Cassara stopped mid climb, and turned. She slithered rather quickly throw the path, the cave, and down the side. She wasn't concerned with herself, and she got torn up.

She quickly climbed up the tree, and gnawed on the branch. It was sort of sappy, and sweet. When Kaida landed on the ground with a thud, Cassara climbed back down the tree.

"When you learn to dance, I'll play for you." She smiled. Giving her something to think about.

She nuzzled Kaida. Cassara ate at the branch that was left under Kaida's bracelets. She then licked her free of sap, and purred. "I told you it was dangerous."

Cassara stretched, and never noticed her own blood that was quickly pouring from her tail. "I can stay and further comfort you, or I can go to get help."

Cassara watched Kaida try and stand. She snorted looking at her own tail. Adrenaline was rushing through her. "I'll live. I think not, you stay put... I'll be back in five."

Cassara slipped into the forest out of site, and shortly there after returned with a wood mat, that had a pull string. She helped Kaida onto it, and then took the loop of string.

"Thank God for wood nymphs." Cassara purred. "Sit still!" She pulled them back towards the lake. From the back her slick form look more masculine than from the front. Her ears were laid back, you see muscles struggling to pull both their weight.

When Cassara was in site Ceres stood up looking to Rose. When she knew she had been seen she collapsed. Her adrenaline had taken them as far as she could.

"Cassara, Kaida..." Ceres was fastly moving towards them.

Ceres caught up to Rose, and soon after knelt down in between Kaida and Cassara. As she laid a hand on their backs, her mortals disguise dissolved reveling her spirit form. She lowered her head. "This is my will, I command it." It was a whisper. Kaida and Cassara was quickly covered in a light, and soon after it faded they were healed.

"No harm will come to those in my watch." Ceres smiled towards Rose. She took a couple deep breaths.

Cassara stretched, her ears twitching. After several blinks of her eyes, she looked at Kaida. "Okay, so your not a flier." She blushed followed by a small laugh.

"It is my fault she even tried." Cassara licked Kaida close to her muzzle and then stood up nuzzling Kaida onto her feet. "I'll race you back!"

Ceres had a look about her when she saw what Cassara had done. However, didn't mention it, as it seemed fleeting. "YOU BETTER BE MORE CAREFUL!" She crossed her arms, screaming after the flash of red.

Ceres then turned to look at Rose. "Nice form."

Cassara slowed down enough to watch Kaida from behind, yet stayed quick enough to keep up. She came to a quick stop when she reach the mountains base.

"If your going to try flying again try a lower ledge." Cassara giggled, and then started back up the mountain.

Ceres nodded softly towards Rose. "Understandable. Your Kaida grew very pretty." Ceres paused for a moment wondering if she should venture into another topic. "Those two get along well together."

Cassara on the ledge, hung herself half over, and reached out to Kaida. "I'll always be there for you." She paused a moment. "Will you extend me the same?"

Once Kaida was on the cliff, before she could catch the darker red on her cheeks. Even before she could hear the answer she had darted into the darkened cave.

Ceres nodded her head, taking into account that perhaps Rose hadn't seen it, or perhaps she was putting to much into it. "They grow up way to fast."

Ceres stood up, you could tell she was weak and forcing steps. What she had done had taken a lot out her. Once at the blanket of the picnic she waisted no time sitting again. "Forgive me." She no longer carried her air, as her spirit form disbursed returning her to human shape. It was disliked by her to have to adorn such a form, but she had to submit she was weak.

Cassara smiled to herself, as she had herd only faintly what Kaida had said. She snaked them through the cave, until they reached the top. Instead of taking through loops like previous she took a safer rout. Showing off previous had gotten them in trouble, and they didn't need that again.

It was a view of the island before them, pin pics in size, but magnificent all together. However, the other half, the desolate waist land lay hidden with higher cliffs.

Once again out of the musty cave, Cassara took a deep breath of fresh air. Her ears twitched, and then she yawned. She was sweaty, and glistening. She stood up on her hind legs catching the breeze to cool off.

She came back to all fours, and turned to watch Kaida. "You okay Kaida?"

Ceres giggled softly. "Live to the fullest..." She paused. "I've done enough for several humans and then some."

Ceres stretched, and then pulled out some pop and two glasses. She passed Rose a cup, and casually said. "I am 450 years old. For every 25 human years I gain a year." Ceres paused again sipping the pop. "I was a six year old earth girl, with 75 years under my belt when I left earth."

Ceres watched Rose. "I cannot go back, my limits are Gaia and this island. And if I leave this island I've got one hour. I am entwined with this island, we need each other."

Cassara purred. "We can bathe in the lake. Hopefully, there won't be any reactions to it this go round." Her eyes glistened. She turned to head back down.

"Then perhaps in a way we share an equal burden upon ourselves. Except that when I do fade you will continue living. I am extremely sorry to hear of your disposition." Ceres had the color returning to her.

"My mother, lives on the green side of the island as an ancient tree. My father, lives on the barren side of the island as a dead tree. My mother choose her fate, she came was she was to save this island. I am not sure of the entire story, not that i want it." Ceres paused.

"Me, I am to take her place, hoping not as a tree, when she passes on. I have no birth children just adopted, so I don't know who will take my place." She giggled. "I cannot fall in love. Twisted sick, is the child closes to my blood, Perian, cannot either. So I am at a loss."

Ceres stood up. "Come, we can take a walk to the beach... Those too seem as if they will be occupied for a while."
