Description of Mutant Power: Insane Darkness, Carlos has a variety of ability with his power. Fundamentaly he can cover himself in a sort of darkness which takes the shape of a pitch black coat. He shows limited ability to shape it into anything else including offensive blades. The true benefit of his power is the ability to teleport through shadows within a fifty mile radius of which he enters one. This envolves being engulfed by his darkness and reappearing in it elsewhere where theres a shadow. Alternatively he can cast the darkness and engulf an area usually no bigger than a single room or a small house, it obstructs all vision, blocks most smells, and deafens some sound, and means such as psionics, thermal vision, nightvision, etc. do nothing to help navigate. The darkness however weather himself or an area has adversed effects over time. the more time spent in it the more nightmares one is forced to live. His longest teleports leave him shaken or spaced out, one victim after nearly an hour was left curled in the fatal position mubling to himself, This effect happens only within a subjects mind. Despite this he can choose how long to spend in the darkness. Other defects is a mild case of light sensitivity and insomnia. His eyes seem to glow when his power is in use, giving his wraith like state an unerving quality. The Darkness in a theory devised by his mother, states that his body when engulfed and cloaked becomes gateway to another dimension that exist within shadows, and that the cloak is made of the negative energy existing therein.

*Enhancements Recently enhance by a machine made by Magneto. His power has also evolved to include new abilities. His control of the darkmatter energy substance in the shadow dimension is great enough to allow him to make concussive blast of negative energy which create nightmares in those it strikes. He can now sense the balance of light and darkness in an area perceiving the world as he would when he teleports. His teleport range seems to have a greater range.

Pros: Offers instant escape from troublsome moments. Engulfed by a cloak of darkness he is wraithlike and not too heavily effected by physicality. His touch induces the same nightmarish effect as teleporting or enveloping somone. He can hide within shadows for however long he can remain sane and leave at anytime anywhere there is a shadow within 50 miles. The Cloak shows a limited ability to become offensive blades but such use doesn't leave any physical damage, in essence a person feels pain because in their mind they they suffer a hallucination which seems real enough to cause pain. The Darkness has no scent and is non trackable He doesn't appear capable of flight but he can glide short distances. He can spread the effect outward by becoming the epicenter and unleashing the darkness from himself in all directions.

Cons: The induced nightmares may vary but they still effect him and his psychosis. He can often be shaken or nauseated after teleporting. It is a constant and he can't protect any willing persons who want to travel with him from this effect. His power seems to have come with a mild case of light sensitvity forcing him to wear eye protection.

Level of Mutant Power's Effect (1-5): 3-5 His power seems to grow at sunset and significantly more so at night possibly do to the night time darkness. He prefers sleeping during the day as nightmares seem worse at night.

Level of Control over Power (1-5): *5 control over the activation is smooth and akin to instantaneous as well as cancellation. Enhancement from Magneto has now given him complete control.

Willingness to use Powers (1-5): *4 More control he uses them more often now but doesn't completely depend on them.

Effect Powers have on Lifestyle: Carlos is very withdrawn and quiet do to the nightmares. He's also particularly insomniac especially on days when his power is used in anyway. The light sensitivity has him constantly wearing shades or goggles during the daytime or even at night time. Despite all this he tries to maintain a simblance of normality enjoying to tan under the sun. He is quiet and cold at times and is more couragous than one might expect usually not afraid to hold back or do things. He is more used to his powers effects and it takes the longest prolonged exposure to effect him heavily, usually after thirty minutes he feels shaken. Outside the darkness he is very resolved and afraid of almost nothing being level headed. He appears to others as the strong silent type, and the one at the back of the room that you'd wonder how long he has been there. His Loves sleeping under the sun during the day, and his martial intrest got him into dancing as well as friendly sparring. He's adept at soccer and only competes for fun.

HISTORY

Age 0: Carlos was born in Peru to his latin mother and american father of whom were both mutants who have hid their powers and try to live regular lives. His father Is with the U.S Military, His Mother Studied to become a Dr. in Psychology. He was primarily raised by an older sister and his father worked hard most of the time while his mother's studies kept her busy. His sister was in intermediate school at the time but took good care of him along with a neighbor.

Age 5: His Parents and sister move to brazil along with him as a result of his father's career.

Age 6: With new friends he tried to blend in with his new surroundings though soccer is a common interest he was drawn to the martial art Capoerra as practiced by the natives and soon found a teacher in the form of a sarrogate big brother who became involved with his sister but taught him everything from doing a handstand to the rythmic dancing of the sport.

Age 7: A friendly spar with his father ends with a greater intrest in martial arts. His father starts teaching carlos Close Quarters Combat techniques. Both parents reveal that they are mutants and explain that Carlos might become one as well and to be careful who he associates with.

Age 12: Six years since having started with Ray his Capoerra teacher Carlos wins his first native compatition and within a few months becomes recognized as a small prodigy. At the same time he accomplishes himself as a mid level Judo and CQC Combatant helping his father train new recruits on base.

Age 14: His sister marries Ray. His Mother earns her PH.D in psycology and his father is promoted to Colonel. Only eight months later while visiting the father on base his sister is killed as terrorist attack also leaving his father crippled. The loss left Carlos who was very close to his sister disturbed and depressed. He begins having nightmares, at this time his mutation manifest as simple shadow manipulation.

Age 16: His family moves to NY do to his Fathers new job in the military working for D.C. Feeling inspired Carlos works on combining what martial arts he knows and creates his own form of CQC involving the cappoera. His nightmares get worse and his powers fully evolve into what it is at present day. His Mother helps him to control, and explore them His father offering as much support as he can.

Age 17: Carlos studies in highschool suffer from isnomnia and his powers go out of control for the first time. He lashes out at a mugger and leaves the man in a poor state of mind before Carlos himself was left disturbed. Carlos then works with his mother in meditating with his powers active to refine his ability to use them. Trying to find escape and some distraction a stroll through the streets got him intrested into break dancing his cappoera skills making him a natural.

Age 18: His powers have improved much in control and he feels all capability are explored. His Mother and Father are Contacted by Charles Xavier who offers his parents a better life and the ability to use his powers to better extents. His parents tell Carlos and Carlos thinks on it for a weeks before saying yes. His father as parting gift gives him his side arm a 1911 pistol which hes had since the start of his carrer and was customized over years, no longer needing it for his new desk job. Carlos leaves his family with the hope he can learn to gain immunity to his nightmares.

History in Detail:

Carlos was born after a long term marriage and is the younger child of his family, His father is a career soldier with many accoplishments and his mother though poor before the marriage was dedicated to study to better her liffe. Both parents knew each other to be mutants and felt secure with each other. Carolina the older sister showed no signs of mutation unlike carlos but the family lived normaly for a long time. After moving to Brazil his family settled nicely next to a military base. Carlos had been playing soccer for awhile with his sister but when on an outing with friends was introduced and intrigued by the ritualized dance fighting style of Cappoera common in the country. His sister had become involved with a classmate who new the art and suggested her little brother take lessons. Carlos and his tuor became as close as brothers and carlos rose to a level of agility and dexterity for the art that his father had to challenge him in a friendly spar. Carlos one the natch to his father rather quickly and his father decided to take him to the base for a better evaluation. In the end Carlos ended up learning more martial arts from his father including basic military close quarters combat and judo. He was also taken to a shooting range a couple of times a pass time which his father and he truely bonded. Over years Carlos became adept at every thing he set out to do and helped his father train soldiers as he was a young master of cappoera and very adept at CQC and judo.

His parenst were open with the fact to him that they were mutants and as such warned him that he might inherit something of it. His sister didn't show any signs. Carlos then after the tragic lost of his sister became withdrawn and the stress of dealing with it forced his powers to awaken. It manifested only as a little shadow bending but within time and more stress seemed to gain stronger. He also suffered from nightmares often and slept less. Things got worse as he and his parents moved to New York for his fathers new job. Carlos was receiving help from his mother whos power she used to stablize him and teach him better control. The significant increase came during a walk home and he was mugged, his powers left his assailent in a tearabl mental state. a day later the incident was published as an article in the newspaper but his identity was confused with someone else which his parents were glad for. Years later his powers were way too much for him despite his progress and when offered he accepted an invitation to Xaviers school for the gifted.

Description of Mutant Power: Kevin can create three different creatures which come off of his back each having a different ability. One is strong, one can fly, and the other is invulnerable. After 24 hours the creature would became unstable and basically disappear. It also takes Kevin 24 hours to create another version of each creature which means there can only be one of each at once. His power is also developing, so in the future his powers can improve by changing the limits and making the creatures have different powers

Pros: His powers basically create creatures that give him comfort for his lack of "real" family. Also, since his powers are still developing, so if he gets stronger at his power he could probably create a miny army of super-creatures.

Cons: Right now he can only create the three that live 24 hours. He also can "choose" which ones he make. Even though he can create things that he loves and loves him back, that fact that they always die make him a little mentally unstable.

Level of Mutant Power's Effect (1-5): 3- His creatures could efectively defeat any oppanent if they all work together, but seperate theycould still each be beaten.
Level of Control over Power (1-5): 3- He can create the creatures at will but he can't choose which type he creates.
Willingness to use Powers (1-5): 4- They creatures he make give him comfort when he's not fighting and he wouldn't think twice about using his powers in battle or missions, but sometimes he thinks if they're death is worth it.

Effect Powers have on Lifestyle: Beause he basically creates his own friends and family, he finds it hard to make other friends eventhough he wants to.

Age 3: Kevin's uncle Mitch dies when he gets caught in a buliding that partly falls down when the X-Men battle the Juggernaut. Kevin is to young to remember this event, but his Uncle Rio blames the X-Men for his younger brother's death.

Age 4: Kevin firsts meets his Uncle Rio, his Aunt Vicky, and cousin joe

Age 6: Kevin finds out that he can't see his cousin Joe anymore. When he asks his parents they say that Rio says he is real sick

Age 7: Kevin sees his cousin again while visisting New York City. He was going down a sewer.

Age 8: Kevin's cousin Joe is killed by Members of a mutant hating group who attacked Morlockes. Then Kevin finds out his cousin was a Mutant.

Age 11: Kevin's parents are involved in a bank robbery gone wrong where the mutant robber killed two hostages before the X-Men showed up and defeated them. Kevin, now has a grudge on the X-Men for arriving late.Kevin's Uncle Rio takes him in since Rio is closest living relative. Rio already on his second marriage treats Kevin poorly all the time and hates all mutants for what he says "killing his brother, his sister, and the son he's ashamed of". Kevin starts beleiving that a little too.

Age 14: Kevin discovers his powers When he firsts discovers his power he his degusted at himself and what he created, but he soon started to love the first creature coming off his back who he named Ben. Then Ben died and Kevin was sad once again. Rio eventually finds out about his powers and kills a creature that Kevin has made at the time. Kevin runs away.

Age 16: After living on his own, only hating the X-Men not all muants, and controlling and developing his powers more, Kevin gets picked up by the police. A social worker then decides that he should go to Xavier's. Now Kevin, having a power in which he creates joy and sorrow for himself in his creatures, is living with the very people he hates

Description of Mutant Power: Julianna's abilities are a compilation of mutations. First and foremost is her lizard like appearance. Her skin is emerald green with darker green blotches here and there. She has the ability to alter the pigmentation in her skin to match her back round much like a chameleon. Her hands and feet secrete a sticky substance at will allowing her to crawl up walls and across ceilings. She also has the ability to regenerate any part of her body that is lost. This is no where near Logans' level of healing. But over the course of a week or two she can grow back and arm or leg or part of her tail. She is also surprisingly strong, fast and agile making her a hard target to hit in combat.

Pros: She can move about almost without notice allowing her to access places and over hear conversations that she might not normally be able to hear. She can take a significant amount of punishment and have minimal down time and regenerate lost limbs at an astounding rate.

Cons: Her skin must remain damp in order for her to be able to move about effectively. She is extremely easy to pick out of a crowd making it hard for her to move around without being noticed. While she can regenerate damage she can still be killed buy such things as fatal injuries, blood loss etc. If she's startled while up on a wall or a ceiling she can and will often fall injuring herself in the process more likely than not.

Effect Powers have on Lifestyle: Julianna is a rather sensitive individual. She's highly touchy about her appearance and has always been so. She was driven from her house on the day she gained her powers and is there fore rather distant. Once she gets to know a person she can open up and get closer to them. She hates normal humans as a result of her exile.

Age 0 – Julianna is born a happy and healthy baby girl. By all appearances she seems perfectly normal. As she grows older nothing changes and life continues. Her father is given a job at a steel plant and her mother works in a restaurant.

Age 5 – Her mother contracts cancer and after a long hard struggle with it passes away. Julianna is also starting to develop strange symptoms. Doctors remove a strange mass from her back but it is determined to be harmless and she is sent home.

Age 10 – Life is pretty much normal. She goes to school, has friends and all is well. Her father is promoted to chief manager at the Steel plant and they move to a more up scale neighborhood.

Age 13 – The change happens. When her father was away a great physical pain overwhelms her. Her body changes at a rapid rate. Her skin became leathery and despite her screams and no matter what she tried nothing lessened it. As sirens could be heard her skin now a withered husk splits open and her new form emerges. The house is a mess of blood and gore. Long story short the police get there and open fire thinking she was a mutant that killed an innocent girl. She ran and hid until things settled down. After a week she tried to go back to her father. He of course was revolted by her and drove her from the house violently.

Age 13.5 to 15 – She is pretty much stunned by the loss and rejection of her father. Frightened and revolted by what she has become so she pretty much wanders around hiding away from people. All interactions are the same. People scream, call her a monster and call the police so she avoids most contact.

Age 15 to 17 – a small family of mutants takes her in. These mutants teach her that they as mutants were superior to humans and given her past history she buys into this belief. The family while believing they were superior to humans they were not the violent types and stressed that point to her. She personally didn't really believe that but she will follow their wishes.

Description of Mutant Power: Mori controls plants, she has always had green fingers ever since she was a child. She can make trees grow to full size the same goes for plants and flowers, but in there case she can make them a lot bigger then they really are. As easily as she can give them life she can take it away, she can make trees rot in a second and if she’s in a bad mood the plants and flowers around her are affected. She can also control them as she wishes, for example she can make them grab a person and keep them from getting anywhere and she can also use her power for protection like making a shelter out of the vegetation around her or make a tree grow in super speed to block an attack, and she can squeeze the life out of a person in her grasp, but she had never used the last named one.

HISTORY

Family:
Father – Takashi Fujiwara 45 (No apparent genetic mutation.)
Mother – Andrea Mac’Gregor (Died at the age of 27 everything else is unknown exet that she was a mutant)
Two younger twin brothers – Tom and Jason 14 (No apparent genetic mutation.)


Age 0: Born as a mistake on both sides, her father didn’t want a child but when Andrea insisted on having the baby he stayed with her until Mori was born, when he found out that Mori was a mutant he broke all connections to both Mori and her mother.


Age 3: Mori's mother died in a car crash and she is left in a foster home in Australia, her ability is already beginning to manifest. Flowers and plants react on her mood and she has a passion for the out doors and everything seems greener where she is...


Age 10: Mori has lived a sheltered life in her foster families care, but her long lost father returns and takes her for his own, he leaves her in a institute where they use mutants as test subjects and after a couple of months she is returned to her father with a letter saying that she was useless to them. From there on out her father treated her like air, from that she developed a wall for protection, a way to shut everything out. Because of her weird behaviour in school she didn’t make any friends and she had outburst where the ground would begin to shake so people pretty much found ways to walk around her...


Age 14: Because of years living with her father Mori devotes herself in everything she can get her hands on, she is a black belt in karate at the age of 14 and at the same time she is a excellent rider, she is good at everything she does but still there is something missing and in the condition she is growing up under she becomes more of a loner and instead of the wall she had for protection she starts hanging out with the worst kind of people. A few days away from her 15th birthday she is caught by the police and is sent to a facility for young criminals...

Age 16: Mori is realised from the facility and has to find her way on her own ones again, this time her father sends her to a privet school in Germany. In school she is extremely talented and a fast learner but a bit of a day dreamer, she is a born talent in speaking different languages and under her staying in Germany she learn how to speak German, French, Spanish and Chinese fluently. She has also learned how to control her ability so every time she’s angry the ground doesn’t start shaking and plants don’t break out from the floor and threw the windows. Under all her years without a father figure or a grown up to look up to at all Mori has developed quite the attitude and doesn’t care about anyone or anything, in her mid she thinks that if she hurts them first they wont be able to hurt her. This continues for a long wile but when her father decides to take her home she is meet with warmth and love, something she has never experienced before. She also learns that her father has remarried and that she has two younger twin brothers, from there on out everything about her changes. The love she never experienced herself she gives to her brothers, she devotes her whole being into making her father proud of her and under the years to come they have a ok relationship. She is still hurt from the way he abandoned her and send her away time and time again...

Age 17: Under the year Mori lived with her Father and his new family she blossomed and so did her powers, going from a quiet grey mouse that never said a word to a beautiful young woman that is happy and outgoing. Her powers grew and so did her taste on knowledge, she wanted to learn more about what it means to have special abilities and she desperately wants to learn how to use them. So her father this time at her own request sends her to the Xavier institute for gifted youngsters and this is a new chapter in her life...

Description of Mutant Power: she can “summon” any animal she can think of and keep there for up to and hour, the animals have a kind of heavenly look to then, but she can one do one animal at a time and the bigger and/or more detailed the animal the harder it is for she to “summon” it and keep it there.

Age 0: she was born in Ireland she spent the first three years of her live in Ireland and then traveled with her family and arrived in America.

age 5: enter school and is constaly teased and bullied because of her very size

age 10: get writen up mutiple times in school for suposdly "starting" a fight and is thought to be a violent kid

Age 13: She discovers her powers when she was the attepted victem kidnapping; the guy was in the hospital for a week.

Age 15: she runs away from home after telling her parents about her powers. she bethought they would be ok with it but they shunned her ans kicked her out beacuse they were sscared of her.

Description of Mutant Power: Conner is able to shift his own centre of gravity to suit his purposes, he can run up walls or along ceilings, change his weight and his powers give hime near perfect balance.

Pros: Conner can use any wall to his advantage (Offensivly or defencivly) and change his weight to either subdue an opponent by increasing his weight or run across unstable ground by decreasing it and he can jump extended distances (Maximum of 170ft)

Cons: If Conner constantly shifts his gravitic centre without rest his body begins to shut down and hemorrhage, it starts with a headache and gets progressivly worse. while running up walls has become second nature to Conner, anything over the 90* angle needs his concentration, as does changing his weight, any lapse and his power cuts out. His powers are also the only thing keeping him standing, if they cut out for any reason (Overuse, chemical inducement etc.) he won't be able to sit up, much as well stand, with out getting extremely dizzy and vomiting.

Effect Powers have on Lifestyle: His sense of balance relies on his powers, without it he couldn't stand. Also after a stay in france Conner got interested in Parkour (Free running) and used his powers to go further and use the roofs as his own personal playground. His gravity changing abilities also give him an edge in fights.

Age 0: Born in America and left on the steps of an orphanage, was adopted 8 months later by an English couple who were wotking in the British consulate.

Age 3: moved back to England

Age 5: First day at school, bullied fiercely for his accent and glasses. Conner attempts to take it in his stride loses confidence, he makes a few freinds among the outcasts of the school

Age 7: The bullying has persisted and after two years Conner finally snaps and fights back, he's left alone for a few months but the teasing starts up again, this time in bigger packs, Conner has changed from the quiet 'Yankee' kid to a quiet and confident London youth, he's no longer scared of the 'in' crowd and no longer bothered with them.

Age 11: Conner moves up to secondary school and Conner is now a part of the popular crowd, having grown taller and stronger, he stays freinds with his old school buddies who have moved up into the same school but are still considered 'outcast'.

Age 14: His powers break out on a school trip to a place called the Ironbridge in Shropshire. Conner is pushed over the side of the bridge while attepmting to defend a friend. Instead of going over he rolls down the side of the bridge and stays there. He's immediatly shunned by everyone and sent home, his parents sit him down and tell him he's adopted.

Age 15: Conner is expelled from school for fighting, his parents, afraid that Conner will get into trouble at another school, hire a tutor. Conner starts planning to track down his real parents, saving every penny he can towards that goal. his education takes a turn for the better and Conner finds that he has an affinity with machines. On holiday in Paris, Conner sees several teenagers free running along the Seine, he tags along and learns all he can in the week he's there. He takes this new found love of Parkour and practices on the streets of London, though he knows of several groups of free runners he enjoys running alone, along the rooftops of the city.

Age 16: Conner passes his GCSE's with C grades across the board, he gets apprenticed to a mechanic and begins to work, still saving towards his goal.

Age 17: Conner quits his apprenticeship and sets off to find his biological parents, his adopted ones give thier blessing, some money and a lead. He travels to the US but to no avail, his only lead diminishes and he is lost. He decides to head around the world, just to see what he can see, do and learn.

Age 18: Conner has visited almost every country in the world and learnt a lot; several martial arts (Basics only), meditation and con tricks which helps subsidise his dwindling cash hoard. He finishes his travels back in New York City where he gets a job as a mechanic but also earns money pulling cons on the public.

Age 19: Conner has gotten by but wants more, his powers have only increased minutely and he wishes to increase them further. He hears about Xavier's institute and decides to check it out.

Description of Mutant Power: Rogue possesses the ability to absorb the memories, knowledge, talents, personality, and physical abilities (whether superhuman or not) of another human being (or members of some sentient alien races) through physical contact of her skin with the skin of the other person. (Sometimes she also duplicates in herself outward physical characteristics of her victim.) The victim's abilities and memories are absorbed for a time sixty times longer than the amount of time Rogue was in physical contact with that person. The victim loses his or her abilities and memories for exactly the length of time that Rogue possesses them.

Pros: The nature of her powers makes her a force to be reckoned with in any fight. She can KO an opponent with the slightest touch, and then use their powers against them. In addition, she isn’t restricted as to how many powers she can absorb at once, but she tends to only absorb as many as she can control.

Cons: Rogue cannot touch another human being without temporarily absorbing that person's memories, abilities, and superhuman powers (if any) and rendering him or her unconscious. Remnants of the personalities of victims whose memories she has absorbed remain buried in her subconscious indefinitely.

Description of Mutant Powers: Can alter physical Body (Muscles, Skin, organs, etc.) in order to best match the situation at hand. This gives him an improved healing rate as well. He cannot however grow additional body parts or, in most cases, recover lost body parts. Because of this he also has naturally enhanced speed, strength, and endurance without altering his body or needing to work out.

Put Simply: Has an increased healing rate and can manipulate the biology of his own body.

Pros: Is obviously amazing in a fight because he can develop around most enemies’ weaknesses. (Especially Non-mutants)

Jonathan is born to Melissa Clark and an unidentified parent in Africa. Both were carriers of the x-gene but neither had clear mutant qualities. At first Jonathan does not show clear Mutant signs. Is sent to America to live with Aunt so that Mother can continue work with the Red Cross.

Word comes that Melissa Clark has died from disease. Foster Parents decide to accept Jonathan as their own.

Jonathan punches a whole through a wall during a childish tantrum. He receives no injury.

Jonathan begins to exhibit clear signs of mutant genes in Appearance. He is tested positive and his Foster-parents make it aware that they are not his birth parents.

Age-15
Foster Parents die during a hurricane while he Jonathan is away at summer schooling. Jonathan is sent to live with one of his distant relatives rather than be sent to an orphanage. It becomes clear rather quickly that New foster parent is fond of illegal activities with a sort of crime syndicate and is away for days at a time-Sometimes up to a week. Jonathan begins looking privately into other living quarters.

Age-16
Has little trouble getting his foster father to sign him into Bayville, as he will no longer have to care for him. Jonathan makes arrangements to leave immediately.

Age 7: Accidentally turns invisible for a day. Witnesses a mugging while invisible. Vows to use powers for good and become a hero.

Age 8: Family moves to California.

Age 10: After years of being the "fly on the wall" for many shady organizations, Pip's house is mysteriously destroyed, along with her family, most likely because she "knew too much".

Age 12: After two years of going from foster family to foster family, Pip decides to run away. She is brought to the School for the Gifted.

Description of Mutant Power: David is an aerokinetic, meaning that he can control air. He potentially do anything from a gentle breeze to a destructive tornado. He is also learning to use the air currents around him to "see", much how a fly senses danger (changes in air currents=motion), but slightly more sophisticated (as the human brain is much more complex than a fly's brain).

Pros: David's powers allow a degree of versatility not available to most people. He is able to fly via use of air currents (usually represented through a small tornado which covers the lower half of his body. This tornado is merely for show, and does minimal, if any, damage), attack via gusts of wind, or even breath underwater (to a certain depth) by using his powers to hold a bubble of air around his mouth.

His powers are still developing, and have the potential to become extremely powerful.

Cons: Though he has immense potential, David has limited control over his powers. His gusts of wind, while able to knock an average person off their feet if concentrated, are nowhere near as powerful as those of someone like Storm, who has had years of practice.

Also, his top airspeed is only around 30mph, currently. While the gusts of wind he can create are much stronger than this, were he to hit himself with one of those gust, he would only serve to knock himself about.

Effect Powers have on Lifestyle: Because of the experiences he's had with regular people, he has a certain disdain for normal humans. Of course, if a "flatscan" did prove themselves to him, David would do whatever it took to protect them.

HISTORY

Age 0-14: Average birth, average life, average friends, etc.

Age 15: Powers emerge during a fight with a bully at school. David's anger causes the air around him to whip up into a weak whirlwind, carrying small particles of leaves and other dust to defend him from the bully.

Age 16: David slowly begins to experiment with his powers, learning that he is even able to fly to a certain degree. His parents discover that he is a mutant, and kick him out of the house.

Age 18: David has been living on the street for the past two years, using his powers to earn money as a street magician. One evening, a bunch of thugs who discovered that David was a mutant attack him and, despite David attempting to use his powers to escape, severely beat him. The beating is broken up by Mystique, who otherwise would have ignored the attack had she not noticed him using his powers to knock one man off his feet with a gust of air. She helps him patch up his wounds, and offers him a chance to go to a place where he would never have to worry about that again.

Feeling that the prospect of protection, as well as a roof over his head was too good to pass up, he accepts her offer. Several weeks later, once his wounds had healed sufficiently, he set out for the Brotherhood mansion.
