Winning ProceduresWinners will have 72 hours to send a preference list to me, Indigo_Plateau. If a winner does not contact me by that time, they will forfeit their slot and another winner will be rolled! If you are rolled, you may give your slot to a friend only if they are not already on the winners list. Swapping positions with another player on the list is permitted.
The semi-premade civilians can be used for either new characters or as alt civs. All art prizes are counted as event wins and do not go on cooldown! All characters must be stamped before they can be played, but if you have an approved profile you would like to use towards the character after winning their art, you may do so!
