History/Bio:Shugo Lived a verry comfortable life as a child. He had great friends, a happy family, everything was going great. Then one day, when he was 13, raiders invaded his village, killing most of his friends and his parrents. Enraged by the death of his friends and family Shugo swore to master his bending and avenge his family and friends death.

Two monthes later he heard the raiders were in a sister village. Shugo rushed to the scean. There he met up with and fought the raiders and defeated them, However his bending wassent powerfull enough alone so he had to rely on his sword play skills as well. He saved the village, but not with out injury to himself and some villagers
He realized he need work with his bending, so from that day on he has been traveling searching for a master to aid him, and he so vowed; he would never let someone get hurt again. He would be able to fight and protect his loved ones insted of cowering behind someone else, His personal quest for strength and knolwedge

General Description: Tall and muscular, Baolin tends to dress in warm browns, reds, and deep greens, seldom favoring the brighter earthy colors most nobles favor, though his clothing is always of decent make and shows his nobility. His face is angular, but in a more masculine way than youthful. His hair is just long enough to hang in a short pigtail at his neck.

Clothing~ He usually favors toward long tunic tops in earthy tones and loose trousers, allowing for easier movement. His favored outfit consists of long brown leggings, a long tunic of light tan that reached as far down as his forearms, and a earthy green vest with brown trim. If given the opportunity, he will almost always go barefoot.

History/Bio: Baolin is the b*****d son of the duke of Amayen and a lady from another territory. He had, in a moment of weakness before his marriage, slept with her, and though Baolin’s parentage is well known, the duke immediately named the boy his heir. His own wife, married only a month before Baolin’s birth, accepted him as her own. Baolin was often secluded, being frowned upon by many, and found most company in his uncle’s adopted daughter, Zayiya, who he later came to love.

At eighteen he assumed the title of Duke, though most of the responsibilities he leaves with his father. His responsibilities lie more in the form of diplomat, for he is still learning the ways of the world around him. For a brief time, he wandered alone throughout his kingdom, and returned home only when he believed he knew which direction he needed to head in to become a good ruler.

Clothing~ Tsuchi sports a green-sleeveless top with yellow trim; colors signifying his nation of origin. As for pants, he wears sand colored pants which stop about five inches below his knees; white socks continue on his shins, with black wushu shoes on his feet. Usually keeping his manner of dress relatively simple, Tsuchi will also wear a short black jacket with pauldrons [usually wearing two, but sometimes just one]. He also tends to wear a rice-picking hat when outside.

History/Bio: Tsuchiya was born and raised in an average sized Earth Kingdom city. At an early age, Tsuchiya was always fascinated with the ways of bending. His brother, Maruishi, had been a staunch earthbending practioner and a major influence in his life. His father was too an earthbender; however, his skills were used to move earthen-trains along their tracks. Unlike his brother and father, his mother was not a bender at all; however, she encouraged his thirst for knowledge.

At the age of fifteen, Tsuchi began his earthbending training under the guidance of Moujin sifu. Unlike most benders, Moujin was blind; he was one of the very few to use earth bending as his way of seeing. Maru too was a student of Moujin; infact, it was he who introduced Tsuchi to his sifu. Despite knowing of Moujin's "second sight", Tsuchi felt a slight unease about learning from his new sifu. Moujin felt this when he placed his hand upon his shoulder during their first session. To gain his trust and ease his mind, Moujin picked up a gun[staff] from the rack. Giving it to Tsuchi, he told him, "I know you are uneasy about learning from me. . . but if you can strike my head with your eyes open, then you may leave my kwoon knowing your estimation was right." Tsuchi agreed. Taking a step forward, he shifted into a right bow stance and thrusted the staff towards his sifu's face. Moujin in his yee-gee-kim-yeung-ma stance lifted his right palm to a tok sau, raising the ground under Tsuchi. Not a second later, he turned left and executed gum sau with the same hand, causing one side of the raised platform to stagger to the ground creating a steep incline. Tsuchiya, surprised by his sifu's reaction, fell backwards; his staff not touching Moujin at all. Tsuchi picked himself up, returned the staff to the rack and saluted his sifu. From that day on, the doubt never returned.

When Tsuchi turned sixteen his life was in for a rude awakening. On their way home from Moujin sifu's kwoon, Tsuchi and Maruishi were stopped by a young man and another who was assumed to be in his late-twenty's. The two men were not very friendly looking, and their appearance was that of thugs. The two demanded Tsuchi and Maru hand over their bags, but they both refused. Seconds later several other men came from behind them; one obscured his face with a wooden demon mask. The two knew they couldn't talk their way out, so they resorted to defending themselves to the best of their abilities. Despite discouraging most of their attackers, three remained to continue their attack. As Maru trapped the dao of the taller adversary within the hook of the hand guard of his butterfly swords, the ground underhim grabbed ahold of his legs. Trapped, Maru attempted to counter-bend, but failed; instead, he was sunk down waist deep. Tsuchi attempted to aide his brother, but instead was stopped by a wall of rock. The attacker with a kwandao restrained Tsuchi by anchoring him to the ground. Unable to help Maru, he listened to his brothers cries of pain from behind the wall of rock as he could see light and flames come out from the sides. Unbeknowest to Tsuchi, Moujin sifu was on the other side of the wall fending off their attack on Maru. As the wall parted and sunk back into the ground, he saw Moujin raising Maru from the ground.

It has been three years since the death of Maru, yet Tsuchi has never shown any signs of bitterness. Challenged a few times by would-be muggers, he showed his growth in bending. Never affraid to lend a helping hand, he has shown his light-hearted personality by helping those in need.

General Description:A simple, but hansome man. He wears plain glothes and carries no standard, but walks with a certain spring in his step. His Ice Blue eyes are framed by a small set of glasses and a few errant strands of brown hair that hang loose from his braid.

Hair colour~ Long and Brown, kept in a braid that hangs down to his lower back.

Skin colour~ Tanned

Clothing~ He wears simple clothes of earthen green and brown, making him look like an Earth Nation soldier without the armor. However, closer inspection reveals Water Tribe tattoos on the palm of his hands.

He is otherwise un-adorned, wearing no symbol or standard. His hair is tied back and held with a blue and green ribbon that hangs down almost as long as his hair.

History/Bio: Origonally, Dav Cole was a child of the North. Born to a waterbender father named Hung Ning, and a his wife Mei Li, who was the daughter of an Earth nation diplomat.

Dav grew up like any normal child in the great city of the Northern Water tribe, that is until the elders called him on his 8th birthday. There, the elders found out he had skill in bending and trained him in the Water-bender's Arts. He excelled in his training, taking a great liking to the healing arts. On his 14th birthday, the elder's decided to send him and his family on a journey to the Southern water tribe.

On the way, their boat was attacked by pirates from the fire nation. As a fierce battle raged up on the decks, Dav's Mother, Mei Li, put him on a small raft with a sealed note. Mei Li told Dav that he was destined for great things and that her father would help him.

As Dav sailed away, he watched as the pirates put his ship to the torch and took his family and his people from him.

Some time later, Dav reached shore. Not knowing who or where this supposed Grandfather of his was, Dav fell into the ranks of the Earth Nation's army. For the next two years (Up to the Present) Dav has been traveling with a small platoon of Earthbenders. And while they can't teach him water bending, they help him out in whatever way they can.

General Description: Vade stands approx. 5' 9" tall, weighing in at rough 155 lbs. He is a tall lanky young man. His hair is rather unusual, but as is most of his face. Due to a rather prominent scar that runs from his upper cheek to roughly 4-5" into his hair line, the hair on one side of his head grows longer then the other. As a result his hair is mid-length on one side, but fairly short and spiky on the other. As a result of the scar(that bisects his left eye) his left eye is dark and the color of blood. Generally easy-going, he is either

History/Bio:
Vade grew up a very simple life, in a very simple farm, with his very simple father in the very simple middle of bum-f**k nowhere. He and his father, Guan, lived there alone in the farm that his family had owned for generations. His mother, Sonya, died in childbirth. As he grew up his father worked him and taught him the ways of the field-hand, but apparently neither of them were all that skilled at growing things.
When Vade turned 16 his father decided to just pack-up and move on. There was nothing left here but a well and a field of dust and sand.
During the trip their wagon ran into a sand-storm. It flipped a number of times and Vade, who was sleeping inside, was tossed around, battered and beaten. His memories of the storm are as follows:
"Absolute darkness, a loud noise, a bright white flash, more darkness."

The next morning the real terror would begin. He awoke with a throbbing headache, and pains throughout his body. Half of his face felt pulpy, and he found numerous splinters matted down in scabs. In a half-daze he couldn't pinpoint his pains, or what caused them, only that he felt unending, agonizing pain from everything. He surveyed what he could of his area. His father lay twisted and broken, skewered by a 4x4 shaft of wood. The rest of their wagon was strewn about the area. He identified a water-skin and a piece of canvas and dragged them out of the wreckage. There were no longer any tracks, no more signs of life anywhere, just nothingness as far as his eye could see.

At this point he just started walking in the direction that [f]felt best. He trudged on for endless hours and days. He eventually grew accustomed to the pain, and the sun, and the wind. He would soon run out of water, but he took little notice to his thirst as it joined his long list of ailments. As he trudged on with every impossible step he drew further and further from consciousness. He began to hear his own voice in his head.
"This is it?!? You can't die here! Not like this! Not as some nameless poor ******** in the middle of no-where. You're better then that! Now keep walking!" Every time he would pause, every time he would stumble, the voice would grow louder and angrier. The ground seemed to stick to his feet as he walked, as if challenging him. Tripping him up, making his every step a battle or his life. The sand would shift and sink, and push his body to its outer limits. He was barley coherent when he arrived at gate in the wall at Ba Sing Se. When the Guard asked him his name and why he was there, he replied "I am the King of Dirt.." and at that moment he collapsed upon it. Not to awaken for a number of days following that.

After his wounds healed, and he rehydrated he was wandering around the farmlands just outside the city walls (still within the outer walls, looking for employment. It is here that he would first be introduced to the art of elemental bending. It was here that he witnessed an all out brawl between an earth-bending soldier and a fire-bending rogue. A spectacular battle ensued, and in the end the earth-bender was triumphant.

Vade, thoroughly impressed, thought he would try his hand at earth-bending. He looked at a rock, concentrated with all his might, and FINALLY!! Nothing happened. He tried all different postures, and words, and hand signals, but to no avail. Vade, verily frustrated, planted his feet firmly and spewed profanity at the rock... And much to his surprise it shot up from the ground, ricocheted off a tree and beaned him in the head. From then on in he vowed to get this right eventually.

Skin Colour~ Pale skin with green tattoo of the Earth Kingdom Emblem on her left palm with a green celtic pattern winding around her wrist up to her left elbow, a scar over her left eye gained in a fight with her brother*.

Clothing~ A pair of black pants under a brown mid-length skirt, wears a dark green shirt, and a light traveling cloak without a hood. has a belt that holds a diamond dagger and no shoes, although she does wrap cream cloth around her ankles up to her knees to keep warm and bare feet to feel the earth.

History/Bio: She was born into a very wealthy family, but that didn't matter to her. She ran away at the age of 10 to find her place, and to find meaning in her life. Her only friends were killed by the fire nation after being conscripted into the Earth Kingdoms army, and she refused to learn anymore about it except how to pay the Fire Lord back. She went to Ba sing say and took on menial jobs. She would avenge her friends death and fight against the fire nation at all costs. Once her brother found her two years later through her necklace, he tried to rid the family of the youngest child who was also the biggest embarassment, as she was considered too rich and noble to actually work, dressed in plain clothes. She ran, and 3 innocent people were killed by security while trying to protect her and her brother was eventually killed in the fight*. She escaped to a temporary home, and learned some earth bending from her last friend, a boy she met in Ba Sing Say who left her one night while she slept, she does not know where he went. She's been running ever since, never forgiving herself.

Eye Colour~ Light Blue, has a glazed over look when shes day dreaming or thinking deeply.
Hair Colour~ dirty Blonde, has natural light blonde highlights. Goes down to her shoulders and always in her freckled face.
Skin Colour~ Light Tan with freckles on her face.
Clothing~ Bandages all around her arms. Ending in a wrap around her middle finger (other fingers unbandaged). Asian style wrap shirt that has the sleeves of a t-shirt and goes down to the middle of her thighs (colors: light brown for the shirt and dark brown for the edges). Has a dark brown scraf that rests on her hips. Has pants that go down to right below her knee (the same colors a the shirt). The rest of her leg and feet have bandages on them, but her toes are unbandaged. She also has a black choker that she has had for as long as she can remember.
History/Bio: She was Orphaned at a young age. She doesn't remember her parents. From that time she wandered around the desert, not caring if she lived or died.
She was 8 when she discovered her Sandbending abilties. A group of roudy sandbender men that were half-drunk. They started aiming blows at her she dodged most of them, then a huge one aimed it at her and she had on excape, she febaly put her arms up to protect herself and she waited for the impact, but it never came. She looked up and saw a barrier of sand protecting her. The men confused seased there fire, and Jade got away.
she feels very strongly about sand now, It's an obbsession. At the very least she cares around a backpack full of sand. She has a very nasty temper and can injure someone badly if she doesn't comtrol it.
Can change her amotions very quickly. She can be depressed on second and the next overly happy.
Ironicly her favorite animal is the penguin (she has never seen them in person, but she has seen pictures of them).
