Bad stuff?
We had this boca bacon once, and it was hideous.
I think it was morningstar farms.
But it was bad, to say the least.

But Boca burgers tend to be really good.
Thet don't taste like meat, but they taste good.
But my favorite is just a regular portabella mushroom off the grill. ^ ^

OMFG that mashed potatoe recipe sounds JUST DIVINE.

Hodgepodge:

Hodgepodge's are quite simply one of the easiest things you can make. They are also extremely delicious.

You will require a number of fresh vegetables. I like to use red potatoes, fresh string beans, carrots, snowpeas, corn and pretty much whatever other vegetable you'd like to use. I've even used yams!

You boil them togeather, obviously you'd put the potatoes in first because they take a bit longert to cook.

Once they are all cooked, you drain the water, add some soymilk, butter or butter alternative, and paremason cheese (or alternative). Serve nice and hot ^__^

I've had that, and it's pretty good. I usually like to put it all in a marinara myself, though.

wow sounds great
though...
I havent seen any Parmesean alternative
but it's probably out there
Ill keep looking on my next grocery trip...
but it sounds nummy none the less
I do something similar with pasta
when I need a quick snack
except I pour a creamy type soup over it
because Im too lazy to make
pasta dressings and such
(my love for creamy soup
and my teenage metabolism
have rallied against me
but yay for eating mounds
of easily prepared foods nonetheless!)

Here's something I throw together when I am busy, broke or both:

Cornbread, crumbled
Potatoes, microwaved, cubed and fried in canola oil
Vegetarian beans from a can

Cornbread on bottom, then fried potatoes (sometimes I add onions) then a scoop or two of beans on top.

I call this "Poor White Trash", but some folks down here call it "Slop". I like my name better.
