TWOOOOOOO shouts the fans, who thought the knee strike could have scrambled Bad Boys head.
Seeing the success of his strikes, Cartwright decides to try and keep the pressure on Bad Boy by continuing to target the head, looking to clamp on a tight side headlock on the mat!

Things between Hiro and Salem had barely gotten underway at ringside as the latter was busted open by his trip into the post. Hiro looked down at scars that adorned his arm, all from burns suffered at the hands of Salem when they met two years prior in a Salem Says match. The Ethnic Enigma's fire had long raged within over what Salem had done to him, and as he saw the blood start to pour from the gash, he attempted to grab a hold of Salem's head and run him towards the barricade, hoping to send him up and over and into the crowd! It looked as though perhaps this was the plan all along -- Brad had beaten Cartwright already. There as no point in letting this tag match be traditional, it was going to be a one on one between the former boss and the new boss.

Brad was put in the headlock, and had his head squeezed for a few moments as the crowd mostly paid attention to Hiro and Salem taking their fight out of the ring and into the crowd!
Once enough time had passed, Brad looked to fight his way up, and send not one, but two elbows to the stomach. Then would back up to the ropes and use them to try to get back to the middle of the ring, and attempt to shove Cartwright over the ropes!

Bad Boy regains his strength after a moment in the side headlock, bringing Cartwright to his feet with, his elbow strikes softening The Boss' grip.
They find themselves in the center of the ring, when Bad Boy shoves Cartwright over the middle rope, landing on the ring apron!

Brad fell to his face before pushing himself back up quickly, and sees Cartwright holding onto the ropes!
Moving in fast, he looks to pull Cartwright to a standing spot on the apron, and attempt to drive a knee into his stomach!
From there, Brad would step through the ropes onto the apron with Cart, hook his head, and attempt to drive him into the Hardest Part of The Ring™️ with a DDT!

Bad Boy sees his opening, grabbing Cartwright from inside the ring and striking him with a knee to the stomach that hunches him over in pain.
This allows Bad Boy to grab Cartwright's head, join him on the apron and punish him with a spike DDT down on to the apron that flips him on to his back to the outside of the ring!
JR: "BAH GAWD!
Look at that impact King!"
King: "We've gone from a wild brawl to using the ring to cause maximum damage!"

Brad fell to the outside with Cartwright after the impact! Falling to a knee as he held his hip as it slammed off the corner of the apron while performing the dangerous move!
Brad rolled himself into the ring, and got up using the ropes. He looked around, and gave a slight shrug, lip readers seeing him saying "Where the ******** are the other two?" Referencing Salem and Hiro, whom had disappeared while fighting into the crowd!
Brad shook his head, and saw Cartwright starting to stir, and simply rolled to the apron, and sat on the apron as he looked down at Cartwright.
"Heyyyy buddy! Did that hurt!? That was nothing compared to what I'm about to do to you!"

Cartwright holds the top of his head with both hands, the landing on the apron leaving him with a stinging sensation in his head, but he can't clue Bad Boy in to that, especially as he begins to taunt The Boss on the apron!
Cartwright pops the crowd by flipping Bad Boy the bird as he gets to his feet, showing that there's no love lost between them!

Brad was suddenly taken aback, the fact that Cartwright was still willing to taunt him despite nearly having his head caved in!
"Ohhh...is that what you wanted!?"
Brad looked to grab Cartwright by the long hair, and stand up on the apron, looking to pull Cartwright up with him as well!
From there Brad would put Cartwright's head between his legs, look out to the fans as they boo what might be transpiring!
Brad would try to pick Cartwright up, and drive him down onto the Hardest Part of the Ring™️ with a Powerbomb!

Bad Boy doesn't take too kindly to the sign language, grabbing Cartwright by the hair, which doesn't do the inside of his head any good.
This allows Bad Boy to bring Cartwright on to the ring apron with little resistance, as Cartwright struggles under the pain.
Bad Boy is able to set Cartwright up exactly how he wants him for a Powerbomb towards the Hardest Part of the Ring™️, a cocky smile on his face as it all looks too easy for him.
He lifts Cartwright up, but The Boss shows his fighting spirit, as he tries to hook Bad Boys head with his legs and spike him in to the apron with a Hurricanrana!

Suddenly he felt Cartwright fall back by himself, and his legs brought Brad with him! The Hurricanrana hit, as Cartwright drove the back of Brad's head and neck into the apron! Brad's body followed as it rolls with him, tumbling off the apron dropping to the floor in a heap!
The crowd let out a loud eruption at the move! A loud "holy s**t" chant from them!

As the crowd roars, Cartwright lies face-first on the apron, another rough landing for The Boss but he is fighting for survival!
Cartwright rolls towards the center of the ring, holding his forehead, taking advantage of the momentary pauses to nurse his head.
JR: "Both men have made their mark on the other with the ring apron."
King: "I wouldn't be surprised if they dented it!"

Brad remained on the floor, not moving an inch as his arm is covering the back of his head!
At this point Hiro and Salem were long gone, as the Ref started his count at 1!

As the referee continues to count out Bad Boy outside the ring, Cartwright Gets to a knee, starting to look more energetic.
It looks like he is preparing for something as Bad Boy begins to stand, as he sprints towards his enemy with a Suicide Dive through the ropes!

Bad Boy slowly got his way up to his feet, using the help of the apron. Pushing himself up to his feet, suddenly seeing Cartwright damn near right in front of him, diving right into him!
Brad was sent backwards hard, crashing into the announcer's table both his back and his head! Brad dropped again to the floor, holding the back of his head as he kicks his feet!
