  As Aeralin plopped the eyeball into her mouth the expression on Narky’s face was priceless, Aeralin chuckled while still munching on it and almost choked on it “you are brave! Even braver than Rey!” Aeralin exclaimed as he too ate the eye, Aeralin began to smirk as he finally could taste the sweetness of it, though very quickly her expression changed into a small smile as she noticed his teary eyes. Aeralin placed her hands on his shoulders before hugging him “yes Narky, it’s also food. But I am proud of you for trying it and at the same time sorry for getting you so frightened” she felt a bit bad for that and as she finally let go of Narky she laughed nervously “what do you say we get away from the food? If we get hungry we should eat something outside, something that looks more like… well, food” Aeralin asked Narky knowing he was quite uncomfortable with how the food looked and was starting to make her as well ’ they made the food look a bit too real…OOC: the costume Post count: 42

Braver than Rey!? Impossible!!! Narky hadn't believed that small factor throughout his moment of fear, knowing full well that Rey would have been the polar opposite of him. Angrily fierce and abrasive, to either a point that he would eat the eyes for the sake of silencing the situation... Or simply tell her to screw off. Anything in that scenario was possible though. Rey was definitely the braver one of the two. The tears on his face however, signified he efforts of trying, Despite the sweet, gooey substance of jello, the embarrassment was the point of penetration that was mentally hitting him. Aeralin wasn't to blame, and Narky had no intentions on setting blame in the first place. Her actions were the reason for his choosing. He could have fled the scene had he wanted to out of the fear alone, but she ensured the A-okay on the jello in the first place. It was enough for him to trust and try. He was glad he had though!! "I had done it at least~." That was his mindset anyways.
Aeralin's comforting hug among it had helped the matters of settling himself down through it. The praise had him swell up to shyness however, and modesty had sunk in. "A-ah It is no problem miss. I had only wished to have noticed sooner. I can take comfort on the nice sweetness of the cookies to sever the blow of full on worries. An apology is not necessary at all!" It truly wasn't. There were worse things out there she could have terrified him with, and this one was merely a simple prank meant in good fun. He had no ill regards or intentions to be angry with her at all. "I must remember for next time, at an even like this, such a thing should have been expected!"
Chuckling at that point, Narky had returned the hug, allowing Aeralin to step back when she saw fit to.He certainly wasn't going to smother hug her!! Aeralin gave good, reassuring hugs on top of things. He had no intentions on having the food affecting her uncomfortably though! Narky was, as usual, oblivious to even knowing that small detail. It was why, when she had mentioned them moving away from the table, had he picked up a small plastic plate, and placed four spider cookies onto it for the both of them. "That sounds fine miss. I could certainly go for, what was it called.. Ah! A veggie or tofu burger later, should there be time." With a soft smile, Narky had no problems, going along with the flow of things. He happily bounced along with his friend, curious f they should try to request a song next, or grab some punch and watch about... Maybe even just look around at the rest of the decor? There were quite a few possibilities. Decisions, decisions!

Feeling Narky embracing her back was something she needed, knowing her friend was not hurt in any way from her mischievous deeds today “yea… we should definitely expect things such as this in those kinds of events, the sure went all out with the decoration and the food” she said when her hands left him and started moving away, even though Narky did take some cookies with him it didn’t bother her much, though she did lose her appetite a bit from how things looked “hmm actually, I could go for a veggie burger once we are done here, we will get you extra lettuce on yours! Now let’s go grab something to drink, I need to wash my mouth from the eyeball, I think mine was real” she said with a smirk as she headed towards the punch, taking two cups and pouring them both “here you go Narky, it’s a secret potion they made just for people like you” OOC: the costume Post count: 42

Had they went all out indeed!!! Had this been any other school, normally the food wasn't so realistic looking. Narky of course, was completely unaware about "other schools," more so if anything was close at all to what the place here provided on holidays. The most he could do was nod and agree, as he was unable to truly add anything to that. "I do wonder if this school would have all these other events like this... Maybe I should put one idea in for a fairy tail dance??" That would be cool. A party where all came as the fae, and even elves, celebrating a whole new cultural experience. Arealin would make a very pretty elf! The green hues were already suited, and her white-silver hair in braids with flowers would look the part for sure!!! Narky of course, had shyly kept these thoughts in his head, trying to wonder if the elves would actually get insulted by this. His young imaginative mind made these kind of thoughts have him not realize he was still only chasing fairy tales to this day. His grandmother had told him one that he had an unspeakable destiny, that would one day make a large dream come true about him... It was all because of that why he hung onto such beliefs.
Fortunately, Aeralin had him completely focused on the idea of a veggie burger later on, extra lettuce being the extra treat. How could he say no to that? A drink on the other hand, he been fine with the idea, until she had mentioned the eye she had was potentially a real one after all. "Wh-what!???" Weren't they just food!? Now he was confused. Surely they hadn't truly feasted on what was actually something real in the end!? It was a relapse of the earlier state he had been, a bit worried that the punch was about to have some extra surprise into it as well. From the looks of it though... The drink was actually normal. Things were having too much fun with his mind tonight though, so at this point anything around on these tables could have a prank to them. Aeralin said it was a secret potion once the drinks were brought over. A secret potion?? Will it allow my dreams to come true?" With a soft smile, he of course, was believing her, taking a few sips of his drink. "Thank you, it is delicious!" It truly was. With the few cookies he had in the opposite hand, he casually held them out towards her to offer one, all the while making small wishes under his breath, and keeping them close to him. "This is stupendous~. Maybe this drink may even have my hope of grandma's words come to light." Peeking forward with mystified red hues, his eyes had landed then on Aeralin's drink. "Does it taste magical to you as well?? Of am I mistaking this??"

Aeralin thought to herself while they were heading away from the table and Narky talking about wondering if the school does more event with the same quality and if he should put an idea for a fairy tail dance “from what my father told me and from what I can see right now, Autrox sure love making everything fancy and very much in theme, I’m sure if you suggest that and he agrees it will be one hell of an event alright” Aeralin shook her head with a smile ’at least there is one thing this headmaster is good for. After saying her small tease about the eyeballs she chuckled and patted Narky’s head “relax I was joking about it, they were one hundred percent food… well as much as those can be of course” she said as she poured some punch into a cup “yep yep! That’s if your dream is a veggie burger, if not then it may make them come true, I’m not sure though” she gave him the punch and poured some for herself and drinking it. As she was drinking her eyes opened up wide, it was better than she expected! Thought it was not a surprise, she always loved fruity flavors “it… actually does taste magical to me as well. oh, I know! Why don’t we give this to Rey and maybe it will turn him from a grumpy kid into a fun person! Oh, this is a perfect idea!” she may have been a bit loud when saying those words, but she couldn’t deny that it could make the atmosphere in the dorm room a lot more fun. Narky had yet to actually meet the headmaster. The only time he had ever saw the man, was at the water festival, just before they were drowned out. At the time, and even now, Narky was still on full hope and belief, that he had summoned a god from the skies to drown out the "minotaurs." Hey, he truly believed he had saved the "princesses" too!!! Being oblivious to everything had its odd perks. Judging from what his friend had said though, her father certainly knew the headmaster in some way. That was interesting! if it was true that he loved to make everything fancy and go out, than surely down the road there would be many more events to come. hopefully they weren't as scary as this event was.... He had enough fears and pranks for one evening!!
These fake specially, concerning the eyes. She had teased him quite enough for him to see she was joking at least, and silently he had hoped he had noticed sooner. All in good fun it was, which the dragonling understood. He could take comfort and knowing they were going to have something that would out class the current foods they had here. Nothing could go wrong with a veggie burger... Except for this juice that Aeralin had brought over. When she had taken a sip of the drink herself, adding in that it did taste magical, his face revealed to a close resemblance of a kid in a candy store. Magical potion drawings for the evening!! Some fantastic news to work with, which made the fears all worth it! "I knew it would!" such an idea his teammate had come up with though afterwards! Give some of the drink to Rey?? The idea behind it sounded perfect indeed, but their grumpier teammate didn't seem like the type who would like potion juice. So surprised by the idea at all, he hadn't paid attention to how loud she actually was about it. There was one thing though what if the potion turned into a frog, instead of increasing his mood at all? That would be a complete shame to see, Rey's usual mood was the best to see him, he found. "it seems very mischievous Miss... But there is some interest to it!! I sort of want to see if he would drink it and become happy by it. I won't hold any high hopes for it, but I certainly want to see if this stuff could truly make someone's night in some way. I hope the school won't mind if we take a glass or two home with us.. maybe we can stop by later and grab a quick cup before the party actually closes on us, as it would be kind of rude to take a few drinks into a restaurant where they don't serve it. Ogres get lured by bad situations yes."
Hearing his stomach growl then, Narky smiled towards his teammate, before looking towards the door they had come in. The skeletons were sadly still there, but he was sure he could get by them this time, without freaking or jumping. "if you are ready to go then miss, by the time we go get our food, and come back... That should give us enough time to grab some potion, no? I am rather famished, and these cookies could not fill this one's stomach. I'll be towards the door when you're ready, but not too close to the scary skeletons standing guard. I think I should assume maybe instead though, because of Buddy system sounds more braver to use. Please don't mind me.," Bowing his head, Narky was ready to go, and waiting for confirmation from his friend, the two of them had left the party, out on the adventure for veggie burgers! This Halloween was quite fun

Was the drink delicious? Very, but was it “magical”? not exactly, though she knew Narky would enjoy hearing those words and without any surprise, his face was all the more worth it “you are right… we are not even sure Rey would want to drink it, we need to come up with a plan to somehow trick him into drinking this. I’m sure they won’t mind us taking a cup or two back to our room, though you are right about the restaurant thing so let’s get back here once we are done eating” she then could hear Narky’s stomach growl which made her chuckle “then let’s go, I heard there is a discount there right around the time before charismas for the good boys and girls that behave well” she said as she reached out her hands towards Narky “don’t worry about the skeletons in the entrance, just hold my hand as we go through and I am sure you will feel much safer” once Narky held her hand she started walking towards the exit, the time in the party was fun but their evening was not over yet! It was still time to eat some burgers! OOC: the costume Post count: 47
