Crono Leonhart Apeiron King of Light ryobakura Star Akamatsu o.o If more mods were to be added into the Mix, how would we go about electing the new mod? by the most active and posting player who knows enough of the game. that's not always the best idea, a mod should first know what he/she is doing, on top of that be able to handle situations when they are needed... just because some person can post more then another, doesn't mean they are more qualified. It's quality over quanity in my opinion. *Puts himself one over Ryo* ...I'm sorry, What were you saying? xd eh? you asking what I'm saying? I'm just trying to tell that the person who posts the much isn't the most qualified that's all....

It would be a better change from just the written portion (and it would make it like GX kind of... I'm still wondering why there is more then 3 dorms though... it should be bad-good-great, not terrible-bad-good-AMAZING!!!

So are we going to have like...qualification tests for mods? Cause that's a good idea. The only setback is, that if the guild doesn't grow, we'll have a bunch of mods, but no one to moderate o-o So there has to be a way to determine the max amount of mods we want, and then to regulate that amount. So if one quits or doesn't want the position, we put a test up for grabs or something. First come first serve I guess XD

So yeah, For prizes in our conests, we could all pitch in a card to mail to the winner! That'd be an awsome system biggrin
But if they didn't feel comfortable disclosing their mailing addy, we could just give em gold or something aswell. Yep, Just an idea

Normally in Tournaments when you win you get a kick-a** hard to get card...
when I won one of these times, I got a Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning for a prize (IOC).
Then I got a DR2 pack for winnig, also... so happens i pulled out ANOTHER Envoy of the Beginning!!! eek
It was awsome... mrgreen

I just wasted half a bottle of White Out to get rid of the "cerial" spelling mistake I did. oh wait, there's this "backspace" key.. what does it do--- wait, the last time I pressed a button i didn't know I was closed out of my program and lost all the data (aka, the ESC key) ... dang it, gotta call the Compy guy. oh, is that what the backspace button does...? oh cool, I'll remember that! mrgreen (Note: This was somewhat of a joke and is not to be taken seriously neutral )

What I said was common sence. yep...common "sence" 3nodding ^^.... wait a sec stare sweatdrop well ya, what he said for the most part is true... I agree that if we shouldn't have to many mods for such a small guild. However, if anyone wants the job...they shouldn't be limited to not being able to be tested for it (also I feel common yugioh knowledge shouldn't be the only thing a mod should be good in but also... the basicness of running a guild in general)
