BIG SPOILERS!!! Pyramid Head, as with most things in silent hill series, is meant to be a form of Punishment dealing with James past. You see, James wife eventually became disabled, and he killed her(As far as I can remember) after raping her. He forgot his past, though, and when he arrives at Silent Hill, he has to figure out his past while Surviving. Pyramid Head, before James finds out the truth, is INVULNERABLE to everything. Pyramid Head is also a reminder of what he did so wrong in his past. The thing is, Silent hill is a Unholy Area, and often people are sent there as punishment for past crimes.

enshokukitsune Roissy. Think about it. What would you do before killing someone? =0 Probably end up psychologically (spelling) torturing them for a few hours, and then slowly, slowly kill them so it's in the most painful way possible. But rape? Maybe. Depends who it is.

I don't actually recall him raping her but I could be wrong. o_o;; I think he just suffocates her with a pillow cause he's tired of taking care of her... Either way there is rape in the game with Pyramid Head! :D
