Aerin laughed again. "It's everywhere. In the walls, in the floor, in the ceiling, in the very microparticles in the air. It observes every square micrometre on the entirety of the premises. RA is all knowing, all seeing, and all acting. It's like a real version of god who gets emo and throws fits and used to kill people!" he finished brightly. Aerin brought up the needle, and squirted liquid to check for air bubbles. As he slid the needle into Luke's arm, he finished with, "I know what you're feeling, sweetie. I therefore can guess what you think. Empath's gift..." were the last words Luke heard as he drifted into unconciousness...

Luke quirked a brow as Aerin explained, glancing around the room as if he would see somehting."So it like..watches you all the time? What about in the bathrooms?"He frowned a bit, tail puffing out slightly at the thought of someone watching him all the time, it was just weird. He glanced down as he was stuck with the needle, realizing he might not get the answer to his question just yet.Ahh well, he could always ask it again, right? As he started to drift off he glanced down at the cat."Empath, eh?"He smiled a bit before his eyelids became too heavy to keep open and he drifted off.

[ RA pov ]
RA kicked its feet, swinging them so they went between (and sometimes through) the black metal gate. It hummed a non-tune to itself, while watching for the vitals and feed of the first Nahzeetial to enroll in the Academy. It checked on the other five or so kids, bleak dots with their own colours around the school.
RA waited, and flapped its wing, not moving the air in the slightest.

[Trela's POV]
The trio made their way to the gate; Cirisse, Circe and the first Nahzeetial of the Keres tribe to be enrolled into the Academy, Trela. (Actually, the first Nahzeetial ever to be enrolled into the Academy.)
Trela slivered ahead of her guardian and older sister; clearly excited, but trying not to show it. The black gate came into view, and Trela spun around, 'I can take it from here.' A sly smirk painted across her face. Cirisse and Circe couldn't help but grin also.
Cirisse nodded, 'Alright, hun. Take care, and don't do anything we wouldn't do.' She winked and gave Trela a hug, before letting her sister have a say.
Circe grinned, 'Ditto to what she said.' A laugh escaped the seventeen year old Nahzeetial. Leaning in, she whispered, 'That gives you pretty much free range.' Another wink and a laugh, a hug and they were gone.
A smirk. Trela turned around to see the ... Alien Dragon waiting for her. She slithered up to it proudly, 'The name's Keres .. Trela Keres.' Clearly, she was proud of her family name.

"Hello, snake child, and welcome to the Academy," RA said as it leaped off the gate. The hologram flickered only slightly as it turned around and looked up at the Nahzeetial.
RA circled around her, sending out a ping from its feed, and upon confirmation it nodded. "If you know how, send your feed id, now reprogrammed to zero zero seven." It pointed to the box by the gate. "If not, you can tap it in over there." The little monster circled around the girl again, counter to the direction it just did, waiting.

Trela cocked an eyebrow as the alien dragon flickered. Hologram? No matter. She followed his finger to the box. Even though the Nahzeetial were the original developers of the feed, she had not learnt how to use hers as much as she would have liked to.
Slithing over to the box, she entered zero-zero-seven, then looked up at the hologram, 'So what ... I haven't learnt about my feed as much as I'd like to. She paused, 'I take it, you're part of the brains behind the Academy?'

"In all technicalities, I am the brains. I'm RA, 'residential assistance.' I'm everywhere, do everything that's not by a mortal, and a good deal more." It grinned, as the gates hissed open.
"I just choose to have a physical image as well. Makes things like this easier." It gestured in, and to the towering main doors. They opened as well, and RA smirked up at the snake girl again, and shrugged, its vacant eye winking at her.
"You're eight. Big deal. You'll learn how to use it soon enough, and you'll learn it fast." And with that, it started a mockery of a march towards the door.

Trela gave a sly smirk, and obediantly followed the hologram, 'The brains behind this place. Sweet.' A silent moment, before she asked, 'So ... can you like, control people through their feeds, considering out feeds control us? ... Like puppetry?' A devious grin was painted on the snake-girls face now. The thought of having such powers ... it would be amazing.

RA laughed daintily. "I could, if I wanted. I only have a very loose set of the three laws instilled into me. I generally won't do that. You children are amusing enough as it is!" it finished, and walked into the doors, making no sound. The voice that was formerly from the gates now came from all around.
"Power is wonderful, kleinigkeit giftschlange. It is also to be taken with a grain of salt, lest it consume." It grinned at her. It pointed at the door to the left. "Your dorms are there, Trela. You share with another girl about your age, but she has yet to arrive."

Such power ... would be wonderful.
Trela looked towards the door on the left. Roomate. Wonder what she will be like. If she's an Aanida ... oh, there will be blood ...
Then the words struck her ...
Kleinigkeit giftschlange
Why did that sound familiar?
'What's it mean?' She figured since it was the brains behind everything, it would be able to tell what she meant.

"Your roommate is an altered human, though there is an aanida present. She prefers the library and such." RA led her to the door, and told her to try and project her thoughts, to that number, the three, above her door. "And the words are from a long dead language child. You mightn't know it. German. Most things are standardised to our basic. They mean 'little snake,'" it snickered, and gave her a mock stern look. "Do not take me for being small though I choose to be sized as a pygmy*.

Altered human, eh? Hmm.
'My elder is incredibly old ... he speaks many dead languages.' She looked to the ground, for the elder had passed only a short time ago; yet she could not speak of him in past tense.
'Size does not matter.' A playful smirk danced on her face, 'Big things can come in small packages ... even in the size of a pygmy. But you have already told me that.'
Trela glanced up at the door, the number, focusing in on it. She tried to blank her mind, as she had been taught to do briefly in her tribe.

RA smiled fangily. "Old is relative, Ms. Keres. You do not know what is old till you have met the endless, the above ones, the deities whom you mortals bond with." It smiled again, only much more secretively.
"I've no doubt you'll master your feed quickly, if given the chance."
It walked into her room, and looked around the plain dorms. "I've had your luggage transported here, the bags are in your closet. If your dorms are unsatisfactory, you may contact me to transmute what you do not like."
It sent a vague map to the Nahzeetial. "The cafeteria is on the second floor, and the library is out the main doors to your left."
"Are there any questions you have for me, before I let my holo disintegrate?"

Trela curiously stated to the RA, 'You speak as if you know endless ...' ... 'Wait a minute, bonding? ... Am I ... bonding with a deity ... or is it to early to know such power?' Such power ...
Nodding, before entering her room, she looked around. It was amazing ... she never expected her dorm to be that big.
A question ..., 'Classes? I was informed of them ... but I've got a question regarding which would be better for a Nahzeetial like myself.' She paused, trying to recall the names of the courses, 'Feed 101 ... or Militarian Knowledge?'

"I know, because I am." it replies cryptically, and ingores her second and third questionsm and skips to her next ones. "I instruct feed 101, whereas lineslieth does so for Miliknow. Mili know is mostly information on the governmental systems in state around Nilyx 0308, as well as featuring famous figureheads, like Xenocide the Partisan, the most famous Nahzeetial known to any, and my original form, alien code RA, who was the most famous murderer in the galaxy.
"Feed 101 will teach you how to manipulate your feed, how to send and receive codes, how to draw up maps and menus and books and words from your inner store, and how to send out chatter and send in assignments, and how to control your power, if you are blessed by one."
It shrugged. "Feed 101 is easier. Miliknow is fascinating."
