Omg, okay this is not a big thing! You can be 17 or 18 and still not have hit puberty (although then we pull into question how much estrogen you have. SO off topic) I didn't even get boobs until the end of grade eight. I was flat and I didn't wear a bra and then BAM I got a C cup which is now a DD. Point being, quit trying to grow up so fast! You don't want to have your period! It sucks! Growing boobs hurts and the extra hormones and acne are not fun!
AMEN! And also, if you have the type of mean nasty friends like I did that tell you that you cant have sex *this coming from an addict...* until you hit puberty and get cursed with pains, misery, and blood... THEY ARE WRONG! ... Curse my friends...
