As Rex rose from the elbow, he glared down at his opponent. That psychotic smile he had been wearing as he reveled in his pain gone in an instant as some predatory part of him was waking up. He would seek to capitalize on this reversal of fortune and try to deliver a set of stomps of his own to the chest of Erynys.

Before he could recover from the elbow, his opponent was already on his feet. If his chest had been hurting before, the pain intensified as Rex went crazy with the series of stomps.

Rex stopped his stomping and would aim to grab hold of Erynys's arm and pull him to his feet. If successful, Rex would seek to try and pull Erynys into a vicious short arm clothesline.

He lay there gasping as finally the wave of stomps mercifully stopped and he lay there holding onto his ribs. He soon felt himself being lifted up before being nearly being decapitated with the short arm clothesline.

Rex didn't waste any time following the attack. Immediately he would try to lock Erynys in an Anaconda Vice while he was down and wounded. If Erynys wanted to play the game of submission, then Rex could play that game.

As the move was cinched in, the danger he was in clicked in his foggy brain. The match between he and BTY flashed through his mind of the humiliating choke out defeat that he had suffered. He would be damned if history would repeat itself here. He raised his hand into a claw and looked to violently rake the eyes of his opponent as he sought to free himself.

Rex felt the fingers dig into his eyes and released the hold. He rubbed at his eyes as he started to make his way to his feet.

He yanked air into his lungs as he struggled to get to his feet, his eyes wide like a frenzied animal. He implored his opponent to get up and he would look to end things with a Black Eulogy kick out of nowhere to the jaw.

Rex was blinded and stumbled in the pathway of his opponent. The move connected and Rex was dropped to the mat.

As Rex was floored by the move, he painfully crawled to the cover and attempted a pin, hoping to end the match.

Rex was sore. His head spinning. Ramona was pounding furious on the apron.
"2..."
Rex wasn't stirring. Ramona jumped up onto the apron and jumped up and down.
"3..."
Rex barely managed to stir but it was a moment too late and not nearly strong enough. He had already lost. Ramona climbed into the ring as the ref got up and called for the bell. The bell rang and as the ref turned back around, he caught a blast of the Black Poison Mist. Ramona then looked to Erynys with a crazed predatory smile as the lights in the arena went red.

No soon had the bell rang, than all Hell broke loose. The ref turned around and was blasted by a dose of black mist, by the woman who gave him a Black tinged smile as the lights went blood red.

Ramona extended her arms to her sides and looked up to the ceiling. As she did so, a group of figures started to emerge from the crowd. They all wore black hoods, robes, and masks. There was the crude image of a snake from Rex's podium on the back of all of their robes. They marched from the crowd and a few came from the back. They all marched to the ring and surrounded it while Ramona started pacing back and forth, keeping her eyes on Erynys and trying to will him to rise and see the hell that had come to greet him.

He unsteadily got to his feet and gave the druids a glare as they surrounded the ring. He then turned his attention back to Ramona and dared her to make a move to him and he would see to it that she would face the same fate as Rex.

Ramona simply kept pacing back and forth. As she moved, all the cultists started to pound their fists on the mat. She looked and them and as she made eye contact with one of the cultists, they all started to chant. "Rise! Rise! Rise! Rise! Rise!" They rhythmically pounded on the apron while Ramona walked back and forth conducting them with a demented glee, never taking her eyes off the big man. then with a gesture the chants changed. "Take! Him! Take! Him! Take! Him!" As the cultists chanted and Ramona acted like the deranged madwoman she was, Rex started to stir. The chants sparking a life in him. He sat up and started to get quietly to his feet. If he got to his feet without Erynys noticing, he would stand behind him and wait for him to notice.
