"Iie..." kazz murmered softly. he had shuddered slightly as Keiran spoke, his lips brushing against the curve of his neck as keiran buried his face there. But he forced himself to relax, to keep his thoughts and actions chaste and pure. So much had been forced upon Keiran already in his young life. Kazuma did not want to add to that burden.
As his hand travlled up and down the frail, curved back as keiran curled up against him clutching the front of Kazz's shirt. Kazz smiled, kind of liking the feeling. not of keiran's despair, he hated that. but the thought of being needed. Of being Keiran's safe port in the storm of Hurricane himo. he planted another kiss on the sleeping boy's forehead before closing his eyes himself, though he did not sleep. he couldn't. he merely lay there, holding Keiran, as his bedroom slowly filled with darkness.

As Keiri lingered in the land between conciousness and deep sleep he murmured something against Kazz's neck....it couldn't be heard...but the words would come again...when he and Kazz were able to share more than just tears and comforting hugs...when Keiri knew more about life and love than he could ever want to know.

Thick brows lifted as Kazz heard Keiran murmer something, but he couldn't decypher the words. He looked down at Keiran, but the telltale heavy breathing told him the boy was still sleeping. Kazz smiled slightly.
"Oi, so you talk in your sleep, ne? Wonder what you said. " he pressed a kiss to the curve of the boy's ear, just barely peeking through the shaggy golden mane. He closed his eyes again, allowing his thoughts to wander, waiting for any sort of sleep to come.

Keiran was somewhere dark and he saw Michale. He smiled and started to walk towards him when he saw him with a needle and started trying to shoot himself up. He cried out and tried to run to stop him but he couldn't move. He twisted around to try and see what was holding him back and when he looked it was Michale.
"Don't you love me? Why don't you stop me?"
Angel shook his head tears forming in his eyes
"Michale...I-" he was cut off "You don't love me, and because you don't love me I will keep taking it" he pushed angel away and started to walk away.
He went to run after him when he heard his name
"Kei-chan" Keiran paused and turned to see Kazz behind him "Kei-chan don't leave me. I care about you, let me protect you."
"B-But Michale..." he looked back to see Michale standing there waiting
Kazz put out his hand "Please. Let me be here with you."
Michale put his hands on his hips "You have to chose. You can't go off to that boyscout. I own you, you know that, you can't leave me..."
"Kei-chan...please...don't let him treat you like this"
"Angel I love you. He just wants to take you away from me. Once he has you he wont love you anymore. Only I can love you. No one else can ever love you like I do. Choose me"

"Choose me""Choose me""Choose me""Choosemechoosemechooseme" the words and voices swirled around him and he covered his ears "No stop I can't I can't chose I can't"
In his sleeping form he was whimpering and shifting quite a bit
"N-no....please....i c...i can't...no"

Kazz's eyes flew open, and his heart gave a startled lurch. He had just drifted off when Keiran beagan whimpered and squirming.
"Kei-chan? Kei-chan, you're having a nightmare." kazuma grabbed the boy's tightly clenching hands. "it's all right, keiran. I'm here. Wake up, ne?"
What could the boy be dreaming that upset him so. he seemed to sleeping peaceful enough.

Keiran shook his head his eyes squeezing shut.
"No" he mewled, and he pulled at his hands feeling bigger ones cover them.
His eyes flew open, and the dazed disoriented look that said he was in between sleep and conciousness was still in them as he tried to fight KAzz.
"I can't, stop" he pulled against Kazz and twisted before he realized where he was and what he was doing. He blinked a few times and seemed to sober up. He looked at KAzz, slightly confused and then around.
"K-Kazu...?" he blinked more and his body relaxed though he was still hesitant as to what had just happened. "I...what-" he seemed to be trying to compute everything and he looked at his hands in the others "What's going on?"

Kazuma breathed an audible sigh of relief at the sound of his newly acquired nickname. he gave keiran a gentle smile as he lifted one hand to cup the boy's sleep-flushed cheek.
'You were having some kind of nightmare, Kei-chan. Are you all right? do you want to talk about it?

Keiran leaned against the hand.
"I-I don't really...remember..." he murmured his face scrunched up as he tried to think back to his nightmare. He could only remember darkness. And that Kazz and Michale were both in it.
"Gomen.." he said bowing his head a bead "I'm sorry....i shouldn't have stayed...I'm ruining your sleep"

Kazz shook his head, before kissing the bowed blonde head.
"You have nothing to apologize for, Kei-chan. Seriously. i wasn't even sleeping, really. It's no big deal. And it's still kinda early." Kazz propped up on an elbow, smiling gently. "Are you sure you're all right?"

Keiran couldn't help the gentle blush that had warmed his cheeks and he nodded in response.
"Hai"
He looked up at Kazz, and just looked at him. He didn't even really say anything, almost like he didn't have to. He just stared at those violet eyes and his body was already snuggled close to the warmth of the larger and protective body across from him. He kept his gaze on Kazu through the small blonde tendrils of hair across his face and he just studied the other boy. What was this odd feeling of safety and security. The feeling that he just wanted to hold onto Kazu and never let him go. Not let anyone hurt him at all....he couldn't....could he? You couldn't love two people could you? He frowned slightly, like he was in deep though and continued to study his face. He had pretty much memorized every spot on that near perfect face...at least it was perfect to Keiran. He really hadn't even spent a whole lot looking at Kazz...he just...he just remembered..

Kazz chuckled, a slight red tint creeping into his cheeks. He shook his head, bleached locks swaying, brushing softly against keiran's forhead.
"Oi, kei, chan," he murmered softly. "You shouldn't look at me that way. it only make me want to kiss you more, ne?" As if to prove the point, he closed the small gap between then, pressing soft lips to soft lips. His tongue quickly came out to run along Keiran's lips before he broke the contact. he sighed then.
"See what I mean? I can't just seem to control myself. you hae such pretty eyes, Kei-chan. I always liked blue eyes, ne? Bright even in the dark." Kazz kissed the tip of the boy's nose. "You're just so adorable."

The boy blushed when Kazz pulled back from the kiss.
"Gomen..." he murmured....apologizing for his own looks.
He looked back up at him again thoughts running through his head
"Kazu....why do you.....why do you like me? Why are you always saying you will protect me.....and that you care about me....when you've only known me....two days" he felt awkward asking it but he wanted to know

Kazuma blinked, tapping his chin thoughtfully.
"Well....that's a reasonable question, ne?" Kazz pushed up into a sitting osition on his bed, offering a hand to Angel to help him up as well. He reached to his beside, turning on the small lamp on his nightstand. The room filled with a dull, warm yellow glow.
"Well... when I first saw you on the bench, looking all sad and miserable in your street clothes.... I dunno...something drew me to you. I had no choice but to obey. you looked so lost, and I wanted to help if I could. " he chuckled softly, and shook his bleached bangs out of his eyes. The violet orbs rested upon Keiran's pretty face, and kazz smiled.
"And, if I'm being honest.... i thnk the only real reason I want to protect you is because I like you. no... more than like. I'm your friend, Kei-chan, but it's much more than that, for me at least. I've fallen for you. I know you have Michale... I know you ... you love him. But i want to be there for you as well."

Keiran allowed himself to be pulled up and he sat listening as he heard KAzz explain.
He felt slightly sheepish and guilty when Kazz mention loving Michale. Why did he feel guilty for loving someone? Was it because he had feelings for Kazz too? He couldn't be sure, the only sign was that his stomach held a funny jerk when Kazz told him he liked him more than just a friend. That one line meant something, he wasn't quite sure what...but it meant something.
"Gomenasai Kazu....I don't mean....I .. I don't mean to be such a burden" he found himself apologizing so much latley....he just felt that no matter what he did someone was either upset, or angry, or sad....he just wanted everyone happy but that was too difficult and impossible...both Michale and Kazz wanted him to be happy and be with them...but they were upset if he was with the other person...he couldn't win....and it hurt his stomach to know he as causing all this strife.

Kazuma leaned forward to cut off all protests and apologies. He rested a hand against Keiran's jaw, his long fingers warm along the boy's neck. After another minute or two, he pulled away once more, leaning his forehead against Keiran's.
"Kei-chan...you never have to apologize to me, ne? I just want you to be happy. That's all. I'm not trying to force you into anything. you know that, don't you?" Violet eyes searched pleadingly within blue ones, almost willing Keiran to beliee him.
