will kill someone=stupidity, but i threaten them, if they keep it up i start hitting them like they hit said female.
And some women like to be dominated, that might also be it, she might like having a sence of domination over her, it's not uncommon alot of women have it, called humble housewife syndrome or something equally odd. It is when a woman feels like she should be underneath her husband, like he should dominate her. Or they believe that only real men are the ones who dominate women by force. Which is equally stupid. But it happens.

RANT OF MY OWN:
Third time in less than 2 months, friend called me, crying, again, her ******** parents are hurting her, any way you think, emotionally, mentally, physically. I really don't know how to help her at all. I feel ******** helpless here and I hate that feeling. I want her to not be sad at these junctures, and i want her parents to have an unfortunate car jacking incident where neither of them leaves the car, ever.
I need some advice, i mean, what am I supposed to tel her, i don't know where to come from, my parents are nice and loving, no anger, no beatings, i can't assosiate with her feelings and it is messing with my whole scheme of keeping her happy. Anyone knows how to help me help her please pm it to me or post it here -.-;
