Most Cringe? Got involved with someone... Online. Back in the early 2000s.I honestly thought it was love. And sent them money/bought them stuff.
It was not for a while that i realized I was catfished firstly and then well like most (not all) early 2000 online relationships used.
I still wish the person well being the internet was new and I was a young adult with money at the time.
