after launching Trent across the ring, the champion pops back up to his feet. there's a mixed reaction from the crowd as given the events of the night some of the fans seem to be on Drako's side. Now the champion is ready to get back to work, as he approaches Trent and looks to pull him up again, only to try to launch him back to the center of the ring with a belly to belly suplex

Trent would go flying agaon. Drako was really dominant this match. Was it the anger of the champ or was the challenger out of his element? Maybe missing the chip on his shoulder? Whatever the case may be, it was costing him this match and he needed to get back in before anything critical happens.

Drako again pops to his feet after the suplex. To be fair, he had warned Trent before the bell rang. Now it's time to really put some work in, as he looks to catch one of Trent's legs, then turn him into a Boston Crab submission hold

Trent would have turned over after being hit with the belly to belly. Trying to relieve the pain, but it would have been the wrong move as Drako would take advantage of that positioning. Grabbing one of Trents legs and putting him in a painful submission hold

the champion at this point simply sits back further to put pressure on the hold. Trent is going to have to work to escape the hold or get to the ropes, or he can tap out. Drako doesn't much mind which he does

Trent would have to struggle, and struggle he would. He had to get some space from the mat in order to start moving toward the ropes. So, he would begin to push Drako up and try to make his way to the ropes!

Drako is pretty much putting all his weight on the challenger's back. He intends to continue doing so until such time as Trent reaches the ropes

Trent would have to bear the weight of the hold and Drako all while making an attempt to get to the ropes. Finally when he felt like he was at his limit, he would be able to bring one hand over the rope and grab it, making it so the official will force the break
|

As Trent finally reaches the ropes, the champion releases the hold. It's not out of the kindness of his heart however, as he'd still attempt one hard stomp to his back to add to the pain

Trent would pull himself closer to the ropes trying to keep some separation for a moment. While he was doing that he received some hard stomps that would add to the back pain be already had. Each shot making it harder to breathe and move.

Drako seems to be firmly in control but perhaps is a little less irritated. Maybe. Still, his title is on the line and hitting the one year mark is his primary goal as champion. That being said, he attempts to boot Trent out of the ring under the bottom rope

Trent, would have grasped the rope, but with a little push from Drako, he would end up exiting the ring, catching his feet but stumbling over to the announcers tables. Getting a breather!

Drako can see a bit of an opening here, but he would do well to set it up first. As such, the champion slides out of the ring, then aims a superkick to knock Trent onto the announcer's table

Hey, Trent knew that move. Obviously didn't anticipate it as the kick connected. Causing Trent to fall backwards and on top of the announcers table.
King: "WATCH OUT WATCH OUT!"
JR: "Baw gawd, a superkick has sent the challenger down and out on top of the announcers table!"
King: "Trent is going through a personal hell that Emiko gave him, and he is definitely paying for it right now!"

Step one is complete, but Drako has to move quickly here and he knows it. The Soaring Dragon hops up onto the apron then onto the ropes as he springboards off with a moonsault, aiming to put Trent through the table this time
