Drako manages to pull himself to his feet, only to be met with more blunt force trauma, ala a forearm to the head. He rocks back, one hand slipping from the rope leaving only one to keep him on the apron and from a nasty spill on the floor

The crowd gasped and popped with excitement as Salem flipped Drako over the ropes, some people getting on their feet in anticipation of Drako taking a nasty bump to the outside! But the Young Dragon held on, dazed but undaunted as he struggled back up with help from the ropes! Waiting for his head to get above the top cable, "The Copperhead" would strike, aiming a fierce forearm at Damone's temple!

Salem knew he had to keep Drako on his toes, but right now Croft wanted to put Damone on his back while he was rattled! Taking advantage of the opportunity, Salem stood up on the ropes that separated them and reached over the top to wrap his arms around Drako's waist from behind!
Even more fans got on their feet as Salem bounced off the ropes and pulled Drako with him, trying to Springboard Suplex him back into the ring and bridge to establish a leverage pin, should he manage to pull off the spectacular maneuver!

Drako is hanging on by his finger tips, making it difficult to fight Salem off. In an impressive feat of strength and before he knows what's happening, he's lifted up and over the ropes back into the ring and slammed down hard int eh center with a suplex. not only that, there's a pine attempt
one...two...t...
Drako rolls his shoulder off the mat

Salem heard the thunder of the crowd as they popped for the feat of strength, but couldn't focus on anything more than the intense grip and pain of lifting up on that leg, still tingling from Drako's earlier twisting!
Still, Croft caught Drako off guard enough to slam him backwards into the mat in impressive fashion, almost thinking he had the win when Drako bucked a shoulder off the mat!
Grunting, Salem would roll with Drako's shoulder out, trying to lift him by the waist for another suplex to toss him towards the nearest corner!

Drako isn't free yet, even after kicking out of the pin. Salem seems more determined than ever here tonight as he rolls them both, then launches Drako across the ring with another suplex. He hits the mat and rolls, twisting to end up seated against the turnbuckle.

Salem chucked the smaller but very capable wrestler across the ring, rolling to all fours as he judo rolled through the suplex! Shaking his leg a little, Salem stomped feeling into it and snarled, sizing up the stunned Drako in the corner like an angry bull before charging just as ferociously, looking to kick the man's face off!

Drako finally has a split second to get his bearings, and Salem is charging him again. At the last second, he rolls to the side, hoping Salem does more harm to himself by missing the kick he'd aimed

Salem was confident in his kick, but Drako slipped away at the last moment, leaving Salem's leg to go through the top and middle ropes as he braced his body with his firearms, shielding himself hitting the turnbuckles! His attack backfired, Salem tried getting his leg out from the ropes and recalibrate!

Drako has an opening now, one he intends to take full advantage of. He rolls out onto the apron and attempts to catch the leg that had gotten caught, then drive the point of his elbow into it and slam it against the ring post. This is all a set up, however, as he would reach deep into his bag of trips and attempt to pay homage to the Hitman with a ringpost figure four leglock to further damage the leg

Salem was helpless as Drako locked his leading leg up through the ropes, hammering at it and making Salem stifle cries of pain! But as Drako torques the joint into a twisted figure four from the second rope and around the turnbuckles, Salem couldn't hold in his voice, hanging from the corner in agony as he flailed to try and free himself, unable to get to Drako from his position!

now, this move isn't technically legal, and Drako knows that. The referee has to actually come outside of the ring to begin the five count, but Drako releases at the four count, flipping backwards to land on his feet on the outside. Of course, he needs a few seconds to right himself as he was technically hanging upside down but it'll be worth it in the end

Salem could only endure as Drako wrenched at his ailing leg, leaving Salem crumpled in the corner when the referee counted for the break! He didn't even want to put pressure on it yet, but "The Copperhead" couldn't stay still - he knew Drako would be back on the attack in no time! Hobbling as best he could, Salem slapped his aching thigh, trying to stimulate the nerves and muscles as he looked to get across the ring and buy time and distance!

Drako realizes he has Salem weakened. He's got a target to continue working on, and he's going to. Standing near the barricade he leans back and soaks in the continued cheers from the crowd.
"Y'all ready to see Salem tap here tonight?!"
More cheers greet that, maybe a few boos but hey, everyone has their tastes and struggles. With Salem hobbling around the ring, now's as good a time as ever to go for the real finish. The Soaring Dragon finally slides back into the ring, looking to come in behind Salem and catch him in the standing version of his finisher, the Dragon Sleeper

Salem only vaguely heard Drako's shouting from ringside, unsure what it was but knowing that he'd soon find out. Before he could reach the opposite side of the ring, however, he felt Drako seize him up, trying to arch him back into his patented Dragon Sleeper submission! Salem immediately recognized the maneuver, knowing everything would be over unless he acted swiftly!
Ignoring the screaming in his leg, Salem would quickly duck and twist around Drako, looking to lift him by the waist and turn as he let go, elevating the Young Dragon with a Suplex Lift into a Neckbreaker, one of Salem's favorite techniques!
