whee I know Joe is happy to be a little closer to Michigan (where he was born and raised), and I'm actually kinda looking forward to something new, and going back to the east coast. I spent a couple summers growing up in New York. 3nodding Plus its so much cheaper! We can actually own a house out there!

Hehe, yeah. I know what you mean about it being cheaper. We almost had to move to California one time for a possible promotion for my mom. We couldn't even afford to have a house the same size as we did (even with the big raise she would've received).

Oh yeah. I about had a heart attack when I saw that its possible to buy a house for less than $100,000. You can't even buy a condo for less than $200,000 around here!
It wasn't always like this, my parents bought their house when I was 3 for $150,000. But now they've doubled the size of the house, added a pool, and with real estate rising their house is about 1.5 million!

Wow, that's incredible.
I'm definately glad houses aren't that expensive over here on the east coast. I'll hopefully be able to buy a house (putting 10% down) by the end of summer. To pay the mortgage I'm going to have to rent out rooms to a couple of my friends, but we were planning on moving out together anyways so it all works out.

Its about 30 minutes from Kalamazoo, an hour from Grand Rapids and an hour/hour and a half from Lansing. In other words, kinda in the middle. xd
