Dr-Professor P.S. Some people kept saying that FF7 would lose fans if Cloud ended up with Tifa. So basically what your saying is you would give up on FF7 if Cloud ended up with the chick who is actually still alive(no living in the life stream does not count). Sadly, the rabidity (I think I just made up a word...) of some fans out-weighs common sense. Nice sig pic, BTW.

Heedo nightmare_wraith also note that you see Aeris and Zack together at the end of the movie Ok about the zack and aeris thing at the end of the movie....they are not together in a relationship, they were before aeris met cloud, zack met aeris in midgar and they got together, but they split up because zack had to leave on his new assignment with sephiroth and cloud....at the end of the movie they show aeris leaving with zack, because the 2 of them were not ment to die, and those not ment to die, or chosen by the lifestream, live inside the lifestream, so aeris and zack "adopt" people into the lifestream that were never ment to die, they are not together, zack is clouds best friend, and aeris like cloud, is still in love with him, thats why throught the movie, she speaks to him, to guide him, zack was aeris first love, but as u all should know, they were never ment to be, cloud and aeris were, aeris will wait for cloud, and so will zack, because they are all friends with one another, only cloud and aeris are in love with eachother....zack is like cloud with tifa, hes there to help adopt and raise the children that dont have a home, only in the lifestream and not on the planet alive....again, any questions PM anytime and ill be glad to fill u in on what u want to know... wonderfully said dude

(Refer to The Maiden) The reason why Zack is seen accompanying Aeris is because she 'activated' him. Okay, weird way to say it, but that's how it is. Seriously.....

If you will notice in the scene where Cloud is healed of his Geostigma, from the water bubbling up in the church, he rips of his one black sleeve to reveal....an identical ribbon tied on his arm! (The bf informed me that this was something everyone was wearing in honor of Aeris. My bad. I was in *drool* mode when the other charies came in during the whole Bahamut scene. sweatdrop ) 5) In the scene where he and Tifa were talking about him going to the City of the Ancients to rescue the kids...she refers to "We" constantly...asking him to let her help, even though they weren't a real family. She wanted him to stop worrying about himself and think about others because he has the power to help, no matter what happened in the past with him failing to protect Aeris....and all of that...but one passage hints at engagement and not marriage. I have the English Version of the movie and the official translation of Tifa's lines are: "Sharing your life with other people is hard. I know you don't want to be alone. You might not answer the phone, but you don't throw it away either." (Reno says his line and leaves them alone.) (Tifa continues with the sad face.) "Why do we have to lose out to a memory?" At the very least, here she admits that they had thought about a relationship and I think they were trying to make it work...until he got Geostigma and instead of sticking with her, decided that she shouldn't have to deal with it and left. He went to the church, a symbol of the site of his last failure of a relationship and his vow to protect, Aeris. This is where he went into his normal , bitching, whining, complaining mode and Tifa, the faithful friend and fiancee that she is, tries to help and he pushes her away...as usual. *looks back at all of this* Damn...I am such a pathetic fangirl. I'm going to post this up. sweatdrop Ok the truth of it all, they are not engaged....tifa was reacting as a worried childhood friend, cloud never lived with her, thats where his business was, as from the begining of the movie, she says "Strife diliverys, you name it we diliver it"...cloud had his business set up in tifas bar, and helped her raise the orphans...now she has always wanted to be more then friends with cloud, but cloud never loved her in that way....besides, from the game, clouds start and aeris star were next to eachother, and even his mom, when u go into the past part of the game, says he needs to be with an older girl, thus, aeris, cloud is not ment to be with tifa, hes ment to be with aeris, so when he dies, he will be with aeris, and about the ring? its true, everyone on the team has one, its as clear as day if you pay attention....the ribbon, yes, that is to symbolize aeris death, because they all felt bad for cloud losing his one true love.....the wolf does not represent clouds soul or spirit, it represents the sorrow cloud has for letting his best friend and his true love die, at the end, the wolf disapears symbolizing he has been forgiven and fogave them, thus letting his sorrow go, now tifa and cloud may get together, but we will never know that for sure, cloud and tifa are too close of friends to end up in that kind of situation....now, cloud left when he got geostigma, because he felt as if he deserved to die alone, since he felt alone as it was, he didnt want to burden his friends, so he left, feeling as if he deserved to die alone....but once he was forgiven by aeris, he knew that it wasnt his time, and that he wasnt helpless...so he aided in the battles once again, now the look tifa gives him at the end, it signifies that she is proud of him, overcomming his sorrow, and now letting his friends in...nothing more...if u want anymore info, please PM me anytime you want, i have a lot of info about ff7 and all the others too Err...actually, Cloud IS living with Tifa. They are practically a family. (Refer to Case of Tifa) Those are mostly your opinions. Who ever said that Cloud didn't belong with Tifa? And whoever said that Cloud belonged with Aeris? Clearly you're a biased Cleris fan. And no, everyone does not wear the ring. Only Barett, Tifa, Denzel, Cloud, and maybe Marlene. (I haven't seen it though...) It's what ties them together as a family. You may know the FFVII storyline, but understanding it is another story.

It irks me that ppl claim their opinions to be absolute, and are total FFVII Fans and Gurus yet they "probably" didnt read the Case Of...articles. Those really cleared things up.

Honestly!
I'm sure many fans think they know everything. I dont doubt their self-claims but they really should be more aware of how the story goes you know.
But really, the ones who have the answers are the ones who made the game.
It can't be helped though...

Unfortunately...even for those who've played the game over and over again, they don't seem to understand the story. confused It is supposed to be a complex game, but to have that many people not know the story of FFVII? Either people today are really stupid or just forgetful. I'd take the former to be honest.
Though, you can't really blame those who haven't read the cases. Most probably haven't heard of it yet. (Though, if you've been in this guild, you're bound to hear of it.)

I heard of them through AdventChildren.net while I was tracking the progress. However, I originally only knew Denzels Case...I was interested in finding out about Tifa and Cloud, and of course they made the Case of Tifa.
So for ppl who are trying to prove Cleris, or CloTif, you would think they'd have found out about the cases that way, if they were as diehard about their fanfictions as they claim you know?
Just pathetic...But I agree sometimes it can't be helped. Ignorance is bliss right?

I was wondering that also. Me and my girlfriend were talking about that when we watched the movie again, but usually the engagment ring is on the left ring finger and in the movie it was on the right...difference in cultures maybe, I don't know. However, the game is a complex game and nothing is absolute unless you made it. So I guess you can't assume anything without actually knowing what's going on...complicating yes, but that's the way things go.

Heheheh, it sure is.....though annoyingly so. I can't help but want to bash them in the head for thinking this and that without getting all of the facts. (Of course I can't do that anymore because of my position....) Especially the diehard fans. rolleyes Meh....where are the intelligent people? We're being overpopulated by ignorant people....
I first found out about the cases on AdventChildren.net as well and then searched around for the other cases. (Denzel's was a pain to read though....it was sad, but so boring.....) neutral

Yeah, that's right. It was awfully depressing....Denzel went through so much but it was a pain to read! I thought it was nice how he clung onto Cloud though....heheh, and Tifa gets a little annoyed. xd In Case of Tifa, it's interesting how they act like a real family. Cloud and Tifa even had an argument like couples usually have. (They made up better than most couples though...that's for sure....)

You can find the Case of Denzel on Adventchildren.net, but if you type in Case of Denzel, Case of Tifa, Case of Aeris or something along those lines you can find a site with them and yes they are official.
