Godiva and Hershey followed Racer and looked at the rocks. "Oh what pretty babies." Godiva told Racer and Tie. "Congratulations." she said, smiling.


Hershey smiled "yes they are aufully cute."

"Wow! Getting a compliment from Hershey is rare."

"Well don't expect a compliment too often." Hershey said, still smiling and looking down at the rocks.

"She sounds just like Hershey." Godiva laughed.

"Yeah well, uh....nevermind"

"Let me settle this, you both are equelly imature." Hershey said, grinning.

"Hershey! Don't be rude." Godiva told him

"Im not, im telling them the truth." he said with another grin.

"See problem solved." Hershey said with a smile.

Godiva smiled "He has a way of doing that."

*Takes Place after Racer talked with Draumr' about Lady*

Racer troted through the trees and stoped by the small pond he and Tie had gone to the day the had gotten together. He lay beside the cool water and sighed.

Soon Tie walked trough and lay nexted to him. "whats wrong Racer?" she asked him, noticeing he was upset.

"Lady hates me now, I don't want to be lead stallion anymore...." he muttered.

"what happened?" she asked.

"I was out cheacking some things and i found Lady alone. she had run off and Draumr' wasn't with her....He showed up a bit later and I told him he could no longer be with Lady since he left her alone. Lady got upset, of course, she loves him and it would have surprised me if she hadden't gotten upset...well, then she bolted and i told Draumr' to go get her and then i talked with him and said he can be with her again..." he sighed.

"thats better then how i would have handled it." Tie said. She nuzzled him.

"of course." Racer said. He sighed. "this isn't who i wanna be tho, Tie. you know how i was, happy, friendly, fun...i'm turning into some hardened stallion...this isn't me..."

"Racer, your just doing what you must...if you want tho...you can hand the herd over to Spirit and just leave..."

"i've wanted to get the biggest herd here...Lita was always talking about it and..."

"you don't have to tho...you gathered everyone together...you started it all..." Tie said.

"We couldn't leave Tie...we already have to worry about everyone leaveing...Lady will leave after the condisions set...if we leave they might leave before then...Nor may go off with koda...the whole herd could fall apart Tie...there has to be a way to keep up from loseing everyone..."

"I thought you didn't want to be lead stallion anymore."

"mabye later...but for now...........we have to figure out how...i can't have people joingin then leaving with a mate."

"how about this....every mare born into the herd must stay, any mates they get must join or else they must swear they will not be apart of any other herds. Stallions can leave or stay, any mates they get, if they stay, fall into the same thing. If they want to leave they have to be offically out of hte herd the day they grow to an adult. YOu have absolute control over who may enter and who is forced to leave. and I have control only bested by yours."

Racer sat in silence or a few moments thinking. "yeah...that sounds like it could work....we may lose members...some may not liek the idea that every mare has to stay and stallions have a choice...Nor will be pissed..."

"But Nor wont leave anyway, you know she still wants to take over."

He shook his head. "she gave up that dream, Tie..."

"I still think she will atchive it. she's a smart girl, strong as well, she just is being mroe open and easy-er to deal with now that she has that Koda." Tie said.

"I suposse...so, come later we will gather all the mebers of ther herd and explain the new rules..."

"alright..."
