I don't like them as much as I use to. Their Waking the Fallen album was awesome but I was somewhat disappointed with their City of Evil CD. I was expecting music like their old stuff.

I liked them for a little while, but they aren't my cup of tea. They sound too metal, but not badass enough to make it on my metal list.

I'd have to agree with skater_chick. They're older stuff was awesome before they got all into mainstream and everything. Now they're stuff is just overplayed and I don't even see why. It blows.

Avenged Sevenfold is my favorite band ever! They are amazing ^^ I got to see them in concert and i almost passed out when they came on haha but they are awesome

I didnt know who they were until I heard it from my cousins CD. They got some pretty good songs.Not bad at all

~.NIGHTMARE-CANDY.~ These guys are my American band obsession ^__^ the only American band ill listen to on a daily basis...thats bad coming from an American sweatdrop Anywho, the band: Vocals-M.Shadows Lead Guitar-Synyster Gates heart heart Rythm Guitar-Zacky Vengeance Bass-Johnny Christ Drums- The Rev one of my few fav bands of all times fav song almost easy bat country and eternal darkness
