Pulled out of the corner in position for the cravate. Coming back to life, the Ethereal would attempt to put a stop to the suplex by throwing several elbows into her opponent's ribs.

A few elbows would indeed have him releasing the hold and withholding the attempt. Luca still had some fight and where of it all. An arm was around his side, a reminder too of how his sides had been recently targeted in his last match against what may be the whole reason behind this whole ordeal. How lovely..

Mirage stumbled forward a step as she was released. Luca suddenly leapt up looking to strike with a pele kick!

A strike to the head had the eclipse stumbling back with his back soon up against the ropes. Straight fire, that kick felt like... and it had brought a grin to the face of a man holding his head. This was how it was going to be this time. Fine, so be it. "Then by all means.. Show me this hatred.."

Pulling herself back to her feet, the Ethereal prepared to follow through. She froze, however, pausing and gazing down at the Specter who waited on the outside. The time limit of the match was all that was alotted the new Mirage, and she would have to return to the other world. Luca grimaced and took a step back. "There isn't hatred, only fate." Lights flickered off throughout the arena.

Finally the titantron came to life, a message across: "We are Mirage." The duo vanished from sight.

The flickering of the lights caught his attention as it was something rather hard to ignore. Glancing to where she was looking, it seemed something else was amiss and it was due to one standing nearby. Eyes locked back onto Luca with a bit of a perplexed look. Not of what was said of but what was going on around them. "Only fate? Nah, not even fate can dictate an outcome when you know how to break those chains." Looking back to the titantron with the message sent.
