neokitsune She heard her name be called in the voice that she loved more than she loved anything so far, but she could do it. Letting out a half sob the female wild dog dug her hind legs into the ground and ran. The wind instantly swirled around her golden body and forced her forward in such a way that even the gods must have been jealous. In the space of half a minute she had gone almost four miles, tears running from her eyes like waterfalls, yet as she ran she couldn't feel them anymore. This was what she was meant for. This was why she was here.
"Momma!! Momma come back!" Kizaki called out to her mother, her legs not really able to keep up with her father, but she tried anyway. She wasn't sure why her mother had run off so fast, she wasn't sure why her mother would ever run way from daddy at all. Especially when he was so worried about her. Something was wrong.

Jamaa slowed down to Kizaki's pace, tossing her onto his back. "We better catch up." Following Temari's example, Jamaa dug his hind legs and pushed forward.
Jamaa sprinted as fast as he could and still keep his daughter on his back. Not gonna lose her, not gonna lose her, not going to lose her! He moved his shoulder slightly to let Kizaki roll of with the most soft possiblt landing and lept onto Temari, pinning her. "Temari stop running from this!" he barked. "We're here for you."

neokitsune "You don't understand! You don't know what it feels like!" She was almost yelling now, she didn't mean to, she didn't want to upset Jamaa. Certainly not while Kizaki was nearby either. But she couldn't take it anymore. She couldn't take not knowing who her pups father was, who she had been before she regained her memory.
"You don't know what it feels like to lose your memory and not be able to remember who you are, who you're pups father is. Any of it! That isn't fair to them! It isn't fair to you." Her voice almost became a whisper at the last part and tears streamed down her muzzle for her lost memory and past. Yes, it was juvinile, but she couldn't help it anymore.
A thump came as Kizaki landed on her shoulder in the grass. Her mother was ridiculously fast, she'd never even known. And apparently her father could gain tremendous speeds when he was worried or upset. Kizaki wondered what she could do. Well, she knew that she could swim.
And she knew she didn't want to see her mother cry, or even hear it. With a small little yip she ran as fast as she could back in the direction of the pack. She might have been only a pup, but even she knew that this was a time where her mother and her father were supposed to be alone.

"...No I don't..." he actually said the word 'I'. " I don't know how it feels to forget my past. I don't know how it feels to forget the mate that parented my pupsI had myown...." Tears rolled down his, lack of a better word, face.
"I don't want to know how it feels to lose my mate." he pressed himself into her bosm. "I don't want to lose you...."

neokitsune Her legs were curled up on her chest as he laid almost on top of her and she sighed softly. This had to be hard didn't it? This had to be the time that both of them lost it didn't it? Leaning her head back, Temari cried for a long time before she finally let out a broken sigh and lifted her head back to look at him.
"And you won't know how it feels. I won't let you know. I won't let you lose me. I refuse to put you through the same thing as me." She told him, her jem green eyes flashing in determination and slight force. She leaned forward and nuzzled her nose into Jamaa's chest and laid her head down on one of his long legs. She didn't feel like moving now.
