So the match would continue, the official would back off as Avari had barely began to pick himself back up.
The Freak would walk up, grabbing Avari by his hair, using his free arm to press his opponent against the ropes as he picked him up until he was resting against the ropes. When Avari was finally to a vertical base, Omen would toss Avari at the opposite set of ropes!

Avari was nothing but a rag doll being tossed around at this point, and the fans knew it.
The demeanor of the crowd have changed and they realised that they could very well be watching a mauling here.
Fusion was grabbed and pressed hard against the ropes, feeling the hard pressure to stop breath entering his lungs for a moment.
Before he knew it, he was thrown at the ropes, and found himself coming back at Omen!

Squatting down, Omen waited for his opponent to return before lifting and dropping Avari to the mat with a back body drop!

Punishment after punishment after punishment.
Omen picked up Avari with ease and slammed him down with a back body drop.. this wasn't looking good, not at all.
This truly was not the way that the crowd expected their main event go to tonight, at WrestleMania.

Avari would almost hit orbit from getting launched over Omen. Hitting the mat with enough force to make those in the first row wince. The Freak looked over his shoulder after delivering the move. Walking around the downed opponent.
Things looked grim, but the fans would continue to rally. Cheering for Avari and booing the behemoth.

Avari rolled onto his belly, a bit like a snake, and shook his head. He looked around him and noticed two great trunk tree legs walking around his body, like a cat playing with a mouse.
Fusion reached up to grip Omen's legs, aiming to pull himself up.

Even of going into the jaws of defeat, the son of Nuke insisted on rising to his feet. Knowing if he slowed down, he may not get back up.
Staring at the beaten Avari Fusion. Omen would lift his hand before wrapping it around the throat of Avari. Expecting to end this here with a chokeslam!

Avari suddenly felt a monstrous hand around his neck. He knew what was probably coming next.
Either by sheer skill or some luck, he instinctively looked to stomp down on Omen's foot and then shoot up with an uppercut!

Bringing a foot back following the stomp, Omen would begin to look to the sky after receiving a wicked uppercut to the jaws.
A good combo by Fusion for sure, allowing him to unload a bit of offense in the form of defense, while escaping the clutches of the Freak at the same time.

Avari was feeling beaten down, but he wasn't quite out yet.
A small combination followed up by another.
A low kick to the back of Omen's left leg. Followed by a forearm strike to the face. Followed again by an uppercut!

Speed, precision, and persistence was the recipe that Avari was following and it was proving effective.
The kick throwing Omen slightly off balance, allowing Avari to follow up with a forearm and uppercut. Forcing the Freak back a few steps. Edging closer and closer to the ropes behind him.

This was feeling like a change in the air, the tides turning in this match.
Omen was definitely nearing the ropes, and the offensive wasn't stopping now.
A strike to the abdomen. A kick to the leg.
A dropkick over the ropes!?

The force kept on coming as Avari managed to get Omen to the ropes. Throwing a nasty kick that forced Omen to lift the leg for a moment. Then delivered a dropkick that sent the big man over the top rope.
But the big man flipped over the rope and would catch himself on the way down. However, upon the landing he would be seen stumbling for just a moment. Probably from the last few strikes to the leg and the iffy landing.

Avari stumbled up to his feet after the dropkick and noticed Omen on the outside now.
He breathed in deep and ran at the far rope, before sprinting back and attempting a dive through the ropes!

It wasn't just his strikes, Avari was gathering momentum and speed. Using them together to hit a big suicide dive through the ropes that sent both men crashing into the announce table on the outside. Leaving the crowd to roar in approval!
