The Testing of Bonds...
Love is always stonger then any chain!

Tor looked over at his slumbering mother. She had had the worst day. Her breathing was strained, and it was all but evident to him that his mother was sick. She lay, breathing like it pained her. He went to her and nudged her, but she merely opened her eyes and offered a tired smile, before her eyes clamped shut.
"Daddy? What's wrong with mommy?"

*Shadow, a tall black stallion knelt beside his beloved and nudged her a little trying to get her to roll over a little so that he could lay beside her, share his body heat with her. He had not a clue as to what was wrong with his beloved. Jis eyes turned toward Tor, sadness and worry had creapt into his eyes.* "I don't know, son. I don't know." He muttered shaking his head a little looking back at Snow. *It was at times like these he wished he were a medicine horse like Snow was.*

*Lucifer sat off a short distance away, tilting his head off to the side a little, his shaggy grey mane flopping from side to side as he did. Standing he creapt over toward Snow and looked down at her, fear in his young eyes. His white body seemed to quiver in fear that he might lose his mother. He too wished he could do something. He had watched his father lay on one side of Show and followed laying on the other, his small head laying in the grass breathing slowly as to keep the shakes down. There was a strange warmth about little Lucifer, it seemed calming to those that accepted it, possibly a healing warmth when he grew older...*

[[ *Hopes that healing thing is ok, seeings that he is teh son of a medicine horse....* sweatdrop ]]

:Snow raised her head slightly, her eyes not so tired, but moreso alive. She nudged her two young ones, and snuggled next to he black stallion.
She closed her eyes, sharing in the warmth her family brought. She smiled to her son. She knew he was going to have the gift..But what of Tor? The young one was so afraid, and he was casting out vibes that were sending shivers down Snow's spine.. What he had, wouldnt be good, and her eyes widened in a bit of worry..She musnt ever let Tor know he carried what Medicine men feared in their horses..The power of death..Not healing..

Tor looked at his daddy, and snuggled next to him, a tear down his eyes.

*Lucifer lifted his head up and rubbed it against his mother sde glad that she would be alright. Soon he looked over at teh young colt that was standing there the whole time.* "Hello, who are you?" he asked not moving from his mother's side. "My name's Lucifer."

*Shadow's eyes brightened as he saw snow perk up and snuggled agaisnt her lovingly before looking over at Tor. He watched the colt lay beside him, trying to perk teh young lad up he tugged at his mane a little playfully.* "Something wrong son?" Shadow asked looking at Tor, not yet looking at the young colt that was staring at the family.

Snow looked at Tor, and a shudder took her body..She looked at Shadow, her eyes holding worry and fear. She nudged him. She wanted to comfort her children, but certain matters came first..If Tor was really what Snow thought, then he would cause death to the ailing, instead of healing. Death could be healing, but some could be healed without escaping the throes of life. That poor colt would know coldness..not warmth.
"Shadow..You and I need to talk.. Send the young ones to play..."

Tor looked at the young colt, then back at his daddy. He shivered a bit, as the cold he felt grew. Looking at his dad, he shook his head, his little teeth chattering.
"No daddy...Mommy's okay now..."

*Shadow looked from Tor and Snow. He nodded before nudging Tor.* "You and your brother go play now. Your mother and I have to talk. Just stay in sight, heaven forbid if something happens to you where we can't see." He said looking over at Lucifer who seemed planted to teh ground.* "Go on Lucifer. You too."

*Lucifer lifted his head up again. At first he didn't want to leave, soon he pulled his body off the ground. Shaking the small bits of grass off his belly he pranced over to Tor.* "Come on Bro, lets go find that colt that was here before we forgot about him." He said all cheery like, hoping to raise his brother's spirits.

Tor slowly stepped away from his mother. Cautious and carefully he followed his brother, casting a scared glance to his family. He walked to his brothers side.
"Brother..Did you see the way mother was looking at me?"


Snow looked at Shadow, a tear of crystal falling from her eyes. She took a deep breath, allowing herself to try and regain her control. She had told herself not to breed..She had a good chance of birthing a 'Necromancer'. She shook her head, and gazed mournfully at Shadow.
"Tor..Has..Necromancy..Which means, he carries death..Not healing. I have doomed our son forever.."

*Lucifer looked at his brother and stopped in his tracks.* "What do you mean? I saw concern, but I thought it was something that all mother showed for their children." He said tilting his white head to teh side a little. "I'm sure that's all it was, concern for our welbeing. i wouldn't worry about it." He said soon playfully nipping at Tor's mane again, before dashing forward toward the river.* "catch me if you can brother."

*Shadow watched his sons wander off to play before turning his attention to Snow.* "What do you mean dearst? Our son will be the bringer of death? What about Lucifer? Is he the same?" Shadow asked in concer for his sons. "I hope that this doesn't off set our family in the future, or condem poor Tor..." He couldn't finish it, he wouldn't finish it. He didn't even want to think of what he was going to say. It was certainly unthinkable.*

Bloody_Buffy

Tor shook his head.. He wasnt in the mood to play. In fact, he was in the mood to curl up and die, and that was about it. He looked at his brother, worry etching his features.
"No, Luc.. That wasnt it.. She looked..Scared of me.."

Snow shook her head.. Trying hard to gain her hard-won control.
"Shadow.. Lucifer is the bringer of healing..He shall be everything a medicine man shall need.. But Tor.. I fear he has been condemned. For being the bringer of death, he leaves death in his wake where his brother shall leave peace.. Shadow..Our son, shall never truly be happy.. He has been judged..and he has failed.."

*Lucifer had slowed again and walked back toward his brother. His own eyes filled with worry for him. He didn't know what Tor was saying. He hoped that their mother wasn't scared of her son. * "Maybe you should talk to her?" Lucifer suggested.

*Shadow shook his head at the whole idea of one of his son's being the bringer of death.* "There has to be something that we can do." Shadow sounded really concerned now. "What will happen to him when your humans find out what he is?" Shadow asked not wanting to think about teh outcome.

Bloody_Buffy

Tor shook his head.
"But did you see? Mother was scared, then she made daddy tell us to go away. Im scared, Luc..What if they are planning on leaving me?"

Snow stood, her body sore and weak. She was angry now. Shadow wouldnt believe her, and she was angry for it. Her very own sister had been taken from her that way. She looked angry eyes into Shadow's concerned ones.
"They take them away! Take them away and you never see them again! Are you happy you know now?!"
She asked, crying and her legs giving out from under her.

"Brother, your scaring me now. Stop thinking like that. Mother and father would never do that to you. If they did I wouldn't. We are brothers and brothers stick together. Now and forever. Come on, lets go somewhere, somewhere where we can be alone.Just teh two of us." Lucifer said nudging at his brother.

*Shadow lurched forward a little to try and catch Snow the best her could.* "NO I'm not happy, I'd dead scared." He said, voice shaking, his whole body trembled. "I'm dead scared for you and our sons. I fear them both being taken from us, I won't let the humans take Tor or Lucifer away from us. Even if I have to remain awake for eternity." *Still shaking he turned his head and looked around. He noticed Namid was near and had said something to Snow, but... Where were his son's?*

Snow’s eyes grew cold. She backed up from the stallion, and looked the direction he was looking. Looking at the little colt that had spoken to her, she shook her head, and gave a last glance at the stallion who had sired her colts.. Whom now she wished she had never been so stupid as to having. Her being what she was, she had condemned her son. Lucifer would be welcome.. But Tor..He would be banished and destroyed. She turned, and took off the opposite direction. Her fear and grief driving her to run away from everything. She ran.. her body pumping hard. She stopped abruptly as the waterfall bit at her heels. She looked at the raging river, and to the ground she stood.
“It can all be over”

Tor nodded, believing in his brother. He stepped forward, and pulled on his mane. But he knew, deep in his heart, something was wrong..Something was terribly wrong.

*Lucifer whinnied in small delight at his brother and nipped at him as well before stopping and looking back toward the direction they had come.* "Something's wrong." He muttered standing close to his brother. "Something is dreadfully wrong. I don't know what it is, but just something tells me. I'm scared Tor, I don't know what this feeling is..."

*Shadow had pulled himself to his hooves and looked in the dorection Snow had gone, what had he done? What had he said to make her so upset? Looking back at Namid he lowered his head a little.* "I'm sorry, but there's nothing you can do, I am sorry." *Shadow raised his head and looked toward Snake.* "Can I trust you to look for and after my son's while I try and talk to Snow?" he asked teh older male, not knowing if he could trust snake, but he had to try and set things right with Snow, he didn't want to lose her. At the moment an old pain flared within his forleg that made him collapse back to teh ground. Sides heaving he felt the same the day he nearly broke his own leg in a race with his own brother. What was going on?*

Tor stopped, ears erect and twitching. He was listening. He too, felt something was wrong..But he had felt that way since his mother had given him the odd look..The one that told him she was scared. What was she scared of? What had he done?
“Lucifer.. Im terrified..Whats going on?..”

The waters were rushing in crystalline anger. They tossed and turned, and the body of water seemed to be just as angry as herself. She reared into the air. Suddenly she was thrust into a memory she had wished she’d never gone through in the first place, collapsing to the ground, her body forced her to remember.
She was nothing but a yearling. Small and still fragile, she glanced up at Fox. Her older sister stared down at her. The big red mares sides heaved, and Snow stood to nuzzle her sister. Her sister was pulled away. Why couldn’t Snow get closer? She let out a dismayed call, walking towards Fox again, but they angrily hit Snow into remission. She stood back, and watched as her dear sister, was pulled away, and dropped over the angry water fall of which they had played around so many times. Snow cried, and when the memory ended in the violent screams of Fox, Snow screamed too, her eyes wet with tears that stained her fur.

The hopeful mending of hearts
Souls Torn, souls mended. Hearts of two become one, again

*The steady beat of wings brought a white mare to teh ground, landing upon blue hooves. Folding her great wings she stepped over to Snow and nudged her a little.* "What's the matter sister?" Asked the angelic mare looking at Snow with warm eyes. "What had brought tears to the eyes of one so fair?" Her voice could have been warm and soothing if one was to accept it, the winged mare stepped over to the edge of teh water and brought her body down beside Snow. "You can tell me, sister."
[[ Yea, Kisha thinks that Snow is a sister to her. xD Then again she thinks everyone is family. ]]

*Lucifer brought his head up and looked at his brother.* "I don't know brother. " He seemed to whimper as if sharing the same feeling with his brother, as if they were twins bound by invisible chains. "I have a feeling that whatever your feeling is terrifying me as well brother. As if something is about to happen..." He stopped not wanting to think about it. "Perhaps we should find our parents?"

Bloody_Buffy

Snow looked at Kisha, her eyes soft and sad. She was hurting so badly. The scream of Fox echoed in her mind and she clamped her eyes shut, crying again. She didnt have words for how she felt..She only had agony..Agony so pure, it felt like hell. She needed Shadow as well, but she didnt feel like he'd find her..She'd be here..Listening to the scream of her sister..Forever.

Tor nodded.
"Yes. Let's..Please.."

*Lucifur nuzzled against his brother before heading back teh direction that they had come. His eyes looking about he tried to find their parents. Blinking back tears that had appeared at teh corners of his eyes he continued looking around. He didn't see anyone, no one, not even their father and he wasn't too hard to spot out in all the green.* "Ahh, Tor? Where'd they go?" Lucifer asked completely terrified as he looked back at his brother. *His knees were knocking in fear, he didn't know what was happening, what was going on. He hadn't a clue of what on earth they were supposed to do.*

*Shadow had wandered looking for his sons'. Eyes filled with worry he limped his way around calling their names.* "Tor! Lucifer! Oh where's they go? I had told them no too far." He muttered beating himmself up for not being a good father. His first foals and laready he's left them for the wild dogs as a free meal. "TOR! LUCIFER!" he shouted hoping that the young pair could hear him.*

*Kisha continued to watch Snow before nuzzling against her gently. Extending a wing over Snow as if trying to be as comforting as possible.* "Comething troubles you. I can feel it." She whispered lowering her head a little. "Please tell me, maybe I can help in some way."

Bloody_Buffy

Tor looked at Lucifer. He didnt know how, but he felt his father. His father was scared, and hurt. He took off, as fast as his long legs could carry him, in the direction.

Snow looked at Kisha, eyes wet and stained.
"I've lost everything..I've lost everything."

Kesmi

*Kisha blinked before nosing away the tears the best she could.* "How have you lost everything? You have a strong stallion who loves you and two fine sons..." She stopped before continueing. "I may be guessing this, but this has something to do with your sons don't it? Their starting to show their gifts.." She stopped again not wanting to anger Snow, or make her even more upset.

*Shadow had stopped near a river and lowered his head to drink, His throat was dry, and sore from all the shouting for his sons', his mind was still beating itself up because of his folly. Lifting his head up again he looked around, he had not only to find his sons' he had to find his beloved as well. What a weight to carry so soon.* "What have I done to create this mess?" He thought to himself beofre turning around, his leg still a bit sore, it was as if he had stepped into another hole...

*Watching his brother take off, Lucifer finally came to that he had to follow and went off after his brother. He wondered what had spurred him into running. Saving his breath, Lucifer lagged behind Tor just a little because his legs were still knocking in fear.*

Snow looked mournfully at Kisha. She shook her head, eyes downcast.
"I dont have a fine stallion.. He is probably so angry with me for this whole mess. It's all my fault.. All my fault...As for my sons.." she said, then paused for a deep gulp of air.
"One is a true healer, the likes of which will be very powerful. But the other..Is a true Necromancer.."
Tor looked at his father, seeing him hurt. He raced to him, eyes wide.
"Daddy?! Daddy!"
He said, crashing into his father, and smothering him in kisses.

*Kisha's head lowered a little.* "For every healer there is always one to balance the power." She whispered, her head mere inchs from the ground she lay on. "As for your mate, I doubt he is angry with you. He's possibly really concerned, all males are when it comes to family..." *She looked away as her ears pitched back, eyes closed tightly as something had hit her ears. Her sides heaved for a moment before she lay gasping light.* "I have a sinking feeling that we aren't that different from each other." Kisha whispered, her breath coming in small gasps.

*Shadow turned and looked at his sons that came racing toward him.* "There you two are." He said in delight more then anger. *Lowering his head he nuzzled against his sons', most teh pain in his leg was eased by touching teh both of them. Raising his head he looked around hoping to have Snow coming with them, but he sighed not seeing her.* "Now where have you two been?" he asked gently raising a brow.

*Lucifer had raced with his brother to their father and smothed him with kisses as well, being really happy to be with their father again. He looked about, looking for Mother. His ears flattened back not seeing her around. Now he was getting worried.*

Bloody_Buffy

Snow laid her head down, the rush of the waterfall tearing at her ears.. Tearing at her heart. But not so much as the distant scream of Fox. She clamped her eyes shut.
"It's possible.. But I am not going to go back to them. No one came to find me.. No one came to help. Now look at me.. I can Fox, Kisha. I can see her tumbling over-" She stopped.

Tor looked at his dad.
"We didnt go anywhere we werent supposed to.. You were the one that dissappeared.. Daddy? Where's mommy?"

Kesmi

"Perhaps the stallion felt it was his fault in this? He might blame himself for what happened to your sons. I blame myself for what happened to my brother. To poor Kenjin, who was a Necromancer. I still feel his pain, the blood soaking his black coat. I know not of what happend to you Fox, but I do know what happened to Kenjin." *Shaking her head she looked back at teh sky, hearing the stones that pelted her brother in the back of her mind as if it had only happened yesterday.* "My twin, Kishan is a Necormancer, Perhaps there's hope for your son?"

*Shadow chuckled and nuzzled Tor and Lucifer.* "Of course." He agreed before looking up. "I don't know, but I feel that we are needed. Even if we are a little late." He chuckled soon walking in the diretion his heart was telling him.

*Lucifer shook his head at his father's laughing and turned to follow him. He trotted over to Tor and nipped at his mane a little, trying to lighten everything up.*

Bloody_Buffy

Tor smiled, and pulled at Lucifer's mane, not letting go, and walking as if he was pulling his brother behind him. He let go, and darted forward, trying to escape his brother for the attack would soon commense.

Snow looked at Kisha. She was done talking. She offered a tired, friendly, not-so-real smile, and put her head down into the shore of dirt and muck.
"I'd rather be alone Kisha..Thanks for your support.."

*Kisha nodded her head and pulled herself back to her hooves.* "Just remember, if you need someone to talk to. You can always come to me." She said bowing her head before leaping into the wair to summersalt backwards into the water. Her form vanising before it burst from the falls, her coat glistening with water, her tail waving limply behind her body. Her powerful wings flapping to gain some distance between herself and the ground below.*

*Lucifer yelped a little as his mane was pulled by his brother, but soon took off after him.* "Come back here." he shouted as he chased his brother, not knowing if that pulling of the mane was a game or not...

"Not too far you two" Shadow called after his sons. *Chuckling to himself he looked about, his ears perked up hearing the rush of water he headed that way. As he neared the falls he noticed another horse vanish into teh skies. Tilting his head to the side he started walking over to where he could see Snow. Stopping feet from her he lowered his head a little.* "Snow?" he asked watching her, before stepping closer, almost too afraid that if he went closer she would... He didn't want to think about it... He didn't know what he'd do if he lost her.*

Bloody_Buffy

Tor ran from his brother, a friendly little yip in his voice. He looked back.
"Never catch me!!"

Snow looked up, her eyes still tear-stained. She looked back at the ground seeing it was Shadow, then turned her gaze towards the water the was rushing in every direction. She gave a bitter laugh, her heart weighed down with pain and grief.
"Yes..If that is who I am.."

*Waves feeling bored.*

*Shadow stepped closer, pain twinged up his once sore leg making him almost fall back to the ground again. His head sagged a little, eyes closed as a tremer shook through his body. One threatening to level the stallion one and for all.* "I'm sorry I made you so upset. I just don't want to believe that one of my sons will be taken from me, from us, just because he is what you say he is." *He looked away,, not knowing what else to say, another tremer racked itself over teh black stallion, this time he went down. His head smacking the ground hard as it was the last to fall.* "Snow, I wish not to lose you, if I did, I wouldn't know what to do with myself." He muttered from where he lay, unmoving for a time, ides barely raising and falling.

*Lucifer had forgotten about teh fear he had had and tore after Tor.* "Oh yes I will." He said in a challenging way. "You can never escape me." *Ears pinned back, Lucifer kept going after his brother in their game, he wasn't going to let him go so easily.*

Bloody_Buffy

Tor was tackled, and he smiled, genuine love and happiness written in his face.
"You cheated!!"

Snow looked at Shadow..Let him see the pain in her eyes. He didnt know the story of Fox.. No one did. She looked to the water, and stood on trembling legs. Looking over the edge, she sighed, hearing the screams again and again.
"She was pushed off this spot.. Right where I stand.."

[[ Hey there Wolf ]]

*Lucifer grinned as he looked down upon his brother and kissed his noce before hopping off and trotting a short ways away.* "You think so?" he asked playfully crouching low. "If so, then come get me." He giggled girlishly trotting a short distance, soon looking back at his brother, tail wagging tauntingly.

*Taking a breath, Shadow had heaved his body, that to him felt heavier then stone and stepped over near Snow.* "Who was?" He asked looking down at teh crashing waters below. *Just the height scared him into backing away some.*

Bloody_Buffy

"It doesnt matter..You wouldn't understand.."
She turned to him..Tired and worn.
"Shadow if you want to leave Tor with me, and take Lucifer and run, I could never blame you.."
Her eyes fell into his and she came to him, standing just a bit apart. Sorrow clung to her body. Should she feel this way after having one of the best days in the world? Her childrens birth?


Tor looked at his brother, and he ran after him like a colt should. Careening down the grass, he tackled him and made him fall.

*Lucifer laughed as he tumbled through the grass and soon came to lay upon his back looking up at his brother. Rolling over he turned toward his brother laughing still, and soon shaking the grass from his coat. Ears perking up he watched his brother, prancing forward he nipped at him playfully.* "What should we play brother?" He asked crouching in teh grass again, tail wagging.

*Shadow looked at Snow for the logest, silent time he had ever done before now. Stepping forward he brought himself closer to her.* "I will never run. You are my beloved, I gave you my heart and soul because I love you. I may not be able to understand what is happening alone, but with you." *He looked up in the eyes, hoping she would believe him.* "Your help, I will be able to understand. Trust me Snow, I won't let anything happen to our sons."

Games of Fun with Hidden Danger?

Bloody_Buffy

Tor smiled, shaking his own little tail.
"Lets play hide and seek!" He said, laying down in the grass, rolling in the grass like a pig in mud. He looked up at his brother.
"Wanna?"

Snow looked at Shadow, and came closer to him. She nuzzled him. She needed his support and she needed it bad. Everything with Tor, Fox, and Lucifer was getting to her, and she leaned into his body and cried.

*Lucifer giggled watching his brother and nodded his head.* Yeah! Lets. You wanna hide or seek first?" Lucifer asked, his front hooves prancing in place a little.

*Shadow nuzzled against Snow, trying to comfort her the best he could. His body nearly falling to one side as she leant against him, his legs held strong for her. The pain that was once there was gone again. He placed his head atop her and soon on the other side of her head and snuggled against her.* "We should get back to our sons. Before anything happens." He whispered after a few moments, his coat sleak with her tears.

Bloody_Buffy

Tor smiled.
"I wanna hide!" He jumped up, prancing in a little circle, and smiling.
"Count to ten, and NO peeking!"

Snow grew her control back again, her eyes cleared and she looked as if she hadn't had the breakdown of a ilfetime. She looked at Shadow, snorting a little bit.
"Yes.. yes we should."
Wondering what she was going to about Tor and the Natives, she shivered.
"Where are they?"

Kesmi

"Alright. I won't peek." He laughed closing his eyes and letting his head sag a little as he started counting. "1.... 2.... 3...."

*Shadow nuzzling Snow as she was gaining back her control. Looking back he watched his son's.* "jusr behind us, playing on the open plain." HE said looking back at Snow before turning around and heading away from the falls, wanting to leave teh rushing water behind them.* "They are good boys, you know, even if they are different." He said looking back at her with a smile.

Bloody_Buffy

Tor ran, and his among the grass, watching quietly..


Snow nodded, nuzzling him. Her eyes a little brighter she nodded.
"Yes..They are.. but I worry of the future.. I am just.. I know how hard it will be.."

Kesmi

"8... 9... 10. Ready or not here I com!" Lucifer called as his head and looking around. Soon he started wanding around looking for his brother.* "I'm going to find you." He babbled to himself as he wandered slowly. *Blinking a little, his green eyes searching the area for Tor, he picked up his pace, looking behind bushes and clumps of grass as he searched. All the while he seemed far away from Tor...*

"We both worry for the future." He said nuzzling against Smow as he watched his sons' play in the grass. He couldn't help, but chuckle as eh watched Lucifer walk in the opposite direction of Tor..

Bloody_Buffy

Tor stayed low to the ground, hardly breathing. He was not going to find him. He was too well hid. Smiling, he pressed his belly to the ground.

Snow nuzzled against Shadow.
"That is true." She looked on, her heart breaking, but the little colts were enjoying each other so much, it brought a smile to her face.

*Lucifer stopped and listened, turning he went back the way he came and pounced over a small bush. His green eyes scouting the area, looking for his brother.* "Brother, come out, come out where ever you are." He teased hoping to get a reaction from Tor.

*Shadow looked around where his sons were playing, making sure that nothing was there to harm them. He hoped deep down that nothing would split his sons or cost him one. Shaking his head a little the clear his mind he watched Lucifer feebily try and find Tor who seemed to be right under his nose.*

Tor stayed hidden, but stupidly, he spoke.
"Like That will work!" He said rolling his eyes, then quickly covering his mouth as he discovered he had said it aloud.

Snow laid in the grass, her head resting on her legs. Fox was still burned into her mind,.. But everyone was in a good mood, so why ruin it all. How selfish would she have to be?

*ears perking up at the sound of his brother's voice and he turned. Smiling he slowly snuck up behind his brother and nipped at his flank.* "Found ya!" He yipped with glee prancing away, looking all triumphant.

*Shadow had settled himself down beside his beloved watching his sons' play not too far away from them. Taking his eyes off them for a moment he nuzzled Snow lovingly kissing her as he drapped his head over her neck and rubbing his cheek against hers.*

Tor yelped like a filly as his brother nipped him and he took off, chasing the brother and running as fast as his legs could possibly move him.

Snow nuzzled Shadow. She licked his cheek, and pulled on his mane. Looking at him with a loving gaze, she spoke.
"I dreamed we would have a family one day.."

*Lucifer gave a fake squeal as he dashed toward their parents and hid behind them, laughing and taunting his brother.* "Can't get me, can't get me." He laughed from his spot behind Snow and Shadow.*

*Shadow smiled at Snow still nuzzling agaisnt her.* "And we do have a family." He whispered kissing her again. *His eyes soon looked at teh foals that were headed their way.* "And I think we're about to be brought into their game." He mused soon looking back at Lucifer who was teasing his brother.*

Bloody_Buffy

Tor went to jump over his parents, but merely ended up with a blow to the stomach as he landed on Shadows back. Trying to breath, he stepped off, and looked at Lucifer..Then he dashed again after the colt.

Snow smiled, but her concern for Tor as he hit himself in the stomach on Shadows back, made her almost stand. She lowered back into her resting place, giggling as the two took off.
"The game could be worse.. Though I dont know if I like it being this rough."
She said with a bit of disdain.

*Lucifer giggled girlishly as he dashed around their parents before back out onto teh open, looking back at his brother who was sure to follow. Laughing he leapt behind a bush. There he laid in wait for his brother. His green eyes watching Tor coming after him. Young Lucifer didn't even bother to see if there was any dangers about.*

*Shadow had ducked his head down at Tor leapt over then and flinched as the colt landed upon his back.* "Easy there you two. NO need to be hurting yourselves." He said in a warning voice, but felt that for some reason it would go unnoticed by the playing pair.*

Bloody_Buffy

As Tor got closer unknowingly to the bush his brother inhabited, his ears perked up and he listened..Walking in front of the bush,
"Lucifer?"
Snow's ears stood straight up. Her muzzle caught wind of a scent, and she stood, eyes wide in fear. She looked towards her colts, and dashed towards them. She made it in time behind Lucifer to counter the Lion attack that was aimed at the young foals back. She reared, and kicked at the lion, anger flooding her.

*Shadow had caught the same scent and was right behind Snow. Ears pinned back against his skull as he reared at another lion that seemed to come from the side. Hooves pounding the ground, Shadow showed no ercy for the lion as he drove his hoove down upon it. Soon turning and kicking the injured cat back into teh bushs where it didn't reappear again. He turned toward the one Snow had kicked away from their sons.*

*Lucifer leapt from the bush squealing in fright nearly got himself entangled with Tor. He looked back at their parents then looked at Tor.* "That was the scariest thing in my life.." He mumbled, slowly standing on shaky legs.

Bloody_Buffy

The lions ran, and they werent happy about it. Snows brows came together and her eyes narrowed.
"Shadow..Normally Lions dont hunt together here.. What do you think that could mean? You dont think it has anything to do with-" She stopped herself, quickly.

Tor was floored as his brother slammed into him. He was breathing hard, eyes wide with his earrs back.
"Oh my Herd..That was a close one.."

*Breath coming calmer he shook his head.* "I don't know, but it was strange. Seems like the one I faced was mate to the other. But who knows." He stated watched the path where the lions had gone. "But we should keep the kids close for now." He said looking at Snow.

*Lucifer looked at Tor and nodded his head.* "I can't believe I was almost lion food." He said all shakey. "I think I've had enough play for today."

Bloody_Buffy

Tor nodded gravely, and made his way to his mother. His nose sniffing trying to find the food he now considered comfort. He suckled, and his breathing slowed as he calmed.

Snow nodded, looking at Tor, and then at Shadow.
"We need to be very very careful Shadow.. Now that we know what we know, it wont be uncommon for things to be drawn to us.. Dangeroust things.."

The Dawning of Midnight!

What? *A young set of light green eyes glanced around the grassy grove inwhich his mother had placed him... Or someone had at least.* Where? Where am I? *Incoharent thoughts clouded his mind as the young midnight blue colt raised his head off the green field, trees surrounded the colt, safe, tall and intimidating trees who's leaves seemed to glare down at the lone colt.* What is all this? Where's momma? *Shaky legs, knocky knees, the young colt slowly stood upon his thin legs, he looked down at his midnight colored coat, his black tail switched at a strage creature that came buzzing about. Looking back toward the trees he looked about still, soon up at the dark, star splashed sky above.* Midnight? Is that my name? The colt asked himself in thought as he watched the stars sparkle over head. Tail switching again, young Midnight walk, knobby kneed out of his tree enclosure to seek out where he belonged... If anywhere.*

Part 1...

Aysina

Triveni's tail swished angrily as she left Leah and the green demon. Why must she be so stubborn? She knows what demons are like. she thought to herself. Finially she stopped and sighed, looking around realising she didn't have a clue where she was. She had never been so deep into the forest before, and all the light had gone hours ago so she couldn't see the plains. "I bet if that blue demon went to see her, she wouldn't be so protective of her boyfriend." she muttered angrily.

Kesmi

*lengthy, whip like tail slashed at the underbrushj as his stepped between the trees. The darkness didn't bother this demon, while others slept he roamed looking for something to eat. Very rare amongst horses was the need to eat meat. But one demonic Stallion found pleasure within the killing and devowering of smaller animals. Raising his dark blue head up from his grounded gaze, Hunter's Moon looked around the trees, the looming abyss of shadows. Nostrils flarring he caught the scent of something... Averting his part thward the scent he soon came upon the muttering mare.* "Well, well, what do we have here? A young filly lost her way?" he mused as a snister grin crossed his face, blue and silver peppered wings remained folded over his back as he paced near quietly around the mare. "Or just someone foolish enough to wander too deep into the den of demons?"

Aysina

Triveni's ears pricked up at the sound of another horses voice, but quickly returned, flattening against her head as she glared at him. "I'm not foolish and I am not afraid of you. So why should I care if demons live here?" she asked snorting at him. Amazingly, she was able to keep her heart going steady instead of hopping around like a rabbit as in their last encounter. It was true, she was not afraid, but she certainly didn't want to die, and knew he could probably kill her if he had wanted.

*A cruel chuckle tore free of Hunter's throat as he listened to the mare. His ears remained perked up, his tail whipping about in a playful manner. His lighter blue eyes giving off a slight glow to hem as he paced, cirlcled and drew himself closer to the mare like a wolf would to his prey.* "Oh I think you should be afraid, there's more then just me and that love struck back there. Some more dangrous that I could ever imagine." Voice calm and cool, at times blood chilling, silver flames licked the air about his ankles giving off a small shine in the darkness, the ever deepening abyss it seemed.* "Go any further and you might never come back, then again, why would I care? You're nothing, but a mortal, prey to those of both your kind and those that are not." *Hunter had brought himself almost face to face with the mare, his lighter blue eyes staring, hauntingly into her own. Deep within, silver flames danced wildly as if alive.* "Still wish to proceed any further then where you stand?"

Aysina

Triveni listened to this calmly, but didn't believe a word he said, much less want to hear him say that she was some kind of prey. "Actually, I do. And here's the only thing I have to say to you." she said sidestepping him and then looking back. "If you're going to hurt me, do it, don't stand there talking about it." she said and with a flick of her black tail she walked further into the forest. He's not right. He's the only danger to me out here. Him and the green demon, who wouldn't hurt me since I am Leah's sister. she thought as she walked. Triveni could no longer hear him, so she assumed he remained where he was, but she couldn't help thinking about the fire she saw in his eyes.

*Hunter watched her sidestep away from him, a grin crossed his face as his tail had whipped out behind him to possibly pat her flank.* "I wouldn't go too far." He warned not moving, "A dmoness lives in there and don't take too kindly to strangers. It's said she even chases off her own sister." *Musing over everything, Hunter pulled his head close to his own chest and chuckled, nose raising in the air he let out a bone chilling laugh that spooked whatever was over head. Wings opening to their full span, the stallion took to the air and into the night, it seemed that he wasn't interested in the mare... Or perhaps he was, swnging from side to side, Hunter kept back just at teh edge of the mare's scent.* "What are you think?" he mused peeking down at teh trees that blocked the ground. "Not everything is to one's likings."

Aysina

Triveni stopped, suddenly feeling it getting cold and as she breathed, she could see her own breath. She backed up slowly, confused at what had caused the change. She turned and ran as quickly as her legs could carry her, not wanting to find out what exactly it was. She saw a flash overhead, and glared believing it was Hunter, and he was the one trying to freeze her out of the forest. She finially stopped, halfway to the plains, unable to see her breath anymore and hoping the cold was not still following her. Triveni looked upward, glaring. "Nice trick!" she yelled.

*Sitting strangely upon a branch over head, Hunter canted his head to oneside as he watched the mare below. Ears perked up a bit as one twitched in light annoyance.* "It's what you get for passing into her domain. " He said with a false frown. "Than again, You deserve teh cold, it woudl suit your... How to say it, your personality." *Grinning he leaned forward slightly upon the branch. With a small cracking sound, the branch in teh demon soon fell to the ground in a small heap.* "Owf." Was all that was heard before Hunter just lay there, eyes half lidded, as if he were glaring up at whomever had shoved him...*

Aysina

Triveni walked to the fallen demon and stood over him. "You are cold-hearted. I'm not. It goes well with you, not me." she said before snorting angrily. As she looked up for a moment, she couldn't help but laugh seeing a small squirrel looking down on them from where the demon was sitting. She wasn't sure if the squirrel could actually push him hard enough for that, but it appeared as if it was him, and she couldnt help but fell over backwards laughing.

*From a frowl to grin, Hunter's tail whipped around hoping to snag a hold of one of the mare's legs and pull her closer. His head rising off the ground to look at her, one wing set out an odd angle.* "What teh hell are you laughing at?" she growled before pulling herself back to his hooves and shook the dirt from his coat. The flames about his ankles semed to grow and lick at teh air and everything around them beggig for more to burn. Small flames jutted out from Humter's nostrils as his ears laid back, kicking the tree he knocked whatever ti was out of the tree in determination on killing it before devowering it insight of teh mare, to show her that he'd mean business if she were ever to hurt him.*

Triveni looked sad as the demon ate the little squirrel. "Aww, it was just playing!" she said before she started laughing again. "And I was laughing at you." she said as she brought herself to her feet and tried to keep herself from laughing again. "I don't think I asked. What's your name anyways?" she asked him curiously. She still wasn't sure about him, but she didn't want to be rude at the very least.

*Blood still dripping from his chin as she snorted and turned away.* "Why would you care?" he snapped as she stepped further away, letting the shadows consume him. "You'd just laugh yout spots off." *His voice sounded a lot different then it had a few moments ago. It had changed to a playful and ammused sound to a depressed and 'I'll kill you if you come near me' sound. *His tail whipping the air making harsh snaps upon the air as he walked on.* "Pesky stupid femals. Why did they have to be created." He muttered as the ground where his feet touched seemed scorched, burning leaves, moss and fur of small animals that didn't get away in time soon filled teh thick ait within the trees.*

"Are you even looking at me? I have no spots." she said as she turned in circles as if she was looking for spots on her body somewhere even though she knew they were nonexsistant. She finially fell to the ground dizzily and shook her head to regain her composure. "Besides, names aren't really that funny if you ask me. Horses being pushed out of trees by squirrels, hilarious! Names, not so much." she said stepping around to his front side. "I'm Triveni." she said.

*Hunter raised his head high over the mare and snorted as she had stepped in front of him.* "I wasn't push, the branch I was on snapped out from under me. Or were you blind to seeing that?" *Snappy he was, he didn't even hear her announce her own name.* "But if you are so inclined to know, I was scrootenizingly named Hunter's Moon. There you satisfied now." He asid as he snapped mere inches away from her's. "Or is there something else you wish to twist out of me like water from a human cloth?" *Eyes narrowed, Hunter pawed at the ground as his wings opened slightly, his left wing remaining at an odd angle.*

Aysina

Triveni looked at him slightly wide eyed. "Okay I don't have a clue what you just said, except your name. Which kinda fits. I like it." she said nodding approvingly. "At any rate, I still like to think the squirrel pushed you. It makes me giggle." she said laughing slightly. She looked up seeing another squirrel show up to chatter at her and she smiled at it before looking back towards Hunter. "Don't eat this one." she said shortly.

*Hunter's eyes had already landed upon the squirrel that had appeared, but soon glared at teh mare again.* "Why not? YOu going to fight for it's meaningless life?" He mused lowering his head. "Plus if you must know everyone calls me Hunter for short, because it's what I do. I hunt, I can't stomach grass like the rest of you day walkers." *Shorting he folded back his wings, wincing as the nearly broken wing folded under his right wing. *What was he thinking going all..... Nice? No he couldn't be going soft, not within his own domain, a small section away from 'hers'.* "If I may ask, what are you doing out here anyways? I didn't think many day walkers roamed the night."

Aysina

"Your life and mine are just as meaningless as that squirrel's if you ask me. And I like the night. I blend in easier. I was out in the forest, however, to see my sister. She's dating the twit of a demon, Hisui." she said shaking her head and pawing the ground. Triveni looked back up seeing him wince in pain over his left wing, which she noticed it was awkward earlier when he opened it, but she made no mention of it until now. "Is there something wrong with that wing?" she asked cautiously trying not to sound rude. She noticed he was easily offended by her.

Waking up the young red panda looking teen looked around. She heard yelling and snapping going on near her. Great another night in this place. Aren't I just the lucky one. She thought shaking her head aggrivativly and then stood up. Her ears flickered around for a moment then she headed off towards all the noise to see what was going on. One day she would make it back to the Riverbend herd, but not on this night to much was going on already.

"Most demons become twits when they get themselves bound to something they want to care for. I prefer to remain alone so I don't become like that green p***k." He shorted shaking a little dirt from his coat. "As for my wing, I've broken it when I was as you say, 'pushed' off that branch." He huffed stepping to go past her. "Not that you should care, You weren't the one that got hurt."

Aysina

Triveni cautiously stepped towards him. "I can fix it, but it'll hurt. You hurt me in retaliation and I swear I will break the right one as well." she said. She nudged him away from a tree so she could get some room and unfolded the wing. She gently pushed the bones in all the right places to re-align them but each made a loud snap as she did. "It wasn't broken, it was dislocated." she said knowingly. "Give it a few days, and they will fuse back together if you don't take a fall like that again."

Yoko came up to the area where the voices could be heard. She looked around a tree to see a demon horse getting his wing fixed. "Psh. He is tough." She muttered to herself before walking on along the tree line. This was a mild night. "Wonder where January is lost at." She thought outloud keeping an ear trained towards the two older horses.

*Dislikeing the idea from the start, he was not so easily pushed around. Hissing as his wing was opened he soon snapped it back after the bones were put back into their places. His tail whipped around snapping at teh air near her before settling back behind him.* "Thank you." He muttered gruffly looking around, feeling that there was another there...

Aysina

Triveni nodded and smiled knowing that was the best she would get from him. She heard leaves rustle of another horse who had been eavesdropping on their conversation, and she rushed towards it. "Can I help you with something?" she said looking down on the teen.

Yoko looked towards the mare. She snorted in her distaste at having a plan she was thinking up interupted. "No you can't help me. I'm just walking through. Unless this forest belongs to you, leave me alone." Her destination to where she was headed was left unnamed, Yoko didn't think it was the mare's business anyways or the demon horse's either.

Kesmi

*Ears twitching at the sounds around them, his tail looped up over his back a little before rolling off and snapping at teh bushes as if thinking someone were sneaking up behind him. Wings still folded upon his back, Hunter took this moment to turn and start walking away. He was done there, there was no need for him to remain.* "You two have fun now." He mused stepping into a shadow where only his silver marking revealed his location. "I'd hate to miss a good 'cat' fight."

Aysina

Triveni glared at the teen. "I don't appriciate being spoken to like that. Quit eavesdropping filly." she said flicking her tail as she walked away to the tree where she had left Hunter only to find that he himself had dissapeared. "Hunter?" she called to him. Hearing no reply she sighed and lay on the ground and dozed slightly.

Yoko rolled her eyes towards the mare. "I don't care really." She nieghed. "Suit yourself, the conversation was boring anyways." The teen turned and walked away from the mare who said the stallion's name. She walked away and found the edge of the forest.

*Hunter hadn't gone too far, he had come around to where he would have been behind the filly, before shaking his head he stepped back into sight, well halfway...* "Why did you call my name?" he asked lowering his head down to her level. "It's not like we're friends or anything, or is it that you want to become pair bonds?" he asked quarking a brow at Triveni. *He appeared curious as to why she remained there besides the fact that the sun had started to rise outside the forest and it was just about time that he headed back to his thicket to sleep the day away...*

Aysina

"Pair bonds?" she asked raising her head and cocking it to the side. "And if you would like the truth, yes you're my friend. Because I said so." she said obviously not taking no for an answer. "However, if you don't mind, I'm going to sleep. I'm so tired." she said resting her head back onto the soft soil and drifting to sleep.

Kesmi

*Hunter shrugged as he stepped past her.* "If you say so, but I wouldn't sleep there, too many daywalkers roam this part." *Shaking his head he wandered back toward his thicket, slipping past teh brambles that scratched at his sides, he lay down in the middle of them. Wings opening for a moment, he curled up into a sort of ball, soon his wings folded again, creating almost a dome like struckter over him to block out the sunlight from the day coming.*

Midnight Stand off.... Has Hunter found 'Love'?

Aysina

"I heard you snoring." Leah said rolling her eyes. "If you think I came to kiss and make up, you're sadly mistaken. I still don't like what you did. And I'm still not going to let you get away with it for nothing." she said sternly and didn't notice, but she was scraping her foot in the dirt.

Triveni's eyes narrowed at her sister. "Well that's fine. You can be mad all you like. I suppose you don't care but I changed my mind about one demon, but not yours." she said before she twirled, and walked away. I wish Hunter was here... she thought to herself as she sadly walked away from her sister. She didn't want to be mean, but she couldn't help it when Leah sounded so angry without her even saying anything.

Suigyoku

Hisui looked at her and smelled a scent of demon about her and it wasn't him. Did she not just get done yelling about how demons are bad? What's her deal?

Kesmi

*Hunter had awaken not too soon after the shadows had thickened in the forest. Opening his wings he stepped out of the thicket. Stretching his nostrils flared as the scent of others met his nose. Wings folding atop his back, Hunter stalked toward teh scents. Along the way he smelt teh scent of another demon, Ears pinning back he trudged closer, hooves digging into the ground. His eyes looked toward Triveni, lowering his head he watched the other near by. Di didn't dare call out or anything, he didn't really want to make himself known.... Yet.*

Aysina

Triveni finially stopped realising she had no clue where Hunter slept, and for all she knew she was heading towards her sister's boyfriend. She turned back to where she herself had been sleeping but stayed lurking, not wanting to show Leah that she had returned. She knew if she waited long enough, Hunter would come for her.

Suigyoku

Hisui caught the scent of the demon, only this time it was the full scent. I know he's here. I just don't know exactly where. He tried to contain his scent from getting beyond the bushes from which he sat watching. I'm here for you Leah. I know he's here. And I'm ready for him if he decides to show himself. He wanted to snarl so badly but he controlled it. It's no use if they all know that I'm here. That'll just make things worse. I'm here for Leah and that's all I'm here for.

*Hunter looked toward the green demon as he stepped out of his hidding place, baring sharp teeth, Hunter wantered over toward Trivani, his tail whipping about behind him, making a useful weapon if the other male desided to come closer. Lowering his dark blue head he nudged the mare a bit, silently wondering what was wrong, hisl blue and silver peppered bat like wings opened a bit as he remained with his head down.*

Aysina

Triveni tried not to look over-joyed at seeing a friend in the crowd she was watching. She understood that he was just trying to say he was there and she stayed close to him, fully able to see the green demon watching her. "Leah, go home. Take your boyfriend with you." she said nodding to Hisui who had still not revealed himself.

Leah turned to see Hisui watching them, but didn't move from where she stood. She simply stared at the blue demon who seemed to be with her sister now. "So what, you're going to hate me for being with a demon, but now you yourself are with one?" she asked pawing the ground.

Suigyoku

Hisui saw the other demon come out and he lowered his head and his body ready to leap out at any minute. He was ready to fight for his life against this other demon. And he wasn't going to tolerate him hurting Leah in any way shape or form. Hisui bared his teeth but kept silent. I know him! He's the one who wanted to hurt Rakun! I'll kill him if he does anything to hurt Leah. I swear on my life I'll kill him.

At the moment Leah's friend mentioned him he snarled and jumped out, "Answer the question!" He bared his teeth at both the mare and the demon, "I am not afraid of either of you and I won't let you hurt her in any way. So help me god, I will rip you apart." He let out a growl to show that he was serious. Hisui hated being so mean but it seemed to be the only way to fully protect her. Leah I'm sorry to had to hear me say that I truly am, but this is all for you.

*Hunmter snorted at teh green demon as he lifted his head up, silver flames juting from his nostrils as he did.* "Quite your whimpering and go lay down somewhere." Hunter said annoyedly as his tail snappd at the air. *Hunter wasn't looking to fight this other stallion, but if it came down to it, he would. In anycase he wasn't going to leave Triveni's side at the moment.* "Why don't you and your girlfriend leave, it's seems to be way past your bedtimes."

Aysina

Triveni glared at the green demon. She didn't like him, he was taking her sister from her, the one she had always been with. "Do not tell me what to do Hisui. I don't answer to you, I answer to myself." she said and then snorted at him angrily.

Leah watched how close the blue demon stood to Triveni and wished Hisui was protecting her that way. Sure, he was ready to fight for her, but the blue demon seemed more interested in defending her sister than fighting Hisui. The anger left her eyes, and they searched the ground for something, unsure of what it was. She looked back up at her sister. "Triv..." she whispered, her eyes pleading.

Triveni's attention turned from Hisui to Leah and she could see this was not what she wanted. She softened her eyes slightly and looked at Hunter. "We're finished here." she said taking one last look at Leah and then turning to leave as her sister did the same.

Suigyoku

Hisui realized that he was the only one who was having an anger issue. He shook his head, "I have to go. Don't worry Triveni and Hunter, I have no business to fight either of you." He turned around and looked at Leah, "You know where to find me." He nodded before running off a little further into the forest. He could kick himself for how he acted tonight. He hung his head and walked in silence, I'm so stupid. I don't belong in the middle of that... He sighed and walked into the spot were Leah and himself found. It was there he stayed hoping that Leah was ok. For the first time in a long time, he cried. He felt like he had ruined her friendship with Triveni. I just don't understand, if she got mad at Leah for being with a demon.. why did she get with one. It didn't make any sense.

*Letting his wings fold back to his sides, Hunter turned around to follow Triveni away from the other pair. Ears still pinned back, he always lookde back to make sure that none were following. After a moment he stepped up to be beside her.* "Is everything alright? I hope I hadn't interupted anything." *So the big bad demon did have a heart, but was it in the right place? Perhaps it was, perhaps for once Hunter wasn't thinking of himself.*

Aysina

Triveni shook her head. "No... my sister and I were just having another fight." she said and sighing lightly. "Luckily, my hero came just in time to save the day." she said looking up at him. She smiled but then blushed slightly and looked back at the ground. Great, you probably just made him think you're a romantic sap. Nice work Triv. she thought as she stared at the ground to be sure she didn't trip. It got darker as they walked further, she noticed.

Leah sighed as she realised she was left alone in the woods with herself. She walked slowely towards the clearing, knowing she would find Hisui there. I hope he's okay... I appriciate what he was doing, I really do. I just don't understand why he acted like he wanted to fight that demon so suddenly. she thought. He's never wanted to fight anything before... She stepped through the trees and reached the clearing where she found a very distraught Hisui and she ran to see what was the matter. "Are you okay Hisui?" she asked nuzzling him gently.

Suigyoku

Hisui didn't have time to hide himself. He started to bawl, "I'm sorry about that. I really am. I've heard stories... bad bad stories." He didn't even know where he should start. "My father used to snap like that at my mother. When I snapped, I felt just like him." He was crying so much that he couldn't see anything. He felt her nuzzle him, but it only made him feel like even more of a demon. "I can't escape my fate. I was destined to be a demon and in being so I have certain qualities that I can't get rid of." He stared at his wings and thought of just ripping them off. He started chewing on them a little, more like knawing on them, "I hate this! I hate being this way!"

*Hunter looked about the ever darkening abyss that seemed to engulf them, he looked down upon Triveni and touched her with his nose.* "I'm glad I could help, though that green demon seemed ready to tear something limb from limb." *Shaking his head he stepped a little closer to her a wing extending to cover her back in a way of either protection of guidence, possibly both.* "If it gets too dark to where you can't see, you can always lean against me to remain on a safe path." He whispered.

Aysina

Triveni looked up into Hunter's silver eyes, her own sparkleing. "I know. I seem to always be able to count on you." she whispered and she nuzzled him softly. She turned off the path slightly, finding a place to sleep for the night, which she was able to do quickly knowing Hunter would be around to protect her 'just in case'.

Leah took his wing in her own mouth and gently yanked it away from him. "Stop that. The only one making you the way you are is you. You know both of my parents were demons, but I don't act like one just because it's in my blood. It doesn't matter anyways. I love you, no matter how you act." she said nuzzling and trying to comfort him. Soon she simply laid down, he head on his shoulder and fell asleep.

Part 1

Kesmi

*Wings extened to their fullest, her white coa seemed to be nothing, but a cloud with golden streamers. Up, down, up, down. Turning off to teh side she soon lazily spiralled down to the ground where her sky blue hooves came to a halt.* "Just like landing in water." She mused to herself tossing her golden mane over her neck. White head perking up, her blue eyes looking about the plain that she had landed in. Spotting a bayish stallion grazing not too far off she watched him from afar as her great wings folded to her sides.* "Well, well, what do we have here?" she mused to herself still watching the stallion.

SeaBiscuit still walked around eating grass and hears an other horse.Lefts up my head one way and doesnt see no body.So goes back to eating grass.

*Kisha turned her head to one side as she watched the stallion. Her tail flicked to side as she made a 'I don't care' motion with her ehad as she too lowered her head to get something to eat. In anycase, her eye remained fixed upon the stallion... Whom ever he was.*

Picks my head up and see's the mare and looks at her."Hello?"

*Kisha lifted her head up from where she was grazing and looked toward the stallion. Her eyes watching him as he spoke.* "Hello" She replied turning slightly toward him. "Isn't it odd to see a stallion alone in these parts?" she asked tilting her head to the side a bit.

"Yeah but i'm kinda alone but i got used to it."

*Raising a brow, Kisha watched the stallion as she soon shook her head.* "I've been alone for a too many years. You are younger then I and should be able to get someone in no time." She said with confidence.

"No i tryed to get mares but they left me for other stallion's."Sighs.

Kesmi

*Kisha gave a firm grunt as she watched him and his apparent, to her, sulky ways.* "Then you haven't been trying hard enough." *Shaking her head she opened her wings some stretching them before folding them to her back.* "My sister has landed with a fine stallion, just as fine as you are."

"Yeah i have i tryed and tryed but they never seam to like me.Well i'm SeaBiscuit and let me guess your Kisha?"

"My name's Kisha, I suppose you heard about me from my sister right? Fiery red mare? Should have known she was sulking out and about here." *Snorting and shaking her head before retuning her attention to Seabiscuit.* "Lovely name, I am surprised you haven't found someone who likes you. Possibly the mares you had no luck with were the wrong type?"

"Yeah i know your sister to she told me to get to know you more.Yeah that's exlay it about the wrong type.I guess i'm not good enough for a mare."

*Kisha's eyes narrowed lightly at teh mention of her sister.* "That demon will be answering for this one later." She muttered shaking her head and letting her wings thrash at the air around them before settling again.* "Oh she did, did she?" asked looking placid as if that small shift in mood hadn't occured.

"So Kisha will you tell me about your self?"

*Her wings gave off a slight shrugging motion as she turned her head to one side. Watching the stallion with a single deep blue eye.* "And what is it that you'd like to know?" she asked taking a small step forward closer toward the stallion.

"Is it to personal?"Sighs and watches the mare walk closler to me.

Kesmi

"Well is there something your looking for in a mare? Like..." *She turned her head away a little in thought...* "Like one that would understand you and know what your feeling?" asking while tilting her ehad to the side.

"Yeah and that are different than most mares.Like if they have wings."Looks at her."Why whats wrong?"

Kesmi

*Kisha raised her head up as she looked back at her wings, soon looking at Sea again.* "Nothing's wrong and what's wrong with my wings? Perhaps you'd like it if they weren't there? If I was normal?" she asked turning a step to circled around Sea once to bring herself back to be in front of him.*

"No i ment i love mares that have wings or that are different like you.I like you cuz your pretty and have wings."He blushed a bit from saying she's pretty.

Kesmi

*A slight red twinge entered Kisha's oh so white coat as she blushed at teh mention of her wings making her pretty, or so how her ears heard it as.* "You really think that?" she asked stepping closer to him, so if he were looking into her eyes head on they looked like tanquil pools. "Or was I hearing things?" she giggled girlishly stopping with her nose a mere inch away from his.*

"I really said that because you are really pretty with them blue eyes and wings."He looked into her eyes.

The Chiains of Love Bind again.

*Kisha giggled as she watched him.* "Well then, if you are really thinking and saying that then...." *She smiled foalishly as she tapped him with her nose before turning to trot away.* "Your it." She giggled, her tail twitching behind her as her wings opened a little before settling.*

"Hey ill get you!"Runs after her and thinking. Hmm i really like her she's really nice and she's cute.

*Kisha kept at her easy trot before picking it up to an easy gallop, her tail raising into the air like a golden banner from some kingdom of old.* "You'll never catch me." She teasedas she soon started to weave through the grass as it became taller.

"Yes i will."He ran as fast as he could to catch her.

Kesmi

*Kisha giggled as her pace seemed to slow as her wings opened a little, the feathers rippling in the wind. A few coming lose and flying back and cascade to the ground beneath Sea's hooves.* "You sure about that?"

"Hey your going to fly."He tryed to get her before she got into the air."Come here Kisha."He ran and ran.

Kesmi

"Don't be silly. I'm going to take to teh sky above." She giggled circling around to come to his side, her pace matching his own. "If anything we both should be able to fly. Be it here on land or in the sky."

"Oh....ok."He looked at her and winnied.He nuzzled her.

*Kisha whickered as he nuzzled against her, she rubbed her head against him as one of her wings opened. it opened across his back, soon laying atop it in a comforting way. Her eye looking into his as her pace soon slowed to a halt.*

SeaBiscuit stoped when she did and says."Whats wrong?"

Kesmi

*Kisha shook her head before looking forward at teh cliff they certainly woudl have gone over.* "That would have been on bad fall if you went over." She said nuzzling against him. "I would't want to lose you this soon."

He blushed as she said she wouldn't want to loose me."Thanks for saveing me before i went off the clif."He nuzzled her

*Kisha blushed a little as she seemed ti kiss him before snuggling her head into his neck.* "To me it's be like seeing Kenjin fall again. I wish not to lose another. Another I loved." Her voice sounded sad, as if the words were choking her as she said them. *Her mind seemed to drift back to when she and her brother were serperated. His wings bound and he was stoned off a cliff, falling to the rocks below. Her whole body quivered at the thought before she pulled herself away from them.* That was a long time ago, time to set it aside she thought as she turned her attention to Seabiscuit.

*Kisha blinked for a moment, forgetting that she had said that. Lowering her head a little, her coat turning a pinkish red.* "I said that didn't I?" She giggled looking up at him. "But yes, I do love you. No mortal chain could ever keep this wild heart from loving a stallion like you." She said as her blush deepened still. "In a way, you remind me of my brother, Kenjin. Full of life, sometimes doubt, but always looking for a place to belong. And I think..." *She looked at him, raising her head up.* "You may have found your place? If you wish it that is."

He blinked at her."Hey i'd love to be with you.I love you to and i remind you of your brother?"

*Kisha's gaze lowered as she looked to the ground, a sigh seemed to take her breath for a moment while she collected her scattered thoughts.* "Yes, you remind me of him, that's what I love about you, your personality. If I were to have my brother here beside me, I'd swear that you two were the same instead of two. But sadly..." *She looked out over the cliff as a shiver raked over her body.* "He's not here anymore. A wrong doing was done a long time ago that cost him everything." *Shaking her head she nuzzling against Seabiscuit, being near the stallion gave her more comfort then one could think.* "Seabiscuit, I wish to give you my heart if we'll be together until time ends."

"That's sad and i'd love that for us to be together until the end."He nuzzeld her and though. I though i never get someone that i liked soo much.

*Kisha nodded as she nuzzling her head against the bottom of his chin. Soon she nudged at him as if wanting to move away from the cliff.* "Lets move away from here. To a more comfortable place." She said as she giggled trotting a head of him, her tail brashing against his side as she trotted a head. He's a dream come true, If only Kenjin were here, he'd be happy to see his sister with someone, unlike Kishan. she thought with a frown before she brightened up again.

He troted after her and think's. Wow i feel great with someone that i love alot.She makes me feel better than before of what happend.

*Kisha looked back toward Seabiscuit.* "Coming slow poke?" She giggled, her tail twitching lightly behind her, wings rustling. "Race you to the apple trees."

"Ok."He ran past her and looked back to her.He laughed and he felt great.

Kesmi

*Kisha laughed as she picked up her pace, wings opening and before long she was gliding mere feet off the ground, her head came up beside Sea's as her wings came down to caress his back before lifting up again. Looking forward again she went higher up to show off in the air, doing loops and spirals. Feeling very happy, at teh moment forgeting about the race she had challenged the stallion below.*

He stop's and looks up at her and gets on my hind legs.Neighs at her on my hind legs.

*Kisha's ears twitched as she heard Sea and soon came down to his level. Wings still sorking to keep her body from the ground, she brought her nose close to his. soon she settled back to the ground and nuzzling against him lovingly.*

Strange Friendships
Could this be more then what it seems?

*The teen Midnight wandered not far from the new pair, his green eyes watching them, wondering what was going on, shaking his head he soon stepped away from then and wandered pretty close to where Snake and the other horse was. His eyes seemed to stare at nothing as he walked, not exactly paying any attention to where he was heading.*

She looked over at the teen and smiled finally someone to hang out with!

*Blinking a little as the velvet near the nap of his neck, the feeling of being watched. Stopping he looked around, wondering who was watching 'him'. Surely he wasn't that special, not wth his midnight colored coat and off set green eyes.*

He nudged Bela. "What are you staring at that colt for?" His eyes then widen and look straight at Aylin uh oh a boy.
She walked over to the colt trying not to frighten him. She then smiled. "Hello!" She said happy to see another teen around here other than her siblings.

*Midnight turned quick and looked at teh female teen that had come over toward him, he backed away a little, landing on his rump. His black mane tussled a bit.* "Hello." He said, his voice a bit detatched.

She smiled at the teen trying to reasure him. "How are you?" she then looked at snake.
He watched Aylin closely making sure this other teen wouldn't hurt her.

*Midnight tilted his head to oneside as he looked past teh female toward teh male that seemed to constently be watching them. Turning back to teh female that was almost the same color as himself he answered.* "I'm alright, normal you could say." says with a slight shrug. "What about you?" he asked soon looking back toward Snake, wondering why he was always watching him.*

She looked at the male curiously. "I'm good, but what are you looking at?" She looked over her shoulder at Snake. aw man he's treating me like a baby. She snorted at him.
He looked at the little boy then at Aylin who was snorting at him. He then walked away, but would poke back over later to see what they were doing.

*Blinking, coming back to his senses, Midnight looked at teh one before him.* "Just that stallin who seemed to not like me for some reason..." He said lowering his head. "LIke nearly everyone else around here." *His voice seemed distrot, detatched from his own body.*

She blinked at him curiously. "That's just Snake. He's mad at me because I'm hanging around you and your a boy." She took a step towards him. "I like you. I don't see why everyone else hates you." How could they hate such a nice teen?

*Midnight looked at himself before looking at the female.* "And what's wrong with being a boy? He's one too." *Midnight sounded a bit sad, but soon shook his head.* "How rude of me, My name's Midnight. I'm guessing I was named that because I'm the color of the midnight sky or something."

She smiled at the male. "He's like my second father and do you know how fathers are overly protective with their daughters?" She looked over her shoulder trying to see if Snake was there any more.

*Midnight's head lowered to be closer to teh ground hen it already had been.* "I've... I've never had a father. Or a mother..." He said turning his gaze away. "You are lucky to have someone to look out for you." *Head still sagging, his eyes closed to hide the deep sorrow that seeped into them like raindrops into a cupped leaf. He never knew of a family, being left alone, on his own the very day he was born as if he had somehow fallen from the sky itself.*

She noticed he was sadened by her words. "Oh. I'm sorry." She felt terrible wishing she hadn't said that. "I'll be your friend if you want one." She put her head down to where his was.

*Midnight raised his head a little and looked at her. Soon tilting his head to teh side. This was something new to him.* "Friend? What's that?" he asked canting his head to the other side, ears perking up a bit.*

She looked at him shocked. "you don't know what a friend is?" She thought about it a bit. "well a friend is someone that you can talk to about everything, and they are always there for you, and you feel safe around." She thought about what she just said and nodded. "That's what a friend is and much much more. I'll be your first friend."

*tilting his head to the side, he listened to what she had said. Blinking his gave went grass bound as he sat in thought.* "Do you think that Snake person will mind if we are friends? Cause, I like that idea, teh idea of having someone not hating me." Says with teh best smile he could muster.
