'Rin's got some new duds (dark shouldermail set, emerald hildons, and a mithril crusader helm), but her katar's screwed. The only saving grace would be if a 10% would work, but I don't even want to risk it anymore.
Speaking of which, what's up with the sharp rise in prices for the scrolls? About 1-2 months ago, 60% 1h sword scrolls wouldn't top 300k. Now they're anywhere from 500-700k. scream 'Rin woulda gone 1h anyway, but one of the reasons I loved doing so was that the damn prices weren't so ridiculous! I'm gonna hate it by the time I get to level 70, aren't I?
Bought an EW and a dark oriental fury for Caphi. They're supposed to be motivation to level her, but... I'm just not feelin' it, anymore. *sigh*

And 4% to go for Caphi!
It was pretty awesome. I was randomly chillin' in the caves, when a party intending to Zakum PQ happened by. One of their guys wasn't coming, so they invited me. Went from around 80% to like 93%. There was only a little dip in the fun when a sin (hermit?) got prissy because he wanted, wanted, WANTED to do the bottom rooms. Ah, well.
And then I saw a couple of them earlier today in Orbis Tower. x3
Also training a little pre-hunter by the name of AlecofKerry. He just made level 26-- almost there!
And now I'm really poor. I've only got around 1.5m now. I dunno what's wrong with my head, but I screwed up my Katar and I keeeeep on scrolling it. Oh, well. It's not like I'll notice the slower training thanks to my shitty attack power. I don't care at what pace I'm going at, anyway. I'll make it to 70! Even if it takes me a couple more years! OU!

and i fell into the gollem pit...
and guess what
i didnt die from the gollems!
but....
there was a slime
and i was sooo lagging i couldnt hit it....
cuz i was lagging so bad i couldnt attk....
and i died
from a slime
at lvl 33.....

Adzriel is now the proud owner/mommy/god-thing of a hunter by the name of AlecofKerry! whee
Put the first point into Arrow Bomb, went to ch1 HHG1, and had a blast using it! It's a pretty nifty move. heart
Now I'm back to training 'Rin. Because, y'know, I haven't forgotten my goal of knighthood-- I just took a needed break. But the plan for Alec is 5 mastery -> 6 booster -> 2 soul arrow -> +14 (=19) mastery -> max arrow bomb -> ...I don't know what comes after and, as I don't intend to seriously train him, I don't much care. 3nodding
Power Guard (back to 'Rin) still seems pretty useless to me. I'm guessing it's one of those skills that doesn't get awesome until it's maxed or nearly maxed. But, eh. I think I'll max Threaten first.

Hooray for Amoria and holiday events and GELT CHOCOLATES and all that jazz.
So. Let's talk university a momento. I go to one. Yes. (Please note that all (negative) comments on age and video games will fall on deaf ears. ******** you guys, anyway.) I've run out of "easy" gen-ed requirements to pad my semesters with. Which means now I'm getting into the harder, upper-level courses that require more time and commitment. Which means less attention to things like Maple.
Blah blah blah.
I need pets to pick up stuff for me. Because the sliver of time that they save me is more or less what keeps me from getting bored and running off to do something else. Pets cost $$$. And when it comes to stuff like games, I shell out the cash only if I can make it worth the money. Sure, water of life + magnet/pouch comes out to only $2.40 a month, but I feel the time I'll have for Maple won't be enough.
So. Adzriel is on a semi-hiatus. I'll be in from time to time, prolly on weekends or the odd lunchbreak. But not much more than that. If any of my chars manage to gain a level or two before I graduate, I'd be surprised.
ALSO. It's time for the 'hate' part of my love-hate relationship, anyway. And I'm sick of not being able to walk 2 steps without seeing a hacker. The only thing it has going for it is that 1h sword scrolls aren't ridiculous anymore. Too bad my katar's already screwed up. -.-

Whoo! It's been 5 months. And after love affairs with various MMOs, I'm back! Well, not really yet. After exams are over, I'll be splitting time between Maple, Runescape, and an awesome French-made game by the name of Dofus. And maybe this southeast Asian (if I'm not mistaken) game called Tales of Pirates. Because, come on. Pirates. whee
Guess Maple missed me. I was exploring Korean Folk Town (the main reason I came back) and ended up starting that 300 State-held Rice quest. GOD, that was such a ********' headache! But! In the process, I managed to score myself a level 30 Maple Helmet aaaaaaand an average Maple Kandayo!
The Kandayo's prolly going to Ana... I mean, she already has it, mainly because she had a 60% claw scroll sitting around and I wanted to try slapping it on. Oh, and it worked!
