Speaking of Tanks, I wonder if Hard Head is a headmaster in the current comic.

Hard Head just arrived on Earth with Hot Rod and Nightbeat in Escalation #3. I think it'll be intersting to see what the do from here on out
Anyone else reading the Prequel comic series as well?

Recca Hino Speaking of Tanks, I wonder if Hard Head is a headmaster in the current comic. I doubt he is. The Ultra Magnus Spotlight had Magnus chasing Scorponok for illegal projects concerning organic and Cybertronian beings together. If Hard Head and Night Beat are headmasters right now, they are both violating an agreed upon technology and Magnus would be hunting them down later on in the series

Not to mention, a small group of Decepticons were still hidden on Nebulos when Thunderwing attacked it in the Stormbringers series. I've read the two issues of the prequel comics so far and I think it's an interesting and gives a bit of backstory for the movie.

I love the Prequel comics. They are a help to understand the backstory that they probably won't go into in the movie, but they're doing a prequel novel as well where Sector 7 is trying to transport Megatron's frozen form and there is a possibility that he'd wake up and escape, though we know that doesn't happen by the opening of the movie. But still the Art of the comics rock

My comic book shop didn't get Spotlight Kup so I had to order it from an online one. Was Kup still friends with the Dinobots in the new continuity?

it doesn't say. all the spotlight said is that he trained Optimus Prime, Springer and most of the other Autobots and that he never went in for any of the tech upgrades that were offered as time went on
