Lena's eyes lit up and she looked at the outfit and then at Tom with a smile growing three sizes larger. "Pads or sew in cups. Sadly I cannot offer you these to try it on with." She motioned towards her own chest with what could only be taken as the most non-innocent shrug ever. "But before you dive in with that..." Holding up a finger, she dove off to the side and back the way they came. Grateful they sort of had the store to themselves, Lena called out across "What size shore do you wear?" She was holding up a box with a pair of boots in it for him to match with. As she was walking back towards him, she grabbed another combination of items off the rack and handed him both with a smile. "Because you clearly have the legs."

Tom Laughed, tipping back his head and pointed first that the boots. “Own those, in black and white, very comfortable, the lace makes them breathe well, which is…absolutely something you need sometimes. I absolutely recommend you try a pair.” He then arched his eyebrows at the other combination of items and laughed harder. “You’re on… But when I step back out we’re going to find you something to match… even if its just so we can go to a dance club and have fun dressed like that. Deal?”

"Dance Club?" Lena perked up, finding the offer a bit surprising which might have been odd given how today was full of surprises! Still, it was something she hadn't done since...college? No, late high school. Lord she was getting old. "Deal." Agreeing with a smile, she pointed straight to the dressing room. "Now march!" "You know, if I didn't know better, I would say at this rate, I'm going to need to call out of work tomorrow." She mused with laughter.

“Depends on when your shift is!” He called back laughing before vanishing into a dressing room and starting to change.
“Doing the floral ensemble first!” He called out. “Since that’s going to take more doing up!”
He made fairly short work of it overall though, and appeared in the door of the dressing room, posing, he absolutely needed some pads, but overall he looked amused and pleased with the first outfit.
“Well? What do you think? Pastel green keeping me from looking like Christmas?”

With a quick, appreciative whistle, she nodded to him several times before offering him the choice of two sets of jewelry to go with it: on a bit more traditional of the time period and the second, well it screamed of 'bad girl' with an edge. "And you can't look like Christmas in that." Lena grinned, moving around him to check out all angles. He was right about the pads but that could be fixed easily. "What I'm a little disappointed about..." She muttered, kneeling down beside him to look at the hem line. "Is that it seems a bit short on you. You are what, 6ft?" She asked, looking up at him before pulling on the hem a little to see if it had give. "Oh, and your first statement about my shift, earlier than you want to know."

“Hey! I could totally make this look like Christmas! it’s a talent not to be underestimated!” He struck and held a pose to give maximum effect to the dress… even if it hadn’t truly been intended for someone of his stature. “Little over but yeah, about that.” He admitted “Possibly could get some suitable lace to give it a few inches, the hem didn’t seem like it had a lot to give there, and while I admit it's super fun, Not quite there when it comes to ‘customize the length’.” He smoothed a hand over the hip area trying to get it to ride a little lower, but also safely. “How mad will they be if you call out?” He added eyes sparkling with interest. “Not that I set out to be a terrible influence but… again, it’s a skill.”

"Well, that depends." Lena mused, looking up with a cocked brow as she stood back up, seeing that the give of the skirt really was next to nothing. "You offering a night worth my boss' wrath that I am not there to present a grant to the higher-ups? Or are you just being a little instigator?" Musing as she looked him over one more time, Lena finally let out a sigh. "Well, disappointing. I mean worth trying on but clearly not worth the effort it would take to make it look more...suitable? I mean unless we covered it in blood and soot to go for a risen woman from the Victorian times. With the right make up, would be great for Halloween."

“I am absolutely worth it, at least in my own polite estimation. I am offended that after such a glorious meeting that you would think otherwise!” He said putting on a scandalized look. He glanced down at himself and swiped his hands over the fabric one more time. “Not a bad thought… I had considered a classic vampire look but this would show a potentially more unique twist on ‘vamp’, turn stockings, a well-styled wig… hmm… “ He looked thoughtful. “If I could think of a good dance to go with Zombie Jamboree that could be enormously fun… “

"Worst case," She smiled, "Get yourself a large Boa and take a version of Brittney Spears 2001, Slave for you." Extending her arms, she did a small shimmy as if she was carrying something large. "At least it would be something besides the Thriller dance." "And by the way, you haven't told me here or what you perform. I mean I can take a guess but what fun is that?"

He tipped his head back in a hardy laugh at the suggestion for music, and the pantomime. “An excellent point, you really can’t go wrong with a good bit of Brittney Spears.” He nodded. “I mean, if you haven’t guessed I’m a little surprised,” he added, the words warmed by the grin he spoke around. “I got into doing Drag at one of the local clubs, it’s just so… “ He hesitated to search for the word. “I don’t want to say liberating, because it’s not that, but it’s…focusing, its a challenge, it’s constantly learning to do something… better, something fabulous and artistic, and it’s just got such a strong culture.” He shrugged thoughtfully. “Really, I think more people should try it, see how they feel wearing another role, you know?”

"Oh I guessed." Lena grinned, crossing her arms as she pointed back to the dressing room for him to try on the next outfit. "I'm just a believer in not assuming. What sort of friend would I be if I just went around thinking you did drag but in reality you were some sort of call girl or did this on OnlyFans. Now that would just be rude of me." The entire time she was smiling thought, making sure he knew she was teasing. "And I think you are right. Some people need to try something at least to loosen up a bit. I found improv was my outlet and I have coworkers who LARP or cosplay but they hide it because they are embarressed. Shame really."

“Ah… I suppose some people will always have a stigma against things that they aren’t personally into, but as long as you’re not hurting anyone…” he paused and considered. “Well, not hurting anyone unwilling.” He grinned. “Hmm… Only Fans though, I hadn’t actually considered that!” He laughed, “I think I need to improve before I consider that, I still get pretty heavily read, but I’m getting there!” “So when are you going to join me?” He added with a grin. “Always room for a new king!”

"I was going to say." She mused, noticing a rack of belts to the side of the dressing room. Grabbing the most leather-looking one, she moved forward and slung it around his neck, pulling it slightly to come off almost like a collar and leash. "A little bit of pain never hurt anyone who was willing." With a slight tug on the long end, she released the belt, allowing it to go limp as she backed away, watching him. "And I'll think about it. I don't get many nights off that are work free so it's not something I could do a good deal. Not to mention," She pointed squarely at her chest. "Binding these and still being able to breathe?" "But I'm sure you will have a fan base with or without a King." Lena stuck her tongue out with that one, playfully teasing him once more.

“Ooooo…” He said with a flirting gaze, eyes half lowered. “Well… as long as everyone is willing, and the communication is good…” He chuckled, a faint warmth spreading in his cheeks. He did hold up a finger. “They actually… make chests, that fit over such things, if you ever wanted.” he winked. “No actual pressure though.” “I’ll just have to make sure you get tickets for nights you have time off… you’re stuck with me, and I’ll make sure we both have fun, reasonable fun because I’m trying to be good.” He admitted.

"Trying to be good?" Lena mused. "Well if this is good, I'm not sure what bad could be." He was cute with that smile and warmth in his cheeks. Maybe she had pushed too far? Only time would tell. As she was about to grab another item, the opening bars for One Piece broke the space between them. Lena jumped, reaching into her bag and pulling out her cell phone. "It's my brother. Do you mind?" She asked, offering a pout.
