I Kei I Sage Ruffin Yoshi is the easiest to use in the Home Run thing. Ironically enough, it justn so happens that Jigglypuff is the person of choice for doing mission 51. o_O Yeah, if you wanna get through it quickly. Still that risk of dying riight off the bat with one little slip up, though. I think the best to use for it is Fox. I managed to get through it without losing a single life with him. whee Here's why I say that... Rest + Point Blank Range + Atrocious Defense = sailing off the stage at the speed of sound. smile Mewtwo and Ganon rely *heavily* on Giga Bowser doing most of the work; get rid of Giga Bowser and the other won't have a leg to stand on, especially since they'll come to you in a cautious manner, thus equaling total pwnage. mrgreen

I noticed this when I did it with Fox, and the same holds true to a point. The method I used with Fox is more time consuming, but handled right and it's a lot safer overall. Try your best to get yourself where the three of them are pretty much walking one behind the other, then get as far away from them as the level will allow. Then, start firing away with Fox's laser. Keep up a steady pace, and whomever is in front will repeatedly pull up their shield time and time again, deflecting shots every once in a while, but the damage adds up quickly, plus, the shots will sometimes (somehow) hit one of the others taking up the rear. Add to that the fact that whomever is in front (and sometimes the second in line) will eventually break their shield and that's an easy kill right there. 3nodding

With Jigglypuff, if you at least *think* you know what you're doing, you'll be fine.
You may go through a few near-misses, but you'll beat it in due time. 3nodding

Please continue the conversation here. KenrickS Lightbringer2929 I Kei I Your health percentage must have been pretty high, then, to be thrown off the stage from DK's carry position and not be able to return, even on a small stage like Yoshi's Island. Sort of low down, but not so much as to be classified as cheap, as even in that circumstance, the only reason you wouldn't have been able to come back was because you had a high health percentage...that and the fact that you were using Roy, who has VERY little horizontal range to his Up+B attack/third jump, resulting in you having to use the first slash in his Forward+B combo attack over and over to continuously give yourself that slight inch toward the edge each time you slash before doing your third jump... ...whereas with Kirby, it doesn't matter where your health is, or who you have. If you both are fighting near the edge, and he has his back to it and happens to grab you, your only hope is that when he does his backwards throw, that your character stays rooted to the spot, which happens sometimes, oddly enough. It results in him flying downward off the edge all by himself, still attempting the throw, and he can't recover from the fall. your not understanding me I had barely any damage, and he was almost out sideways as he threw me, and you can do Roy's and Marth's up lash at a 45 degree angle. If you move the joystick that way as you do the up B. Belive me it was cheap. Man, he understands. s**t, I understand what you're saying. Still, doesn't the fact that your health percentage wasn't very high sort of contradict what point you're tryin' to make? Even if yall was that far out there, if your health wasn't that high, wiggling free shouldn'tve been hard to do at all, and even if he managed to throw you, recovery shoulda been hella easy. It was for me when Kei did just what you said earlier today, just to see your point. Both of us were magnified when I let him jump over on that cloud and chunk my a**, and I came back fine. Prolly was right on the brink of that "death" point, but I still came back. Alos, I ain't no mod here or nothing, but shouldn't yall prolly copy yall conversation to the Melee thread in the fighitng game section so somebody can erase this and get this thread back on track? neutral

Anyway the whole point of the example was missed, it was cheap as hell and if it happened to you then you would say it was cheap to. And that is that.

I can't wait to get the chance to use Pit from Kid Icarus. I wonder, though, if he'll have a more unique fighting style than the other swordusers, or if he'll just be a sort of aerial version of Link. confused

I am not sure if Pit will be some short of clone of Link. His weapon is very intersting. I think the bow will be like Link's but the melee will be different I think. I can't wait to use Metaknight, or Wario. That will be intersting I think. And Pit will be intersting also. I wounder what kind of super everyone has? The movie only shown three, and Snake is going to be in this game.

Let's hope Snake's super has to do with him having some sort of trademark weapon from the game, like the Stinger missile launcher. That'd be cool. 3nodding

There is a update where the movie is. Charaters where being added to the web site. The origenal Samus is going to be in the game with Zero being unlocked during battle if you do something special. Wario's fart bomb is going to be like a time bomb I think it said. They also talk about metaknight and pit.

They also talk about metaknight and pit. Yeah, I saw that too. It said something like Zero Suit Samus would be usable whenever Samus was damaged too much, because her suit would fall off. What I wonder is whether or not it'd be an all-together thing, or gradual, (one part of the suit falls off at a time) and if it's a gradual thing that happens, will it affect whether she can use her beam cannon or morph ball abilities.

So that mean that they will be changing her third jump and there will be no bombs. I am guessing that they will be taking stuff from zero mission and will be using it for when she changes. Did any of you play that game. It was the one where Samus was on that space ship and she was injected with metroid dna. (I think that was it.)

Yeah thats the one, you could link it with Metroid Prime and all that. Hopefully they will include some of the stuff from Zero mission, cause she had some cool abilities in it.
