And so are the Lasombra, to some extent. Even though you hate to admit it, they have more style and class than you. And it sickens you. As for the Brujah and Gangrel, well, heh heh, it appears you fear them more then your elders the way you speak of them.

Vasilios Deo And here we are still thriving today. Better than Slack-jaw Brujah or the drooling Gangrel. We of the Ventrue understand power in all its forms, that is why we can take a Hit. And then take the domain of our enemies. Yes you are so right, we may not jump around like the others but what we do ensures that we keep going until the Final nights. Slack jawed Brujah? As I said before. We were running when you were learning how to walk moron. We will know more than you ever will... granted tonights Brujah may seem a little gang oriented, but that's only because you fit us into that role. Given the chance we are all scholars. The only reason we rebel against your rule is because we see all the holes in your poorly planned leadership. Give me a Ventrue worth following and I'll die for him. I haven't seen one yet. All I've seen are a bunch of powerhungry pigs who rule out of fear and not of genuine respect.

Vasilios Deo And if it weren't for the Ventrue the Beastly Gangrel and Uncouth Brujah would be nothing but in Final death due to the Kine. I would thank you kindly childer of Caine that while you may go prancing in the dirt my Clan is working to ensure that the Kine fail to understand what is going on around them. Watch your tongue. I dont' know about my Gangrel cousins *snicker* , but my clan can hold their own quite well thank you. ((totally... this is great discussion. The Ventrue are alright. I don't have anything against them as a person, but as a Brujah that's a different story))

In an instant any clan would lay their unlives in the fire for the Ventrue. No member can deny us. And look here you try to debase my Blue Blood when in turn you stand their and can not help but hang on my every word. The Ventrue wear you all down and you lot crumble at our knees. For a night you will fight for honour, and for years we dwell in power, and after all that time. The deaths of so many of your lot go into our plans that you follow, rembmer that before you dare utter a word against our Blood.

Vasilios Deo (I like most of the clans, I am reading their novels, jsut finished Gangrel perhaps the best) In an instant any clan would lay their unlives in the fire for the Ventrue. No member can deny us. And look here you try to debase my Blue Blood when in turn you stand their and can not help but hang on my every word. The Ventrue wear you all down and you lot crumble at our knees. For a night you will fight for honour, and for years we dwell in power, and after all that time. The deaths of so many of your lot go into our plans that you follow, rembmer that before you dare utter a word against our Blood. I'm not hanging on your every word, I'm studying you like a wolf studies a deer. Your words mean very little to me, but your occasional inarticulance lends strength to any blow that I may lay to your pathetic diatribe. I debate quite frequently... I haven't respected a ventrue yet, so "any clan would lay their unlives in the fire for the Ventrue" statement is quite frankly bullshit.

You may not like us, but we are the princes. Could you see a world without the guiding palms of a Ventrue? It would not be pretty.
Know this Childe of Caine we are forever rulers of all Kindred, that is unless you would take side by the Lasombra. But those far flung Kindred could never muster their power. As much as you don't like to admit, you need us. You need every blue-blood Kindred who doesn't order a stake through your heart. We rule the Camarilla and all of Caine's Get.

Ah, my cousin Vinny, its been ages? How's The wife and kids? Keeping order at home? Doesn't sound it from down the line, word tells from Nick that you're household is in shambles. Ever since Gary left. Tricky Tim and Tom both seem to be fine with you though, Vinny. Too bad Gary left, seems without him you lost a lot of respect around the house, not like Bill ever really respected you. I've been talking with Nick a lot lately, seems he's always llistening into all your conversations. Never get a moment of peace huh? Larry hates your guts, good thing he lives down the street. I've hunted the streets for the past 30 years not needing you... Sit in your ******** tower. You can't do anything but look pretty and give orders. You have no physical power on your own with which to stand by. Oh, good sir, the Brujah were lords of the land long before you. If it weren't for the "incident" at the Second City, the Brujah would still be in power, and you would be the lap dog. Thats not to say you still aren't, though.

The Ventrue are not the leaders of the Camarilla. I'm sorry to say the Brujah probably have more power. And do you know why? Because they have to back-stab their way into power to gain it; they already had it.

Although, some Ventrue have shown some back-bone in the past. Of course, every last one of them now is in the ranks of the Sabbat. HA See! Bouncers. xd
