Yeah, it's mainly the tuba section and a bass clarinet player. Luckily enough, the bass clarinet player is moving far, far away!

our last trumpey player is always telling everyone they suck, and im pretty sure he is the worst player in the band, the worst part is when he starts talking and no one is paying attention, so he keeps repeating himself until he's sure someone has heard him

There's this one Senior Asian Bass Clarinet/Bb player that can either be really cool and nice or really bitchy and scary. I should know, I had to march next to her all season as an ickle Sophomore (my HS is 10-11-12 for now). Sometimes I made mistakes, duh, I'm a first year marcher, and the way she'd correct me wasn't even constructive... it was just condescending criticism. And other times it was just stupid, like this one time we were in some formation at the back of the field on a Thursday letting the Eaglettes practice their drills to our music (we accompany them at the beginning of half-time) and I didn't have their music memorized and my flip folder fell to the ground, so I bent down to pick it out (note, this is NOT during a performance) and she looked at me like I was an idiot, "Don't pick up your music during a performance!! D:<" and it's like, "NO s**t. Dx" and.. AGH. Just little things like that. Then seh'd roll her eyes and get all Senior-y on me and it got really old really fast. /end rant

yes stressed i am 1st chair sax and he is 2nd chair sax... he makes me mad cuz
1) he is continuesly saying heis better than me and all the upper classmen...
2) whenever i play something he tries to play it better than me when he is right next to me... he dosen't even play it right!! scream

No ones really like that in our band. But there are a few mucisions who I kinda get a grudge on, because they're better known then me. Just cuz I dont brag (they don't a I guess) but no one knows my skills. stressed

iOggy One of the flutes. She's an absolute b***h, and the sad thing is, she's probably going to be section leader next year. Of course, I don't really care, seeing as I'm a senior, but still... I'll beat her at audition if L puts sightreading back...(sight reading=my score booster) or I can just tell my flute instructor that I have to beat all the other flutes and work extra hard >.>

Actually my band has several... one is a clarinet player, one is a sax player, and one is a snare player... the snare player is annoying... the sax player loves picking on me on the band bus just to see how long it takes for me to snap and turn around and try and hurt her... and the other clarinet is one who challenged me for my spot as first chair, but gave it back to me cause I challenged her back when I lost... and we're not really nice to each other but we're not hostile either...

Gaaah! Yes. There was this wan freshman, he had a Lot of talent as a player but he didn't care. He tried every thing to get kicked out of marching band, the director finally gave him the boot. Then he made fun of us when we did bad at a competition. Kick is sorry little #%! he's a jerk scream
