Extra information: Likes to use swords,they are her favoerite weapon,she has one that belonged to her mother,who was into kendo. You might have a problem with that- there is already a character with the codename Speedy, though he is in the DC world, so I suppose you could double up.

The skies were riddled with gray clouds as the moon slightly breaks the dullness by piercing ever so slightly through the cumulous. Stars gleam, but are left unseen as thunder rolls through the night skies. Lightening can be seen over the horizon as loud booms draw ever near the New York apartment of Freddy Freeman. Freddy’s head pops up at the sound of thunder, and he wonders if his estranged family has come for him. While he longs for Mary’s company he knows that Billy still holds some form of a grudge for Freddy’s feelings for Mary. Freddy shakes the feeling free chalking the entire experience up to a common thunderstorm. He rolls himself away from the desk and into the living room. He turns on the television to check the weather. It seemed that the lightening storm had been predicted days ago. Freddy sighed with a sense of relief. As he breathed in once more he felt a vibration come from his belt. He looks down to see that the Outsiders are in need of his assistance. Freddy roles to his coat hanger grabbing his coat and than out the door he goes.
Freddy rolls down the hall to the elevator and pushes the button to open the doors. He rides down to the ground floor and makes his way out of the elevator. He exits his building and instantly turns down an alley once making his way outside. Freddy looks around before he screams the magic words that hold the gift to his powers. Unlike the rest of the marvel family Freddy was forced to say Captain Marvel rather than Shazam. This was due to his being gifted by Mary and Billy rather than the grand wizard himself. The rain begins to fall and drip on Freddy’s face. His teeth grit as he screams “CAPTAIN MARVEL!” The ground shakes and windows bustle as the lightening strikes down upon the wheelchair ridden Freddy Freeman. With the sonic boom and a puff of smoke Freddy is no more, now in his stead stands CM3. CM3 tears through the skies as he ascends from the ground. His speed great like that of Mercury himself CM3 makes great times toward the origin of the signal that had called for him. CM3 touches down to see the woman known as Jade, the daughter of Green Lantern Alan Scott.

The lights came up on the empty stage. Suddenly, a voice called out "raeppA", and a cloud of smoke issued forth. When it cleared, there in the center, stood a very attractive...no...sexy woman with raven black hair. She was dressed in a magician's costume with the the pant legs cut off. Her legs in clad in fishnets (which always seemed to drive the guys wild), while her feet were in a pair of shiny black high heels. She walked forward and threw out her arms. "Ladies and Gentlemen, are ready for a good time?" The crowd responded with applause and cheers as she smiled out to them. "Then let's get this show on the road. My card." With a flourish, a large scroll appeared and unrolled, revealing the name "Zatanna".

Her hear was pounding so hard in her head she could barley hear the dogs barking or the guns firing behind her.
"OUF!" She hit the door at full speed, Knocking it open, not bothering to slowdown despite the pain. It will heal. If she stopped, even for a second, they would be all over her in a heartbeat, then she'd be dragged back to the god forsaken hell.
BRATTAT TAT! BRATT TAT TAT! They were firing at her!!
Don't! Don't! She cried out as several bullet holes riddled her back. She continued to run, as blood poured out of her on to the snow. Unless she sopped bleeding, they'd be able to track her, even if they lost sight of her.
Make it to the woods, find cover. All she needed was the woods then she could lose them for sure. She hoped. It felt like miles away. Her feet and hands were numb from the cold as her warm breath came out like clouds even in the dark.
Need. To. Keep. Going.

Powers: Colossus Like Strength, Psychic Powers, and the ability to dodge thigns in Bullet Speed time.
Age: 18
Brief Biography, also doubles as sort of Rolepaly: Jake williams was born into the world of Professional Wrestling. Is father a numerous time independent wrestling promotion champion. His brother a up-and-comer in teh business. But Jake Williams was different. He could tell when the promoters was going to "job" his father and brother. Then the day came. His father was going into his 50's. Jake got a bad feeling that night when he went to bed, and it was for good reason. It seemed that Jake's father was involved with the mafia, and hadnt paid them any money in months. according to Jakes's Dream, which at this point was never wrong, His father would be scheduled to lose the fight without him knowing and get the tar beat out of him in the ring. then after the match the Promoter would come to his locker room and tell him everythign would be fine. then out of no-where, his father would get shot and die instantly.
Jake, not wanting this to happen, told his father that morning. Jake's Father knew that his dreams had a strage way of coming true, but he beleived that this was to far out there to happen. Jake's Debut match was that very night, and he already knew he would lose it. So after his match, under the name "Lunar", he waited in his fathers Lockeroom to await the results of his Fathers match. Sure enough, His father came into the locker room bleeding on his face, a real crimson mask. And his father, now knowng what is to come, tell's Jake that he loves him. and that exact moment, the Promoter comes into the room followed in tow by a monster of a man. His father and the Promoter talk, and thats when Jake notices that the man is going inside his pocket for something.
That is when Jake springs into action. he jumps up and kicks the gun away from teh man, turns around and punches the man right in the face, knocking him unconcious. The promoter, knowing that nwo his life is in trouble, flees for the door, Jake goes after him but teh promoter turns around and fires a 45. Caliber pistol strait between Jakes eyes.
The next day Jake awakens in a Hospital bed to find his mother weeping and his brother tryign to figure out why all this happened. Jake, not even hurt by teh pistol shot in the face, stands up and kisses his mother, asking about his father. When His mother tells him the news that the promoter's shot somehow missed Jake and hit his father in the left eye, Jake was stunned. He vowed to hunt down teh mafia family who did this and vowed to his mother that he would extract revenge for her.
Now Jake dons his fathers Wrestling Tights and boots and vows for justice in the name of his father. he no longer knwos teh name Jake Williams, he only goes by one name... Lunar.

Brief Biography: A lonely young woman, has spent much of her life getting her heart broken by anyone she has ever trusted. Due to that, she has cut herself off from any family or friends she ever had and came up with a new identity named after her favorite weapon, sais.

Roslin stared at her bag and sighed loudly. I can't believe this day has finally come, I was starting to think I'd never escape. Then again, why shouldn't I? After what happened.....I never expected she wouid....just forget about it Roslin. She picked up her bag and checked her wallet. Thank God, for rich parents. She placed the wallet in her back pocket and attached it to a chain. She headed for her window trying to be as quiet as possible and opened it. Goodbye, to whoever cares. She jumped out the window and landed quietly. Perfect landing, not free yet though. She ran for the gate, jumped it, and kept on running. Time to start anew...Sai.

Powers: Like Batman or The Scarecrow, Stuart actually has no powers. However, he is lean and supple, and he knows quite a bit of various martial arts. He's not particularly strong or powerful, but with the help of some technilogical gadgets, like all-purpose goggles, a utility belt full of little machines and mechanisms, and a tear-proof skeleton suit, Stuart can be a pretty nice, well, side-kick.
Age: 26
Brief Biography: Stuart was born rich, and has stayed rich. He's a graduate student, studying in the feild of computer engineering, hence his talent with technological doohickies. Stuart is usually stuck up and stubborn, but his ex-girlfriend and current best friend, Jeanne Blume, convinced him into taking up action in a city full of thriving crime. He still has his regrets about it, he's still a little weak on hiding his identity, but overall, Stuart is doing what he has to do. In his city, there's no Batman, Superman, or Wonder Woman.
Extra information: Stuart is living quite a while away from his home town and family. He has no siblings, and his two best friends are Jeanne Blume and Nick Brubeck. Jeanne and Nick thought it would be a good idea for Stuart to go out and meet some real heroes, so they sent him on a mission to Metropolis, Gotham, or wherever the wind takes him.
