Punishments: Normally some time in isolation, A guard keeps a rifle on him while they're out on the gang as a precaution.

Jethro: Likes for people to think he's dumb; it gives him the upper hand
Latest attempt: While out on the gang, SweetPea managed to wrestle a rifle away from one of the guards, taking off three of the guard's fingers in the process when the rifle went off.
Where Moreau comes in: Amused by his cop into pig experiment, Moreau took an interest in prisons still instituting the black and white "traditional" inmate uniforms. When he saw a news broadcast of the incident with the row of prisoners in stripes, he called and made arrangements to transfer Jethro to the island for "rehabilitation".
