Salem went relatively limp as Bison pulled him out from the corner and dropped him to the canvas with a lariat as the crowd booed the big b*****d!

Salem was hopeless to get out from under Bison or reverse the pin after enduring so much pain and injury, the crowd irate and angry with the big man as the referee dropped down to the canvas and counted the pin, calling for the bell signalling the first fall of the match!

The referee was preoccupied checking on Salem's ability or desire to continue, the smaller man shooting down any possibility of forfeit even as he struggled to push himself back to his feet! As Bison slid out of the ring to a chorus of jeers from the crowd, the referee approached the ropes and leaned over them, beginning a ten count!

All of Salem's focus was dedicated to keeping his feet steady as he struggled to stand up, using ropes for grip and leverage while the referee continued their count, Bison mocking Croft and the crowd with his antics!

The bell rang again as the referee called the second fall in Salem's favor, but the moment was short-lived as Bison fetched a chair and started intimidating the official with it! Still recovering his spirit and breath, Salem knew he'd have to get crafty if he wanted to survive what was to come next, secretly watching the big screen above the stage as the cameraman followed Bison around to Salem's back!

Playing possum as long as he could, Croft would try to catch Bison by surprise and counter just as the monster held the chair up high, Salem springing up to lash an arm around the big guy's head and pull his throat down into the ropes with a lay-out version of his finishing maneuver, the Copper Cutter! (RKO cutter variation)

The crowd popped loudly for Salem's sudden finisher, the serpent laid out on the mat but his pain was being channeled into anger and energy as he rolled to his stomach and slapped the mat excitedly, looking up at the ailing Bison as he choked and fought to breathe on the ring apron!

Willing himself back up to his feet, Salem would ride the wave of adrenaline that momentarily fueled him, sprinting to the opposite ropes hoping to come back and sling another running big boot through the colored cables and into the big man's sternum, looking to keep the wind out of him!

Salem fired the crowd up with the big boot, the audience excited to see Bison getting some comeuppance as he coughed and hung over the middle rope for support! But it wasn't enough to stop the big man for too long, let alone put him down for good, if Salem wanted to truly take advantage he'd have to pull out all the stops!

Breathing hard and wincing from his exertions, Salem shook the stinging of his back from thought and took to the nearby turnbuckle, leaping off the second rung to skywalk a second and bring the heel of his boot down into the back of Bison's skull, attempting his own variation of the Scissor Kick that the Native dubbed the Tomahawk Kick!

The crowd was roaring for the "Gypsy Savage" now, fans starting to get on their feet as Bison tumbled through the ropes after taking the hard kick to the back of his skull! Even still, though, the behemoth was shaken and dazed but not completely down, struggling to get up from all fours on the canvas!

Gripping the middle rope as he leaned against them, Salem appeared sweaty and unsteady, feeling his reserves starting to fade as the adrenaline crash was soon to be upon him! Trying to finish this before that happened, Croft resolved himself and steeled his will, trying to run up and stomp Bison's big head down into the mat!
