X never liked to be alone with is thoughts, and generally, never liked to be alone period. When he wasn't practicing, performing, or playing with whatever groupie, roadie, or fan wanted to take a tumble, he was out hunting, or looking for someone, something, to keep him from his thoughts. If Liri or Pretty Boy were preoccupied, than he'd try to find some sort of other entertainment -- which thankfully, wasn't too difficult to do at the Sin Bin, as well as the streets of Hemlock.
Gambling, hunting, shopping, fighting, he had a variety of ways to keep the Beast satisfied, and better still, to keep himself from having to sit with his thoughts in the endless night of his life. Tonight was no exception. He was eager to check out Hemlock's hot ticket LUX. So, he'd styled his hair so it wasn't such a rainbow mane, had brushed out his plush tail, and not only slipped into a white button up shirt, but shrugged himself into a very fine, custom-tailored black jacket and slacks. With a rainbow tie, which matched the pastels of his hair and tail, a few accessory changes, and some fine black shoes, X was ready to go.
He didn't often flaunt his wealth, not like some vamps out there... but a few more layers never hurt in these instances. Sure, it wasn't his usual style, but sometimes it was nice to be a hedonist. He had money to spend, and planned on doing exactly that. X was in one of those moods, and he'd be short more than a little cash come morning -- but that was just fine by him.
He wasn't going alone, of course -- tonight he was with Lay, and what better company? That long, draping hair, those shorts that showed off those fine legs... X didn't mind at all that Lay, in his anxiousness, had hurried on ahead of him Let the pretty vampire be the star as he entered the club -- X was used to being backup anyway.
He wasn't far behind Lay in entering, and gave a small whistle. "Looks like this place spares no expense, eh, pet?" He asked Layzel, dual colored eyes drinking in the sight. He may have preferred the noise and lights of the Sin Bin, but the change felt nice -- even if part of him bristled at it. He was a fraud here, and he knew it... but that didn't mean he had to show it. He had never come from money or wealth... but he could play pretend for a few hours. He cold pretend he belonged --wasn't that what every vampire did, anyway?
... now what? Did they need to take a seat? Did they wait to be lead somewhere, or welcomed? Honestly, he wasn't sure how it worked. Maybe he should have dragged Liri with -- surely he would have known.

X was pleased by Lay's response, and gave a low chuckle at the others compliment. "I clean up nice when I want to," he noted with his usual good-humor. It was all a façade, though -- he was rich, a self-made vampire, but that didn't change his beginnings, didn't change his upbringing, his roots, or the years fighting for each day. It all could change in an instant, at any rate.
But that was neither here nor there, and his focus was half-on LUX and another half-on Lay. "You're going to give these gentleman a run for their money," he mused to the other, only too happy to have the other on his arm. "Maybe you can give 'em a few tips, eh, pet?" He teased.
It wasn't a slight to LUX of course -- but the long-haired fellow he was with was quite pretty. One would have to blind to miss it. "What's your poison then, love? My treat," he encourage. He was curious what the bar tender might order, and how it might stack up. Did bartenders judge another man's cocktail? He'd never given it much thought but supposed they must.
"It's definitely a different vibe, that's for sure -- but not a bad one." He'd focus on Lay, and the pretty and handsome men that were catering. Honestly, X was more than happy to drink up the evening with abandon. He had one lovely on his arm already -- and eye candy all around. Yeah, he could and would enjoy himself tonight.
X did glance at Callipoe, the dark haired, pale skinned vampiress, as she entered. Though he gave her a smile and a wink, he was quick to keep his attention on Lay.

Jolting up from her seat the floodgates had opened "I ACCEPTED? EXCUSE YOU! I BEGGED TO STAY, YOU THREW ME AWAY! Then I stayed away to keep you all from paying whatever price was coming! All I ever wanted was my family I loved returned and you-" Wait what even happened back then? Everything was confusing.. Was this just a story she invited out of guilt or was he just being an a**.. One thing not confusing was the crumbled piece of paper on the floor, proof one of her children still cared, tears flowing and her jaw tightly shut she turned to retrieve one of the glasses, before she could get it, her wrist was grabbed by by a blue hand, another now on her other shoulder.
"You're done, Ma'am, let's go, out the door." well this was great, just when you though you had time for a quick snack break that's when all all hell breaks lose huh? This one was normally just looking for a pity party, but something set her off, whatever, he's not paid to listen to her whining and the ones who would be don't need this. "Come on move.." He as calming but forcefully led her towards the door.
"No no wait its, not! I'm sorry please! He just.. please don't.. Please let me stay..C-Can I at least have my coat.."
"We'll ship it to you. Keep walking.." Yea no, shes not getting access to the coat room, oldest trick in the book.. Maybe. Whatever he didn't get his snack, he was pissed, she was loud, kicking her out the back door was the way to go, no need for those trying to get in to see this.
Karoel turned her head around trying to at least see him one last time, the hold on her keeping her facing away "I'm sorry.." She choked out one last time, directing it best as she could to him.

She had been facing the door, one hand on it, the other hiding her crying face, she really had just done absolutely ever wrong again, not a damn thing in her life just ever played out how she hoped or wanted it had it.. for very long at least.. It's her isn't it..
just when she lowered her arms a bit to cover her exposed shoulders she jumped a bit before realizing it was her own white coat with the feathered neck lining. "...Thank you." She looked down, kicked out of her comfort zone had cracked any illusions she going on for herself.. she didn't feel worthy of being seen by anyone, let alone him, she couldn't help it and turned her head up slightly
Andy returned to the main bar area giving a nod to the staff and patrons signaling the matter was settled, finally.. Time for that snack already. "Pretzel please!" he tapped on the bar happy with his sun glasses now in his pocket, could he even eat those? eh.. Where they his favorite? Yes.
