Theoden found himself letting out a long sigh. He knew that the other was right but he didn't want to tell him. He sighed some as he figured it was only right to tell the other at this point another reason why he didn't want to pick people.
"Unlike my mother and father....but more like my grandmother Elder Rosemary.... I was granted with a smalle gift. No mother and father do not know about the fact that I was soon given my grandmother's gift. This gift allows me to see colours. The auras I guess you would call them of the souls. Everyone has a specific colour and people are attracted to only a certain colour I guess. I could never really understand what she was talking about but she said that you would know whenever you saw it especially when you saw the aura of the others. Like for example I know that princess Marigold the one with the curly blond hair is I could never really understand what she was talking about but she said that you would know whenever you saw it especially when you saw the aura of the others. ♣♣Tameron♣♣ Tameron let his eyes rove over the village, ensuring everything was calm before returning to the conversation. What the other was saying was all well and good, but life had a way of not working out how you wanted it too. The current situation they were in proved that much. He shifted some to get more comfortable before responding.

That is all well and good, but you can still find a measure of happiness. There is a reason why we stick to our classes, after all. Some are born to lead, others to work. You do not expect a leader to help dig a field and plant crops. He would not know what to do. Just like you do not expect a farmer to lead a nation and care for hundreds upon thousands of people. People cannot be cultivated like plants. We are all born with a calling in life.

He said at last before falling quiet, leaving only the sound of the villager's chatter to fill the air around them. He wished it could be as simple as following your heart, but most of the time, you had to do what was best and what was in your station. That was the way the world worked. You reach too high, and you will get burned.

Theoden just shook his head. The other was partially right. He could see the royals helping the poor with everyday tasks. He could see them being there for their people some days to make them seem like better people rather then hiding away in their castles.
"Then it would seem i will never be happy"
he said turning the horse away from the other as he jumped down. He gave a small pet waving at the caretaker as the stables boy ran over. The boy was happy to see the horses as he couldn't help but smile. He gave a few gold to the stable boy before giving the caretaker the payment as normal. He gave his horse a few pets before walking into town

♣♣Tameron♣♣ Tameron sighed as he dismounted as well and followed the other towards the Adrie's Taven. The tavern was a wooden two-story building, with a green tile roof and vines that covered both the walls and roof. It had once a barrack, in a time long past and had a collection of arms and armor. Inside there was an inviting hearth and a large stew pot over a fire. In the past, they had often stopped here for lunch, and occasionaly spent the night. Soon Adrie Fasharash, the female elf who owned the place walked up. Today she was wearing a yellow armored body suit, with a simple black line shooting up and back down the back reminding him of a bee. She carried with her a set of scimitars, each one with a ruby on the hilt. She wore one on her belt and the other on her back. She had brown hair, and had a baby faced look about her.
'What will it be for you this time boys. Our specials today are Fish Ramen with Roasted Apple and a Tankard of Ale,Eggs and Ham Casserole with Fries and a Glass of Whiskey, Duck Pie with Sharp Cheese and a Coffee allat 5 silver a piece if your hungry." she said in her thick accent.
Tameron let his eyes travel to each of the six patrons in the room why he waited for the other to respond. A couple of male and female elves, and what looked to be a lone orc were inside at the moment. Though none of them paid them much mind so he relaxed a little.

He asked confused why they had come into the tavern in the first place.

Theoden looked around slowly at everyone as he relaxed glad that no one was wanting to talk to him. It was nice to come to the village and be...normal for once.
"Adrie your food is always amazing
..I cant help but eat a 2nd meal already. The eggs and ham casserole, fries and whiskey sounds perfect. I will need that whiskey to get through today,
he said with a small laugh as he smiled. He would have to admit Adrie was one of the few females he actually enjoyed her company. She treated him like a normal person and not some royal peace of meat. He made his way over sitting slowly at one of the open table as he sat down stretching some. Even from the ride there he felt sore. He wasn't sure if he slept wrong the night before or if he was needing a new saddle. He figured while they were there in the village he could look around for one.
His eyes went around once .ore seeing the other patrons talking to each other or something. His eyes slipped to a red in color as he watched the people fade from his view and the colors start to appear around them. He smiled seeing them as his eyes soon faded back to the green as he looked at Tameron.

♣♣Tameron♣♣ Tameron just laughed a little as he followed him over to the table and took a seat. A short time later a maid servent came with their tankard of wiskey and the food, and collected the payment before bustling away. He watched the other eat a moment and shifted some,

"You are impossible sometimes Theo, you know that. Although, I know you like coming here. I couldn't help but notice you were moving a little stiffly are you okay? It is unlike you."

Thoeden smiled making sure to give payment plus extra like he always did. He started to drink the whiskey before taking several bites of food. He turned his eyes towards the other when he spoke as he sighed.
"I am unsure if I slept wrong or if its the old saddle I have but I'm stiff. I may look into getting another one...can't keep having my brothers hand-me-downs forever can i...
he laughed. He slowly looked up towards the wall as he found himself almost smiling at something. Mounted on the wall with a few of the other peices of decore was a burnt shield. The crest on it was hard to see but there was a ragged hole in it. He felt his heart break slightly as he remembered his brother before he looked away. Without his parents knowing he brought Teleji's shield here for Adrie and it would seem she hung it up in his honnar.

♣♣Tameron♣♣ Tameron gave him a small smile. He knew how much the other missed his brother, and it was hard for him to give up anything that reminded him of him. It was why probably the other was so stubborn, his older brother had alway told him to follow his dream. Things had changed for everyone that day.

Theo thought about it for a moment with redoing the padding and work on iy. It would be nice to get it cleaned up as he gave a small nod.
"we will try that first and see how it would work..
he said as the door to the tavern open revealing an old orcishwoman. He tilted his head some having not seen her before as he watched the woman slowly walked towards them. He could see her grey hair hanging from her cloak and her grayish skin seeming almost want to fall off the bones. She looked at him with her blind eyes making him freeze into place. The room seemed to go dark around him before he heard his name called making him blink rapidly.
He looked around in a panic not seeing the woman as he couldnsee that no one else saw her either. He bit his lip as he looked at Tameron for a moment asking he saw the old orc woman come over.

♣♣Tameron♣♣ Tameron blinked a little confused as he noticed how stricken the other looked. He sat up becoming more alert as he looked around but did not see whom the other was talking about and did not sense anything either. His eyes darted to each of the patrons and the tavern surroundings before resting back on the other.

"Are you okay? I don't see....or sense anything, but you have more of a gift for that unlike me. Everything seems normal, other than you spaced out for like five minutes on me."

He said quietly. His eyes darted around the room and then back to the other. He could not see anything that would of spooked him, but that did not mean there was nothing there.

Theo was now fully co fused when the other said he didn't see nor did he feel anything. He bit his lip hard now becoming a little worried. Could it gave been an omen? he thought to himself before he looked backup at Tameron.
"I thought i had seen an elderly orc female....she was in blacks and blues...she was walking over and stood next to the table....
he told the other. He frowned now co fused why he wad the only one to have seen her

♣♣Tameron♣♣ Tameron looked around the room, the only orc he saw was the lone man that was sitting in the corner by himself. He shook his head, and then rose and went to the door and looked around outside. Seeing nothing he came back to the table looking around the room one last time before sitting down. His eyes went over his friend making sure he was truly okay before answering.

"I saw nothing and no one. Not even outside. Are you sure it is not just a product of an overtired mind. Prehapse we should return to the castle, and forgo hunting. Your mother would be expecting us back anyways."

He said gently as he looked at him. If there was something, it was not something he could sense. He knew the other had been under a lot of stress although he also knew the other had gifts that he did not understand as a lowborn elf.

"Then it has to be a message for me then....if I am the only one that saw her...."
Thoe said now almost panicked. He finished his food as he thanked the tavern ladies for the food leaving a few more silver peices before he hurried out the door. He didn't wait for Tameron as he looked around the area they were in as he caught sight of the cloak he saw before as he took off into the square after her. He would get close and she would vanish again as he became frustratedbefore he turned some seeing again.
"hey wait!"
he called out as he hurried down a dark alleyway as he started to follow the woman

♣♣Tameron♣♣ Tameron found himself scrambling to his feet as he raced fleetfooted after the other calling his name. He became increasingly concerned when the other seemed to ignore him, or not hear him. Either or, as he dodged around people to keep up. He ran around the corner of a building quickly, almost running into the other in an effort to keep up.

"Theoden, come on, snap out of it"

He grabbed the others shoulder in an attempt to get his attention and to keep him from running off.

Theo had come to a stop as he looked at the woman confused. She had turned fully towards him as she reached out a hand pointing it at him. He went to ask what she needed but his voice seemed to fall silent for a moment.
"You hold darkness in your heart that shall never be put out. Your destiny is set. Those before you shall fall. Your path will change and though your heart is pure....a curse was place by the one who bore you"
He felt cold rush over him then his body jerked hard when he felt a hand on his shoulder. He grabbed it turning fast to face Tameron as he now looked scared, confused and pale. He let go of his hand before turning back not seeing the woman as he shook some.
"i-it was a vision...or omen....the orc woman...."
he told Tameron before turning to look at him repeating back what the woman had told him
