“Cooking is fun! Then everything is made exactly how you like it and its easy to experiment with new things.” She liked it but was also somewhat releived when mom or dad took it over. “This has been such a fantastic day and its only getting better, thank you.”
She finished her food and then was eager to go shopping. “I havent gone shopping in forever.” She gushed, bouncing on her toes in excitement.
The wind had picked up just a bit but overall the weather (which could be unpredictable, was holding its own for a change. “It still looks like we may get rain later.” There were a few clouds still hanging around.
She liked all weather but sun or overcast was better for shopping in her opinion. Rain made stuff wet and it was hard to protect if you had to carry it.

“Perhaps you can teach me one day” he told her with a smile, he popped the last of his Matori sushi and grilled fish into his mouth. He nodded his head agreeing with her “my pleasure, I’m always willing to set time aside to hang out with you” he told her before looking across at her “are you ready to go do a bit of window shopping?” He asked her, he blinked as the wind picked up a bit “I hope we don’t get rained on” he told her thoughtfully. If they did he would need to take a warm shower the moment he got home or something.
Hopefully, during their window shopping he could find a waterproof jacket of sorts just in case the clouds did decide to rain on them. He stood up and gathered his trash before tossing it into a nearby trash bin.

"I think I would enjoy that, no matter what there will be good food at the end of it and that makes it more fun." She enjoyed the fine but simple things in life like sunshine, fog, books, coffee, fruit and adventures, but most important of all was to have a few good friends. She too looked up at the sky, "I don't know, it kinda feels like its going to rain." That unfallen water smell and the slight chill plus the greyish clouds. "Hopefully."
She dumped her trash in after him and they moved toward the shops. "I never get to do this, its more fun with people than alone." She disliked shopping alone, then whatever was bought was sort of like a memory tied to that person as well. The thought made her heart glad at least.

He nodded his head agreeing with her “that is something i look forward to doing with you” he told her. He looked around and then back at Tahnee “any particular store you want to check out first?” He asked him looking at what sort of stores they had to browse, perhaps a jewelry store of sorts or a store that sold accessories like a sash or something.
He waited patiently for her to tell him where she wanted to go first. Hopefully he would find something that she would like to remember their first meeting.

"Oh I don't know I say we just walk through and see if any catch our eye, I'm mostly looking for fabric and art supplies if I come across any blue paint especially, its hard to get Matori water just right and for that I need all kinds of blue." She had mixed it down to an art but it took a lot of trial and error initially. "I'm just happy to be out and about with you!" Her heart felt very free, like life was amazing and nothing could dampen her spirit, not even the rain that was slowly lurking closer. She hoped it would leave them be, especially if she had to get paper, keeping fresh paper dry was a personal pet peeve of hers.
She took his hand and dragged him along a little faster, it was a friendly gesture and she hoped he took it in that light, she liked to touch the people she liked, small gestures, hugs and the same sort of thing she was doing now.

He chuckled lightly as she dragged him along lightly towards the store that sold art supplies “the art supply store it is” he said . “Lets hope we can find a way to shield your art paper if you buy some and it starts to rain” he told her before following her so she wasn’t dragging him completely.
He was still weary of the creeping rain clouds; but he wouldn’t let it ruin their day, after all he was having fun hanging out with her.

“I was just thinking that, I am almost out of it too and no one should be out of paper if they are an artist, supplies, supplies, supplies thats our mantra."
She proudly packed her paper around with her, now just to find somewhere with cloth, she had some outfits for Kechiri she was working on and wanted just the right patterns for it. Her cousin was fun to make clothes for. She pulled them off well and always kept them clean, reserving her fancy clothing for clean areas and times. Which was sometimes hard according to her for being a pirate native to a beast ranch.

He watched her shop for her art supplies, it looked like from where he was standing that she was in the zone and chuckled quietly as he watched her grab what she needed. “Do you need any help carrying anything?” He asked her as he watched her go from one side to the other to grab the supplies. He glanced up at the sky it definitely almost felt like it would rain on them. He looked around to see if there was anywhere they could go to seek shelter if it did start.
There were a lot of stalls with canopies so if worse comes to worse they could take cover under the canopy and wait out the rain.

"I uh, well, if you wouldn't mind carrying the paper, your arms are longer and its less likely to bend that way." She was grateful for his help. She felt a drop. "Well good thing they got the wax paper." She sighed. "It sort of puts a bit of a damper on our shopping though, that is very unfortunate, maybe I should have bought art supplies after, but the shelves had just looked so inviting as full as they had been." She grinned, mildly unrepentant. Art shopping always made her really happy. "I was hoping for some sort of scarf too, for the wind here," Kechiri's shopping could wait if the weather were to turn. She wanted only one thing she desperately needed to protect from water and that would be the paper that Huang carried for her.
"Is there anything you need?" She asked again, just in case it had jogged his memory a bit.

He took the art paper from her carefully and held onto it “I was also hoping to find something for the wind as well “he said but in all honesty he wasn’t entirely sure what he was looking for to wear for the windy environment. He tilted his head thoughtfully and looked at Tahnee “to be fair im not entirely sure what to get myself for the windy days” he admitted thinking about it, perhaps Tahnee would have an idea of what he could get.
