My nickname is Husitka (which is a Czech nickname), I'm 29 and live in the Czech Republic. It's in central Europe. mrgreen I join this guild because I'm keen on fantasy (reading, writing, watching, drawing, painting...), but not only fantasy of course. I'd like to meet new interesting people who share one of my greatest hobbies. It's always fun to browse the Internet and get to know new people. Well, not always, but usually is. blaugh I've just read the rules VERY CAREFULLY and think that moderators will be SIMPLY GREAT. I like intelligent, easy-going people with a sense of humour. lol

Hi. I'm RyuAijin, Ryu, Rehanna, Reh or Erin -- Well, there are a whole bunch more, but the list is already long enough. I'm 22 and reside with my husband and three cats in the oven that is the southern California desert in the summer. My husband and I joke that I don't read books, I devour them (I'm not sure its entirely joking when I haven't had a book last me longer than 48 hours in years). We own two extra-wide bookcases and are trying to figure out where to shove more. I think I may have to convince him that we can clean out the kitchen cabniets to make room for a few more novels. whee I don't write much anymore, but some of my stuff can still be found under Rehanna on fanfiction.net. Hi, I'm Sidhes, 21 y/o art student from Valencia, in Spain. I've always loved reading books and even though I haven't had the time and haven't been in the mood to read more these last months, I hope to find some good suggestions here in this forum, as fantasy, horror, etc. are my favourite genres.

Greetings, fellow readers!
[Jasper blinked and looked around.] Well, I must admit that I'm none too great at introductions. I'm a writer and avid reader, fantasy being my forte on both counts. [Scratching her neck, she smiled nervously and continued, clasping her hands behind her back.] Don't get me wrong--I'll read just about anything so long as it's well-written! I also enjoy drawing and pixel art, just so you know.
Um...I joined this Guild via invite. I usually get a lot of invites for things, but this was the first one I've accepted--it actually sound like something I could get into, y'know? [She laughed nervously.] I hope that it's an active place that I can really sink my teeth into, so to speak.
Anyway, that's me! I just want to warn everyone that I'm a denizen of the WF, so pardon me if I can a bit picky on grammar and spelling and all that. Old habit.

Hello all!
My name is Missie DuCaine, as you can see, and I'm a 21-going-on-22 year old University student. I'm entering my final year of an Honours degree in English and History, and will be entering teacher's college (to be a high school English teacher) next year.
I both read and write, almost exclusively in the fantasy and sci-fi genres, though I have been branching into mysteries lately. I'm actually in the process of editing a novel that I hope to send to publishers, so expect that much of my writerly discussion will pertain to this manuscript. biggrin
Like Jasper, I'm a WF fiend, so I really appreciate that this Guild seems to be pretty careful and mindful of things like grammar and spelling... you have no idea how much the English teacher in me appreciates that.
I was happy to recieve the invitation to this Guild, and look forward to exploring!
