The crowd was irate at how Salem was being taken advantage of, six men doing everything they could to screw him over! The champ, for his part, could only groan and clutch his ribs after the hard splash from Dean, however, wincing on the canvas as Johnson prepared for a follow-up!
Trying to catch his breath for a second, "Showtime" thought he could try to roll off his back and avoid a cover, but before he could shimmy his shoulders, his opponent was coming in fast with a senton, slamming his body weight down shoulder-first into Salem's sternum! Coughing hard, Croft's eyes went wide, feeling the impact rattle every one of his ribs as he was left in a vulnerable position!

Rosario began pointing at Salem who was on the ground, feeling squished.
"If you're not going to tag me atleast pin him you fool! pin him!"
Rosario was opportunistic, and Dean knew this. Not even getting back to his feet he went to push Salem firm against the mat and lift his leg for a pinfall!

Cartwright turns around and sees a glorious sight with his eyes.
The special guest referee gets on his hands and knees, ready to screw Salem out of the match count the pinfall as quickly as possible in a fair and legitimate fashion.

Salem felt Dean go for the cover, and for a split second "Showtime" was relieved knowing he had a couple seconds to recover - that was, until Cart dropped to the mat and started a fast count! Knowing he had less than a couple seconds, Salem was forced to shoulder up earlier than anticipated, trying to avoid the dirty count! Coughing, Croft tried to separate himself from under Dean, hoping to mount a defense or some offense before he was attacked again!

Dean felt the champion push off him and scramble away. The man needed space, and that was the last thing Dean wanted to give. As Dean was transitioning to a more secure position of a leg and a knee, he would try to swipe at Salem's Ankle! He was looking for a classic ankle lock to Mr. Showtime, slow him down, keep them together and keep the pressure. And maybe his hand might accidentally touch the mat in fast succession!

The special guest referee, Cartwright, watches the action intently as he prepares to ring the bell the second that the hold is applied to Salem!
JR: "How smart is it for Salem to continue on in a match that he can't win?!"
King: "It's not smart, JR!"
SMR: "He's Irish AND Native American, bro.
That says it all."

Salem had managed to avoid the fast count, but in his efforts to try and pry himself out from under Dean, the muscular technician snatched one of Croft's ankle to torque it and apply pressure to the joint of his foot! Letting out a painful groan, "Showtime" felt his leg twisted in uncomfortable fashion, provoking the champ to try and reach out for the nearest bottom rope, digging his elbows into the canvas, thousands of fans in attendance cheering him on!

Dean brought Salem's ankle close to his chest. Feeling the bone, flesh, tendons in his hand. Dean kept the hold in, attempting to use his power to stabilize the men in the spot they were in. With Salem's boot tight on Dean's torso, Dean visibly winced as the boot pressed against the millions of cuts healing on his body. Small stinging and tingling coursed through his body as he let out a guttural scream. A scream of pain but conviction as he went to really stretch the tendons on Salem, tightening the grip even harder.
Rosario saw this feat of machismo and thought of an opportunity. He shifted himself around the outside of the ring, inching closer to the two men. Seeking an opportunity to jump in if needed to. There were already 5 men in the ring, how could a 6th hurt the situation!

Salem was in visible pain, struggling to get himself towards the ropes but finding a miles worth of effort only got him inches closer! Through the agony, "Showtime" could see Rosario looking to potentially intervene, taking a position nearer to the two men! Not sure he could make a rope break or whether Cartwright or Rosario would even let him if he did, the "Gypsy Savage" opted to roll into the ankle twist and throw his other foot hard at Dean's chest, aiming to pound his raw chest with stomps and try to make him relinquish the submission!

The pain screamed as the boot made contact with deans chest

Another kick made contact as salem, now rolled over was trying his hardest to get Dean to let go. Deans torso becoming numb, and that numbness traveling to his arms. His arms became mere meat sticks as he was losing the grip.
But concurrently Rosario, being the ver he was could see exactly what was happening. Each boot reopening all of the little glass cuts on his rookie’s body. This was the moment. Rosario gripped the ropes and went to launch himself up as high as he could as he would soar towards Salem looking for a legdrop.
Rosario hadn’t went flying high like this in over a decade and the crowd knew this as people got to their feet. They hated this man, but damn…could he fly.

Salem was fighting for his life and his championship, kicking with his other leg as hard as he could to dislodge himself from Dean's grasp! But his focus on freeing himself left "Showtime" momentarily distracted to Rosario's intentions, leaving Croft open to a leg drop from over the ropes! Clutching his torso and cringing in pain, Salem stopped his kicking as the fans booed even louder at the continued interference!

Rosario felt the canvas as he rolled off of the upper body of Salem. The Airplane was back! He hadn't touch the skies in a decade and he could feel the energy as his landing was a direct hit. He felt the impact though as all of the movement sent a course of energy through the three men.
Dean who was soon going numb at this point was also fully let go of salem. He stepped a few feet back, sighing through his teeth as his chest felt aflame. It wasn't one large scarring pain, nothing to knock him out. but it was a 1000 small pains lowering his ability to perform the same. And Salem could kick!
Rosario looked over to Dean who was in his own world and then down at Salem. There was no way the rookie was getting the job done, it was his duty. Rosario went to shove Salem flat backed against the mat and go for the cover, couldn't waste the moment!
JR: Rosario is not the legal man! He is not the Legal Man!
Russo: Listen bro, A pinfall is a pinfall Bro. Salem's shoulders are down and that's whats important bro!

It appears that Cartwright has completely forgotten who the legal man is, as he does the fastest three count known to man as he slaps the mat in milliseconds, giving Salem no chance to do anything!
Cartwright: "OneTwoThree!"
The crowd is going wild with boos as Cartwright demands for the bell to ring, which Staff Member Russo as the special guest timekeeper is happy to do as he leaps from the commentary table to the ring bell station, hitting it repeatedly and as hard as he can.
DING!
DING!
DING!
JR: "This is ridiculous!
It can't possibly stand!"
King: "The referee's decision is final JR!
We all know this!"
Salem is furious while The Butler and Omen quickly grab the WWFG World Tag Team Championships and hand them to Cartwright, who awards them to First Class with a huge smile on his face.
Cartwright: "I've been waiting so long for this moment!
It has felt like an eternity!

I knew I could count on you to get the job done!"

Rosario grabbed on to both of the titles as nothing but glee could be spotted on his face. Big giant, artificially whitened, teeth on display as two straps donned each of his shoulders. This was going to be great for his company. Think about the money. Think about the amount of talent he could convince he could make champions. The paychecks we're getting bigger. This was legit! And all it took was a rare ascent from the airplane.
Dean on the other hand had no care in the world as he rolled his shoulder. He heard the bell ring and wasn't surprised. Was it fair, was it right, was it deserved. No. Was it expected, with the people who considered him an ally in this ring, absolutely. It was a pay increase that was for sure, but now he was going to be forever tied to the man who was the catalyst to his scars.
Rosario relished in the boo's as he looked over at the younger man, offering a title out. It would look great for the websites if there was a good tag team picture of him. He knew how to sell a tag team, and you always needed the duo picture. His hand went out and stayed out as Dean brushed passed him, not accepting the title. This didn't change the uproar in the arena as the man with the golden entrance just got royally montreal'd. It wasn't right.
Dean walked over to Salem, furious on the mat, and offered a hand. A moment of understanding from the man who took part in his screwing, but still understanding. Possibly respect. They didn't get a real match, but He could atleast give him a real handshake.

"This is just garbage! How could anyone watch this match and call it fair?! These fans deserve better, these CHAMPS deserve better! This is an insult to the sport!"

And you know what they say, you gotta play dirty to win!"Salem was stunned as Cartwright counted to three in the time most referees couldn't get to two, hearing Russo enthusiastically chime the bell to signal the end of the match! Any joy or jubilation on Cartwright's part would've been drowned out by the overwhelming boos raining down throughout the arena, thousands of fans tossing trash at management and their cohorts!
Vile and profane chants echoed describing Cartwright and what he could do to himself, the unflattering remarks a result of the obvious screwjob at play! Sitting up and putting a hand on his head in dumbfounded shock, Salem appeared seized, unsure even if what was happening was actually happening!
It barely registered to him that Dean was offering his hand, as though some consolatory gesture of respect and kindness after what had been done! Looking up at him, "Showtime" saw his championship on the man's shoulders, showing no reaction as he took DJ's hand to stand up...and immediately drag him into the meanest "C.O.D." of Salem's life, looking as though he intended to decapitate Johnson with his finishing Stunner in the process!
