Is there an area where wild pokemon can train or be caught?

Wild Pokemon can be caught anywhere, really. So long as they encounter a Trainer who wants to capture them.

Here's a question.
In every pokemon game I've played (aside Red/Blue) I've used a team that consisted of Eevee and its five evolutions. I'd like to use that team, but I'm not sure if that's allowed, considering that those pokemon are technically rares.

I have a question....
On a Pokemon rp site I have a team with a Blaziken, Feraligatr, Elektibuzz, Houndoom, and Gardevoir around lv. 43 and a Quilava at lv. 17. Would it be ok to use these Pokemon?

As long as it doesn't go over the level limit then sure....just...choose your hometown and stick with it.

In the first season of pokemon...why on earth is Ash's mom always with Prof. Oak? I mean...really...and you don't even know who his dad is...>.<

Oh, I just realized something!! That's even more possible now that I think about how Oak's name is a tree. Ash is a tree, too!! O_O

Questions!
1- Are Sinnoh Pokemon allowed, because in the profile section, it said you could have Pokemon from different regions, but I wasn't so sure if it included the Sinnoh region...
2- There's this Pokemon I wanted to have on my team, but it's name was highlighted in purple...and on the limited list...
That's all...I wanted know the awnsers to these questions before I made my profile or whatever...

If it's highlighted in purple, then all of the species are under attack by the darkness. It would be almost indefinitely infected.
Is this Pokemon Nemelas? xD
As for Sinnoh Pokemon, I don't believe that we're accepting those yet. Sorry.
