Mokuba's friendship with Atem mostly comes from Seto since he himself has rarely ever interacted with him. That said, it's hard not to respect him. Sure, he did send Seto into a coma for six months, but it ultimately turned out for the better and it's clear he had done so to help him anyway. For the most part, though, Mokuba wonders if Atem will ever realize just how much he did to save his brother. Even if he doesn't, he's still grateful.
Téa is a good, honest person that puts a lot of faith in the idea that friendship trumps all, but it hasn't failed her once, so Mokuba can't blame her. He doesn't have too much of a relationship with her, but he still likes her. Mokuba hears she wants to be a dancer. He hopes she succeeds.
If there's one thing that can't be disputed, it's how much Mokuba loves his big brother. There's no one more important in his life than Seto and if anyone ever asks him who his favorite hero is, he will answer with a simple, "My big brother!" even though he knows that's not what they mean. It's hard to admire fictional heroes when there's a real one in front of him. Even if that hero used to be a villain, though that just makes him all the more admirable. Despite knowing it will never happen, Mokuba does still hope that Seto will return to the bright, cheery brother he used to be.

Mokuba was once given full permission to share his uncensored opinion about Maximillion. Let's just say Seto has no intention of giving him that much freedom again. It would be an understatement to say he absolutely detests the man.
Mokuba has close to no memories of his own mother, making his attachment to Yua all the more important than it normally would be. From the moment he and Seto were adopted, Yua was a positive figure in his life. Throughout the years of misery under Gozaburo's thumb, it was Yua that encouraged him to stay strong as his brother began to fade. Without her, Mokuba worries what he would've become. Mokuba will sometimes wonder just how she managed to be so available when she had her own kid to worry about, but mostly, he's just grateful she was.
Mokuba wouldn't want anyone else to follow and protect his brother. Isono's loyalty to the Kaiba brothers, Seto especially, is unconditional and eternal. Mokuba's own relationship with Isono is mostly through Seto, but they get along wonderfully.. He really likes Isono's cooking. It's something Fuguta isn't exactly a good cook.
Fuguta has been Mokuba's guardian since the day he was adopted by Gozaburo, so to say they're close would be putting it mildly. It wasn't exactly easy for them to be friendly when Gozaburo was around, but despite it, Fuguta was never cruel to him and took a genuine interest in his care. He even acted as a secret messenger when Mokuba wanted to give something to Seto for a while before Gozaburo cracked down on his brother's interactions and hobbies. Fuguta is, of course, unconditionally loyal to Seto....But, it would be more accurate to say that Fuguta is loyal to him simply because of his loyalty to Mokuba.
