Ref 1 1. 2 Evil eye character from Anime DandaDan - maybe similar face marking (around eyes and the way the mouth/nose area is white separated from the dark outer area of his face) I like his color palette of black white purple red, more Mischievous/ominous colors but cc to what looks best. Red eye marking on forehead up to you to include or not, maybe a simplified eye marking or not.
