Looks really nice. I do like the dappled effect you've produced on the body, it's quite refreshing to see textures and stuff on such a small scale.
The wings are very polished!
only one thing kinda bugs me and I know you'll slap me around for suggesting it. The eyes seem a little too far spaced, resulting in a kind of cross-eyed look.
but that's all! Well done :3

And yeah, the eyes do look really screwy. But the eyes of the refrence were so scary, I had to tone it down a lot. xD!
I might want to fix that though, just so it doesn't blind anyone. xD

Mae? It looks as though you're buring your protest sign...was that intentional?
Because I've been in that situation! You end up looking like the violent roiter amounst the peaceful strikers...then all hell brakes loose, someone ends up in the gutter, someone gets Herpes, 3rd and 2nd degree burns all around...Wooo-good times in Preschool...good times... xd

I love how doll-esque your axe-wielder is! Reminds me of those Living Dead Dolls or the Bleeding Edge Gothic dolls, very nice all around.
Hehehe..Uriel reminds me of Professor Snape in that attractive get-up.
